The beds were very comfortable and rooms were very clean. I did not expect to pay $48.00 for parking at a hotel that I was paying to stay at. Cost was very expensive for everything. $15 for a glass of wine is ridiculous.

Room very nice. Great beds and decor. Front desk very accommodating. Location great. Staff at restaurant and bar were terrible. Waited 15 minutes and never did. Get anyone to take order. Happened two different days. Went across st to Hyatt where service great. Counter in bath way too small.

location, concierge, front desk staff restaurant staff, bar staff, restaurant menu, lack of availability to sit outside on a beautiful day. We couldn't get breakfast OR lunch at breakfast and lunch time ... so we walked across the street and had lovely meals at the Hyatt.

The boutique hotel is great. Love the doorman and his attention to details. Open the rooftop on May 1 until late Octobet, weather permitting. In the summer longer hours. It is one of the best kept secrets. Reduce parking rates for Thursday until Sunday.

Nice rooms Very expensive parking - only valet available at $48 US/day - parking around the corner is around $20. Also, valet staff not very helpful. Room service menu omits key ingredients (Romain salad came with Anchovis - I have fish protein allergy and was quite surprised to find this omitted from the list of 3 ingredients in this salad). No apologies after a very, very polite complaint. Taking it off the bill on checkout was a 10 minute procedure.

Very large rooms with good furniture. Comfort bed, pillows menu. Perfect location, pretty near to the Capitol and national mall. Friendly staff. Coffee machine in the room. No minibar in the room. Bad (strange) room air condition, it doesn't stops at the set temperature, blows all the time warm-cold-warm-cold near the set temperature. A little bit pricey hotel restaurant Art and Soul. Not very tasty food there. Not many restaurants and shops near the hotel. The roof area with pool was closed at the end of April (the weather was pretty fine).

The staff was exceptionally helpful and willing to go above and beyond for every request! The hotel's location is within walking distance to Union Station and convenient to the Cherry Blossom Parade route, the National Mall, and Smithsonian Museums. We had a fabulous time and would recommend your hotel in a heartbeat! Thank you for a great stay in D.C. There is a Starbucks located diagonally across the street from the hotel that tends to attract a lot of panhandlers at all hours of the day. Other than that, the location is fine.

The staff was friendly, service was great, people were helpful and ready to lend a hand, even when it wasn't technically their job. Like a room service team member personally walking me to the fitness room. Location was spectacular and price was extremely reasonable.

Over rated and over priced. The worst 53 dollars for two sandwiches chips and two colas EVER from the late night room service menu. They forgot the drinks and said that we would not be charged and we were and it was such a bad experience I didn't want to argue with anyone to fix it, I will just simply not come back. The sheets and the mattress were awful as well. I have slept in better sheets and bed at a days inn and paid a fraction of the price, I expected better from a place that was supposed to be highly ranked.
