Top notch service, attention to details and very helpful concierge. Easy access to public transportation and points of interest. The room service was a bit pricey. |

When I checked in, I was given a room with a view of Mass Eye and Ear and not much else. I was proposing that night so I asked I any other rooms were available with a city view. They moved me without a problem and we had a great view of the skyline! When I told the concierge that I was proposing that night, he was excited, wished me luck and told me they would send some "good stuff" up to the room. It never came, but I guess I can't complain too much - the room was great! |

The design of the hotel is excellent and the hotel staff extremely helpful and polite. Tuesday 8th September, 4.30 in the afternoon the man in charge at the office that is in the lobby of the hotel, and whose name I can not recall, was extremely helpfull in booking for us through the internet bus tickets to New York. He is an excellent employee. |

Upgrade to suite made our stay fantastic, room 1501 is great and the view is stunning. Staff were excellent and helpful, especially reception, concierge and housekeeping. Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. Had breakfast one morning but would have preferred buffet style breakfast with choice of fruit, cereals, yoghurts and breads/pastries. |

The location is convenient for the town and the area of Beacon Hill is pleasant. Very interesting building. Free internet. The staff were helpful and friendly, rooms well appointed. Saturday night was immensely noisy until 2am. Our first two rooms had very unpleasant outlooks. Breakfast was not included. |

The design of the hotel is fabulous, especially the way the integrity of the original structure was maintained. The staff was more than courteous and very accomodating. Conveniently located to all things in Boston. The bathroom was unique and huge, although the shower was a bit tricky to figure out. |

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The site itself is very unique which adds to the fun of staying in downtown Boston. The bars/nightlife are definitely for the young, "in" crowd in Boston. Our children would have liked a pool, but we were so busy we would not have had much time to enjoy it anyway. |

Noisy mechanical system in the room kept me awake. Low water pressure and delay in delivering hot water for shaving and showering early in the morning. |

The hotel was fabulous and the staff excellent. We had a great stay. No because we got a good rate, wouldn't like to think I had to pay full price. |

The service was exceptional! The location made it easy to walk to most areas in the city and the T stop across the street was convenient. We had an excellent dinner at the restaurant, Scampo. |

Breakfast included. The hotel lobby and bar were not availabnle for a "night-cap" when we returned from dinner, too many people, no room to stand or sit at either bar. Location was not convenient to go next door for a larte night drink. Lobby was once again filled up on Sunday afternoon, so there was no space to entertain guest. |
