My viewed hotels
location. Staff nice enough.
Diesel fuel smell around building. Drinking water had fuel taste to it, in room.
The tacky room and bed.
mineral bath restaurant next door.
length of weight for check In. The room was not worth the money.
the 2 queen beds plus futon in a really spacious room cleanliness good building maintenance hot springs setup more deluxe than others in the area very friendly staff
horseshoes and badminton equipment broken
Location, set in the mountains, usually quiet & peaceful, not far from what I like to do in the area. I liked the big windows, the porch, the bigger bathroom/dressing area and all the wood furniture and walls. The manager was talkative and pleasant.
I didn't like the music from next door that pounded until 2:30 in the morning. (Business next door). Very uncomfortable beds, needs new shower curtains and better toilet paper dispensers. I didn't realize we needed to ask for room service, since we stayed more than one night. Our garbage was overflowing and beds where not made, no clean towels brought. The lobby doesn't open until 8am. We where not able to try the breakfast that was included, we where gone early in the morning until afternoon. There really isn't a place to eat in this area, there is a small fridge and micro in the room. Price wise, it's worth about $80-$85 per night, the $139 plus tax (about $149 per night) is too much for the service that is provided.
We stayed one night after a long motorcycle ride. We were given a personal tour of the facilities. Since cellphone service was not available, there is an old style phone booth where your can make free phone calls to anywhere, including out of country. Movies were free to use in our rooms. If you needed to clean your dusty bike, a hose and rags were waiting to use. A concrete reserved parking spots for bikes is near the office. The usual free breakfast was appreciated, although yogurt and fresh fruit would be good additions. The indoor hot springs baths were clean with soft light and a reserved timed bath just for couples. Fluffy towels waited on a bench. This was our first time and although it was not as refreshing after a 93 degree day, it was relaxing to soak a bit. There was an outdoor pool but chose not to use it. The staff was friendly and helpful with our few questions and getting the coffee supplies missing in our room. Our room was small but enough for us with a small microwave oven and small frig. The air conditioner cooled the room quickly. At night we didn't hear our neighbors and slept well. The restaurant served good food. My taco salad was served in a Cobb salad fashion and huge! My husband gladly helped me finish it. His hamburg was tasty. Good prices, too. Overall a very, very pleasant place to rest set in a beautiful setting and quite affordable.
The bed could be firmer but we had no problem falling to sleep and woke up refreshed. As mentioned before, a few more choices for breakfast would be nice.
Location was awsome.
The rave going on across the street. Extremely loud alnight boom boom rave music . It got louder as the night progressed . It sucked. It was beyond the resorts control. Call a head make sure its not happening.
Simple quiet off the beaten path. Very rustic. Having free phone to contact family.
Not knowing ahead of time there was no cell service. Not like photos.
That we were able to get 2nd refunded and we left the Lodge.
Our room was outdated, dirty with mice and roaches.
Beautiful area. The managers were very nice and accommodating. Was able to get a late dinner at next door bar.
We had just been at Ouray Hot Springs in CO. Hard to beat that! The soaking pools are outside on beautifully landscaped grounds. Wish there was an outside soaking hot spring at Lolo.
Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Facilities are extremely clean and very nicely made up. Beautiful place and quiet. The private, guest only, hot spring pools are awesome. Just remeber there is no cell service or TV, but if that's what you want you're staying for the wrong reasons. Enjoy the quiet and nature.
the room and the hot springs and the setting
may another resturant
They called and tried to say the room I booked for cost I had a confirmation for were gone and I needed to pay more. I said NO, I had a confirmation and even tho they had to upgrade I did not have to pay more for their error
Being the 4th of July weekend.. Was just a bonus! Next time it would be nice to spend a couple extra days to fully enjoy the LOLO experience
Weekend was too short
Accommodations were terrible for the money , have had nicer stays at a motel 6. It was like staying in a single wide trailer from 1970.
Staff is friendly and helpful. After a dip in the hot springs, your skin feels like silk!
Nothing bad to say...
The King room was very comfortable, the Queen room was tight with horrible fluorescent light. A bit secluded and dark.
Dog dirt in walkways. No toilet paper. Lady at front desk wasn't pleasant at all.
Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Comfy bed.
Shower head was broken or old. Didn't work properly.
looks like they are running out of money mercantile was out of almost every thing, bedding was old & ripped
Everything, hot tubs & bed was comfortable.Grounds were clean...
A Drunk lady in the bar put a glass of Ice water on my chair. She was so drunk they had to carry her out 10 minutes later. She got in my face and asked if I had a problem,I replied "NO".Before people get that drunk the Bartenders should kick them out! :( This happened Memorial Weekend!
Air bubbles didn't work in hot tubs.
The springs were inside, They closed at ten o'clock, we should have had the option to go in later w/ a key. The room shown on line, was nothing like the room we a actually stayed in. For the money payed I felt it was not worth it! There was no refrigerator, microwave, and the, loge was out of toilet paper!!!!! The one male house keeper, had to go get a roll from his personal room. And then, we went to town and bought some...not very professional!!!!! We ordered food from the bar, and we waited for at least an hour or more for or food. My girlfriend was so mad that she left..she couldn't get her drink refilled, in a timely fashion, and when they finally brought the food out I took it outside to eat it with her and it was not very good at all!! We ended up throwing it away! By this point she was to angry, to let me take it inside to have them fixed. Also the dial on the tub for the air bubbles was broken!!!! OVER ALL IM SORRY BUT WE WERE NOT SATISFIED WITH OUR STAY!!! And would like to be some how COMPENSATED!!!!!!!! Thank you
Private soaking pools, the breakfast & great room.
the property was nice... a hotel with great potential... nice mineral baths.
the resort needs more help (staff) ONE man running around doing everything.... checking people in, getting towels for the spa, opening the mercantile for us to shop (SPARSELY STOCKED)...the a/c didn't work to good and it was loud. the water pressure was poor, and it went from really hot to cold- Dangerous! this place still needs more attention... it could be a great place. no tv, just movies to check out and no internet/cell phone service. the frig was turned off to save on money. A Hilton price, for a less Quality hotel/lodge:(
Location, location, location. Quiet, out-in-the-woods experience. The drive into Missoula takes 45 minutes, but is a joy each time (watch out for deer). The room was spacious, two queen beds and a very comfortable futon. Though we did not have time to partake, the lodge was a very inviting place to 'hang out'. There is internet service in the lodge, but nowhere else. There is no sell phone coverage at all, but a public phone in the lobby will do for those 'must need' calls. Personally, I enjoyed the lack of technology. After all, if you are staying here, it is because of said lack. There are tv's and dvd players in the rooms. The lobby has a variety of movies to choose from, but don't hesitate to bring your favorites. The staff is friendly and personable (both of them!). My only regret is the lack of cash to leave a nice tip (too much reliance on plastic these days). Very good value for the price! Would I stay again? In a heartbeat!
Hmmm...not much. The shower curtain needed a little bleaching and the air conditioner maybe could have used a cleaning, also. My daughter commented on the water pressure and the 'sticking' doors. Not too much to say here. Would I stay again? In a heartbeat.
