Location and convenience
The rooms are connected (example 300a and 300b) so the balconies can be shared with 2 rooms. It was weird for us to leave out door unlocked/ open to get fesh air when the ppl next door could just walk in. There is no air conditioning here so you need to have the door open at times. This also makes the walls thin so you can easily hear your neighbors. You might be able to request a room that is not shared like that. Overall, this is a great place to stay for the price!
The hot tub and pool didn't seem very clean or maybe just out dated. The hot tub in our building was super stuffy in a tiny room with no ventilation and smelled horrible. Our room was ok.. The pull down bed from the wall was a little unstable but worked and the mattress was super cozy but the blanket was old and gross. The condo felt a little dirty but for the most part fine - probably just needs some updating. The door to our balcony did not shut all the way at the top.. There was quite a gap.
I liked the location and pricing. The size of the condo was great and how private it was, and we loved having a balcony!!
Do not go there for your business trip As It is far to noisy. The system with keys and card is not easy for getting in the lodge and room.
Internet connection works well. Underground parking is useful in the winter.
kitchen, coffee machine u/s., poor standard of crockery and lack of cooking utensils
convenience to public transport and chairlifts
The condo was average. It was partially renovated but the renovation quality was poor. New paint, countertops and flooring but the cabinets were not upgraded and some of them did not close properly. The cost was far too high (over $500 per night)for the quality of the property and the quality of the room.
The property was clean but in need to additional renovations. The property was ski in and out, but the entrance was blocked by a children's ski area making it useless. The location near an entertainment complex was good. Location is 5 minutes from Main Street with free shuttle service which is nice.
Needs directions to work the tv's THREE remotes, as well as a channel guide.
Snowboard right to front door... Everything you need in the apartment, friendly staff.
The staff were incredibly helpful. Although our apartment wasn't ready at checkin time the manager offered to drive us to the local Starbucks for a coffee. Also the shuttle drivers very friendly and helpful.
Lack of cleaning and overall cleanliness
Housekeeping was very average!!
Great location for slopes & free bus service!! Good value too!
Room needed updating. Chipped tiles. Water in shower ran hot and cold when others ran water elsewhere and fridge didn't get cold.
Perfect location walk to lifts
There was nothing I didn't like.
Everything starting with guest service. Veronica welcomed us with a smile made us fell like we were at home. The rooms were clean and it was so close to everything like food, shopping and the slopes.
Room was not made up every day. Kitchen is primitive and out of date. We had exactly this model microwave in 1984!
Location is great, rooms were pleasant, staff was friendly.
The toilet kept backing up.
Location was perfect! Convenient ski-in, ski-out. Rentals and ski valet on site. Restaurants, ice-skating rink & shops on site as well and the bus stop was just steps away from our room.
Deluxe Queen room came with a Murphy Wall Bed. Room had a kitchen, however, that was not important to us.
Location to lifts.
hot tub and pool were closed. Getting to our room from the parking garage was confusing
The room was nice. location from downtown was great
Very close to lifts and ski school There is a mini-grocery store a few steps away Super friendly staff Honor Library (yay!) Price / Value Free Easy parking Free Wi-Fi
Our room was overlooking the courtyard area but fairly close to the street. It was so quiet! We woke up to snow in the morning. Very pretty. The room was comfy. Very large flat screen TV, Murphy bed was super comfy. We would go back again.
The twin beds, ha ha but it was still a fun adventure.
The bathroom, the balcony, the kitchen, the loft space. And the price for the room was awesome. It was right at the end of off season, so deal was great.
The bed in room 165 was terrible. The heater was noisey. You could not view the tv from the bed.
The room itself was very nice
Excellent condo, great amenities, close to everything
Old condos that were upgraded partially. Wasn't the worst place I have stayed at in Park City but when compared to some of the others resorts, not exactly the best. C-
Location was great.
Picture didn't match location. Really no savings. If I would have called direct same price
Pleasant staff close to downtown Park City
there was nothing we did not like.
