Moments from the downtown area, and at the base of Park City Mountain Resort, this condominium-style hotel provides guests with everything needed to feel at home.
Score from 109 reviews Very good
The property was clean but in need to additional renovations. The property was ski in and out, but the entrance was blocked by a children's ski area making it useless. The location near an entertainment complex was good. Location is 5 minutes from Main Street with free shuttle service which is nice.
The condo was average. It was partially renovated but the renovation quality was poor. New paint, countertops and flooring but the cabinets were not upgraded and some of them did not close properly. The cost was far too high (over $500 per night)for the quality of the property and the quality of the room.
Snowboard right to front door... Everything you need in the apartment, friendly staff.
Needs directions to work the tv's THREE remotes, as well as a channel guide.
The staff were incredibly helpful. Although our apartment wasn't ready at checkin time the manager offered to drive us to the local Starbucks for a coffee. Also the shuttle drivers very friendly and helpful.
Lack of cleaning and overall cleanliness
Great location for slopes & free bus service!! Good value too!
Housekeeping was very average!!
Perfect location walk to lifts
Room needed updating. Chipped tiles. Water in shower ran hot and cold when others ran water elsewhere and fridge didn't get cold.
Everything starting with guest service. Veronica welcomed us with a smile made us fell like we were at home. The rooms were clean and it was so close to everything like food, shopping and the slopes.
There was nothing I didn't like.
Location is great, rooms were pleasant, staff was friendly.
Room was not made up every day. Kitchen is primitive and out of date. We had exactly this model microwave in 1984!
Location was perfect! Convenient ski-in, ski-out. Rentals and ski valet on site. Restaurants, ice-skating rink & shops on site as well and the bus stop was just steps away from our room.
The toilet kept backing up.
Location to lifts.
Deluxe Queen room came with a Murphy Wall Bed. Room had a kitchen, however, that was not important to us.
The room was nice. location from downtown was great
hot tub and pool were closed. Getting to our room from the parking garage was confusing
Very close to lifts and ski school There is a mini-grocery store a few steps away Super friendly staff Honor Library (yay!) Price / Value Free Easy parking Free Wi-Fi
Our room was overlooking the courtyard area but fairly close to the street. It was so quiet! We woke up to snow in the morning. Very pretty. The room was comfy. Very large flat screen TV, Murphy bed was super comfy. We would go back again.
The bathroom, the balcony, the kitchen, the loft space. And the price for the room was awesome. It was right at the end of off season, so deal was great.
The twin beds, ha ha but it was still a fun adventure.
The room itself was very nice
The bed in room 165 was terrible. The heater was noisey. You could not view the tv from the bed.
Excellent condo, great amenities, close to everything
Location was great.
Old condos that were upgraded partially. Wasn't the worst place I have stayed at in Park City but when compared to some of the others resorts, not exactly the best. C-
Pleasant staff close to downtown Park City
Picture didn't match location. Really no savings. If I would have called direct same price
Our unit at the lodge was incredible!
there was nothing we did not like.
A lot of space Good location
Lobby/facility a bit run down Staff not very accomodating. I asked for a late check out and the front desk said they had already given too many. I've never stayed in a hotel where they've turned me down for a late check out. I called the next morning and the person at the desk was more than willing to give me a late check-out??
View was beautiful.
No A/C. Staff wasn't available half the time we needed them. The man who checked me is was very rude.
Location was wonderful Kitchen was nice and well appointed
No air conditioning Sofa bed was a joke - could not be used by our 60 pound daughter because it was on such bad condition. Master bedroom bed was mush. Headboard was not connected so it bumped against the wall anytime there was slight movement on the bed.
The shower didn't drain properly. By mid-shower I was calf deep in water. The toilet didn't flush properly, even toilet paper was a challenge to get down, enough said. The carpet was so gross that I wore sandals in the room the whole time. When I tried to use the iron, I found it broken with wiring exposed. If it were to get plugged in, it could shock someone or spark a fire. To cap things off room 310a was occupied August 23rd by what sounded like 10 or 12 young adults partying their asses off. It was ridiculous. Oh, and when I went to check out at 445 am when I had had enough their was no attendant at the front desk. My wife and I stood their for 10 minutes before leaving our keys behind the counter with a note to call me. I received no such phone call and had to call myself to ensure I would be checked out. It was very poor customer service. I would not stay at this resort again. I would like follow up regarding my complaints. I asked the desk employee for a manager to call me and I have yet to receive a call.
The price and size of the room.
