Our unit at the lodge was incredible!
there was nothing we did not like.
A lot of space Good location
Lobby/facility a bit run down Staff not very accomodating. I asked for a late check out and the front desk said they had already given too many. I've never stayed in a hotel where they've turned me down for a late check out. I called the next morning and the person at the desk was more than willing to give me a late check-out??
View was beautiful.
No A/C. Staff wasn't available half the time we needed them. The man who checked me is was very rude.
Location was wonderful Kitchen was nice and well appointed
No air conditioning Sofa bed was a joke - could not be used by our 60 pound daughter because it was on such bad condition. Master bedroom bed was mush. Headboard was not connected so it bumped against the wall anytime there was slight movement on the bed.
The shower didn't drain properly. By mid-shower I was calf deep in water. The toilet didn't flush properly, even toilet paper was a challenge to get down, enough said. The carpet was so gross that I wore sandals in the room the whole time. When I tried to use the iron, I found it broken with wiring exposed. If it were to get plugged in, it could shock someone or spark a fire. To cap things off room 310a was occupied August 23rd by what sounded like 10 or 12 young adults partying their asses off. It was ridiculous. Oh, and when I went to check out at 445 am when I had had enough their was no attendant at the front desk. My wife and I stood their for 10 minutes before leaving our keys behind the counter with a note to call me. I received no such phone call and had to call myself to ensure I would be checked out. It was very poor customer service. I would not stay at this resort again. I would like follow up regarding my complaints. I asked the desk employee for a manager to call me and I have yet to receive a call.
The price and size of the room.
Beds, service or house keeping well never saw any ,
The arrangement of the sleeping quarters work great for a grandma and grandpa with kids and grandkids.
Nothing really...great job!
The room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable.
The staff was not very nice, maybe it wasn't a good day or something. I tried to call to see if we can check in early because we had a wedding ceremony to make it to by 5. The lady on the phone wasn't flexible about check in so we got there exactly at 4 and figured we would hurry. We checked in but they did not have our key. We waited in the lobby for a good 20-25 minutes until someone came down with our room key. The next day I called to get an extra half hour to check out and the receptionist just said no. I've never been to a place where the staff was so incredibly inflexible and not willing to work with their customers. I really love PCMR and have skied there 5 seasons in a row, this experience is making me consider other resorts this year. Don't think we will be coming back to this lodge.
The only thing I liked was that the room was spacious.
The maintenance was poor and the rooms had no ac. It was very hot. They also had bed bugs. I would not recommend this area.
It was cheap
There was no air conditioning, which the front desk people said was on the website but neither I nor my other set of friends remember seeing, the bed was uncomfortable and our keys to our rooms never worked properly.
The location is excellent! We had the best view of the fireworks from our room.
The room did not have air conditioning which I understood, however, it did not have a fan either. The room was 89 degrees and when we tried to open the window the crank fell off. We had to ask the FD for a fan who seemed put out that I would even ask. The sofa bed was missing springs, therefore, my kinds had to sleep in a V shaped bed. The room was somewhat clean (sheets and bathroom), but there were dead bugs on the floor, crumbs in the phone and dust on ledges and shower had mold. The staff (except one) seemed to be uninformed about things. The pool had no towels. Overall, would not stay again.
The room was very attractive.
Location was great, view was beautiful, staff was lovely and accomodating.
It was very noisy outside in the evening due to the activities for families/children.
It was very close to our son and his wives home. We enjoyed a hike up the mountain behind the resort.
Wi-fi and Location
People, reception, and phone person terrible. Unit is old, worn out and need to be updated, at least to the 20th century. very noisy - not from "noise", terrible acoustics - you can hear normal conversations with people next door. pretty expensive to save a few steps and get on wifi. Would not recommend to anyone, will never stay here again.
great location next to the chairlift
couldn't get early check in or late checkout
Convenient access to wide selection of restaurants & free shuttle bus access to many local sites.
Orientation of the bed left a very narrow passage for navigating across the room. Tv remote channel change worked, but power on/off & volume control had to be done on the tv.
Rooms a bit dated.
small and poor quality rooms
Staff was great. Location was nice. Room was nice, except bathtub was dirty.
Soap scum in tub. Try cleanser.
Park City is beautiful, and the lodge is nestled right against the ski slope. Good restaurants.
Mid October is a quiet time in Park City and their were a significant number of businesses that were closed.
A "Deluxe Queen" room really was a tiny room with an old Murphy bed and walls so paper thin we could have a conversation with the people staying next door! For the price I paid, the room was sub par!!
