Conveniently located with a great view. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Made my trip easy and relaxing.
Wifi signal was weak. Thats it.
Performance by members from the Pueblo were very good. Much appreciated. Worth the price of the stay.
Room was a bit disappointing. Few amenities. Needs updating and fixing up.
The mini king room was spacious.
Difficulty of unloading and loading car. Ice machine nearest room did not work. Handicap room not available.
Fabulous location, although slightly out of the centre of Santa Fe, but there is a shuttle that runs between all the hotels in the group..up to 9pm. Taxi's are inexpensive though so no real drama's. Facilities are great, Staff friendly and very helpful..all in all a great place to stay ...
leaving the hotel !!So sad .... :(
Overall the place was good.
The carpets were dirty. The place needs an upgrade.
The location was perfect for exploring the whole Santa Fe area, to include Taos and other nearby town's art art and cultural attractions. The room we stayed in was attractive and very comfortable. The views from the hotel of the National Cemetery and mountains was incredible.
Would have liked to have a small refrigerator and microwave in the room.
Pool, free shuttle to plaza
Pool area was dirty, carpets throughout facility were dirty, restaurant was dirty, housekeeping woke us before 8am daily, room was small, bathroom toilet ran
Room was VERY MUSTY.
easy in, easy out
the carpet smelled like it was just washed, which made me sneeze alot
Clean comfortable room - attentive staff - high on a ridge overlooking National Cemetery - close to Indian School, School for Blind and capital building - Restaurant very good but not outstanding - Whole Foods Market a few blocks away
No mini refrigerator in room
The Southwestern motif
The bedding was completely worn out & when it was mentioned to the front desk the reply was we are slowly replacing them & no discount was offered.
staff was accomodating
hot tub still wasn"t working :(
The shuttle to the plaza area is good. The entertainment - Flamenco - was wonderful. Pool area nice, but concrete damaged.
The front desk staff were not knowledgeable about events or locations. Restaurant over-priced. The hallways and stair carpets looked dirty. Need more ice machines.
Over priced for size and quality of room. Just slightly better than motel 6.
Good location to the variety of things we wanted to do in Santa Fe, both in old town and the area. Bar was a good place to hang out with friends before dinner. Food at the restaurant was also good.
Parking was not very convenient to the room location. Limited ice machines also made this a long trek.
Difficulty with transport ... Shuttle service to conference centre erratic. Maintenance issues in room.
Bed was comfortable, wifi worked well, manager attentive to our needs. Our room was next to a hospitality suite when we came back from dinner the first night, we knew the party there would go on for a while and we would not be able to sleep. The manager did move us to an upgraded, quiet room! Thank you.
Common areas need updating, new carpet. Room was clean enough but could use some attention-wood around windows was broken, shower tiles needed new grouting, bricks on balcony we're loose.
Location is perfect, staff was very friendly and helpful, décor, size of room was pretty nice. The place was clean. Great deal for the price and I would return.
Bed was pretty cheap feeling. No fitted sheets so the regular sheet kept cinching up while I was sleeping and exposing my body to the bare mattress- gross! Bedding itself was cheap: a sheet, a thin down comforter and another sheet. Toilet in bathroom was literally jet powered. It was awkwardly loud every time it was flushed. It could easily wake another person in the room up in the middle of the night. TV was pretty poor quality, kind of fuzzy picture. No fridge and no microwave.
Location, comfortable bed, excellent food, great price deal including a great breakfast
bathtub did not drain well at all while taking a shower, chair in room was very uncomfortable
We like the southwest decor and the huge junior suite rooms. The location is very convenient to the Plaza. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Corners were cut on some of the fixtures in the rooms, and light bulbs were burned out in both rooms we stayed in on two occasions.
good location, comfy bed
the outdoor hot tub was gross. we were disappointed with that.
The location was about the only positive thing about this place.
The room they put me in was musty, gloomy and had a terrible odor. I purchased a room deodorizer. It was in the back of the hotel, the entry doors did not lock anyone could get in. It was so far from anyone that if something would have happened, no one would hear a thing. I used the gym the first day but the remote to the tv didn't work, the front desk lady called for the maintenance guy, he said it needed batteries and that he would be right back with some, but never returned. RUDE! Booking.com really needs to see what these hotels offer the guests when the book through their web site. If I would have known what the room was like, I would have never gone there.
Everything looked new.
Shower not handicap friendly.
The room was okay.
Beds were hard. Very noisy. Really needs to be refurbished.
Great Hotel very large rooms with nice views of the city. I would highly recommend for anyone wanting a little larger room and beautiful grounds. Nice pool area as well. Close to downtown.
