Bed was comfortable. Free breakfast and cucumber water. Location.
Noise level of guests above us.
Staff service was good. Room was clean.
Room was small for price. Room view overlooked utility room roof. Weather was rainy and bikers and other patrons blocked entry. Had to carry luggage through the rain. need a larger covered drive through for people arriving and leaving.
Breakfast was super! Staff was so polite.
Think some upgrades need to done in rooms...such as carpet and more bathroom counterspace.
Had to leave!
The tv and balcony
That staff were so nice and would do anything for you. And the breakfast was outstanding
Rooms were clean and comfortable
A buffet is fine, but for over $200 per night, you'd think there would be someone to pour you coffee at breakfast, or that you wouldn't have to eat out of styrofoam
Outside was wonderful loved the view
Room smelled of smoke
One of the female staff at check-in was fantastic. Breakfast was very good and there was lots of it. The heated sauna was really hot, but great.
One of the female staff at check-out was not friendly.
The back patio
The large lady who was the evening shift bartender was pushy and brusk. She demanded to see my son's I.D. (He is 21 and has a vertical, Texas I.D.) In a big voice for everyone at the bar and in the lobby to hear, she belows out, "We don't accept vertical I.D's!" "You can talk to the manager!" I said, but this is my kid, what if I order him a drink? "You can talk to the manager!" On the tip line of my bar tab, I entered "$0.00." That is how our stay started off and I was very unimpressed with your "resort" which is really just kind of an old run-of-the-mill, average hotel that is quite overpriced. We won't be back.
Loved the golf course and its convenience to the hotel. King suite we had was really super. Breakfast buffet was excellent, especially the omelets. The staff was very friendly and efficient.
Minor maintenance problems - our door wouldn't shut properly, the sliding closet door was off the track, and the water pressure was such that it would take an hour to fill the Jacuzzi tub. But consider these minor - overall the hotel is great.
The location was good, it was clean and comfortable.
One of the hostess, the older gal was so rude and seem annoyed and upset every time you talk to her. She was extremely rude when we checked out late because according to her they don't offer that option. But on your website you do, I tried to explain that to her but she didn't care, she kept mumbling stuff to herself with an angry face.
The staff is nice and it was pretty clean
Hotel never put in our confirmation and it was sold out, finally got a room but didn't need the stress, ice machines didn't work on both top floors and no signs were put up, maintenance was informed
I can't believe a Resort didn't have a restaurant !!
Iike the lodge how it was set up very nice and it set the mood really nice. The breakfast was good and the rooms were excellent. Bed was comfortable and the tube was nice.
I wouldn't say dislike but maybe improvement. The tubs should always have a bath Matt in it. My wife slipped and it could of been bad if I wasn't in there to catch her. The breakfast was good except maybe more of a variety (beacon) would be nice. Also the doors don't really seal off very good I could hear people making noises and conversations when I was walking down the hall.
We were welcomed as friends and a repair that was needed to the telephone was fixed within minutes. Breakfast buffet was large and fresh. The pool and hot tub area were clean and well kept. The massage therapist was great. Myhusband appreciated the attractive walking/running track.
There is no restaurant at lunch or dinner.
The hotel is very beautiful, they fireplaces, the wrought iron work, the curb appeal, very nice and the food is nice
the hotel rooms need to be maintained and updated. The mattresses are very very hard, the rugs need to be changed, the illumination and the bathrooms need to be updated
My daughter and I LOVED the Jacuzzi tub in our room. The pillows were nice and fluffy and we super enjoyed the pool! The pool was the whole reason we chose this property for our get away.
The bed was SOOOO HARD!
We enjoyed the friendly staff during our stay.
Staff was wonderful and the breakfast was delicious!
The wind caused a loud whistle in the vents. Both nights we woke up extremely early because of the noise.
Full kitchenette, quietness in room and great breakfasts.
Booked a king suite. First room we viewed had been smoked in the bathroom, even though these are supposed to be smoke free. Were given another king suite which had no odor of smoking.
Very cool hotel. Perfect location and most important...clean.
We had an emergency on the slopes, my son injured himself. We go back to the hotel and tell them what happened....$50.00 charge for a late checkout. How very nice of them.
I liked the location
I usually eat egg whites. The cook could not handle the amount if people eating. I asked him for an egg white and he told me that he was resting and would cook it later. I think u can improve that by having a helper and more customer service. Thanks
The staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. Rachel went above and beyond to help our family have the best time we could considering that we were in a car accident minutes after arriving to town.
