The Owners/staff at The Lodge were very kind and friendly. helpful about sites, best places to eat, and directions to all in the area
didn't know where ice machine was, but wasn't hard to find on our own
Kim at the front desk and the entire staff were awesome! Super accommodating and friendly. Also gave us suggestions for things to do and places to eat that were superb! The wooded setting by the heated pool is beautiful and we saw lots of deer during our stay! Rooms are very comfortable and a good value! Loved it and will be back!
The Lodge was very comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the nice swimming pool in the back of the property. It was private and had a view of the woods. We liked being able to walk next door for breakfast.
Great owners and very clean rooms. Very impressed!
Pool . . . not so great, but not really a big deal or necessity.
What you would expect for the area. Rustic decor was very well done. Owners very friendly and helpful to recommend resturants and places of interest.
We only stayed one night but the bed and pillows were excellent. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. I would stat here again.
A little far from the action on Spring St. No coffee maker.
Friendly owners on site. Nice personal touches in the room. Pool was great. Very relaxing and quiet, unlike larger hotels where pool is full of kids and very noisy. Also had room on back side of motel. Location was very quiet and had deer coming up to eat every evening.
The lodge is an older motel. It has been renovated and was very clean but still could use a few more updates, especially the whirlpool tubs and bathroom vanities.
Very clean and pool was crystal clear. Very nice owners.
Very small, quaint motel. Exceptionally clean with very comfortable beds. Reminded me of places we stayed as children while on vacation. Request room at the back if you prefer quiet.
Extremely clean room, very quiet, will definitely stay here again.
Great location, good value for the money, helpful and friendly staff.
Our room seemed very clean, but we were visited by roaches, moths and little flying insects as the evening progressed.
My wife and I visit Eureka Springs several times a year. We try different lodging arrangements to change things up. The Lodge is an affordable, clean and quiet stay. We chose one of the three available Jacuzzi suites located in the back facing the woods and pool. It was quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The pool is heated, set lower than the rooms and is partially surrounded by a retaining wall which cuts down on the noise considerably. The owners were friendly and caring of their guests. Deer can be seen feeding as we sit out on the deck in front of our room.
No complaints on The Lodge. We will be staying here again !
Everything!! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate. I have stayed at one of the larger hotels in Eureka Springs, and The Lodge far exceeded the other "big" hotel in every way.
Very friendly staff and helpful as well. Clean and home like.
The air was on full blast when we arrived.. The room temperature was 60, too cold for us.
After experiencing an ordeal with overbooking, the owners went out of their way to accommodate us. They were so courteous and welcoming. The room was very peaceful and we loved seeing deer right outside our room.
The first room we stayed in had an unpleasant and very strong smell, however, it was very clean.
I liked everything , price, the owners , the pool, the town, total great experience!
location, quiet, backed up to woods
no continental breakfast walked downstairs (told in advance) beds OK but not the best vanity/microwave space crowded did not have usual amenities: iron, ironing board, hair dryer, phone??
The pool was great , we also saw deer feeding while we were swimming .
Surprisingly quiet. Our room was on the front of the building.
A/C unit was a little loud. Missed the continental breakfast. Not impressed with the cafe next door.
Modern amenities with old time flare
Location of The Lodge was great. Our room had a view of the pool and the woods, which was beautiful. They have out deer feeders, so we were able to watch the deer, which my three year old loved. There are chairs outside each room door, so it made it feel like you were sitting on the porch in woods, which was nice. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Owners were nice and very accommodating.
Locally owned and managed. The couple that owns it lives there. Very friendly and congenial. Recommend the King room with the spa tub. Also get to see the deer come up and eat!
The owner of the Lodge was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.
The place was clean and charming. The price was amazing for how well kept the hotel was. The Deer showed up in the morning and my children loved the pool. Thanks for the great stay at your darling hotel!
From the lobby to our room it was perfect. The staff was friendly and our room had that personal touch, you didn't feel like you were in a cold chain hotel. It was great! We wanted a romantic getaway and we got it! Looking forward to going back!
