Everything! The hotel people were nice, helpful, courteous. The room was clean, bed was nice, bathroom was great. Room rate was terrific. Only goes up $5.00 in busy times.
Not one thing!
My wife and I have stayed here at least once or twice a year for the past four years and the place is conveniently located, a good value, great jacuzzi rooms, and the couple that owns the place are super accommodating and sweet as can be. Will continue coming back and would recommend to others. And I never leave reviews for places even when they are nice but i love these people and the place!
That I had to leave!
The owners' pride in this property is very apparent! Our stay was pleasant and comfortable. We will go back and will most certainly recommend this location to others. Thanks again, Paul & Kim (owners).
Our visit was too short!
Wonderful, welcoming hospitality from the owners. Clean and well kept facility.
Instructed us on what to do for the day and had a fantastic time. thanks.
The room was beautiful, the owners very friendly and helpful, and the entire trip was a wonderful present for our anniversary.
Great quaint town. Nice shops. Cordial lodge owner/couple. Ready to return!
Not enough time there.
The bed was stiffer then any hotel bed I've ever slept in. There wifi was a joke if your on the 2nd floor good luck getting a reception
Owner is just the very best and so very friendly, conscientious, and helpful in every way!! We loved Route 62 Café next door that Kim recommended!!
Smokers by our front door at night and congregating....smoke came into our room.
how clean and orderly the room was. very spacious.towels folded with a special touch.
Upon our arrival, hotel owner & manager Kim provided an excellent summary of the accommodations as well as the local attractions. She made us feel very welcome, and her restaurant recommendations were spot on! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite having adverse weather that shortened our visit by one day. Kim offered us the option of canceling the last day of our reservation without a charge, which we thought was very generous.
Nothing to not like.
quiet and comfy!!
Good value, very comfortable and very clean. The owners strive to make sure that your stay is a pleasant one.
The owner is wonderful. Very knowledgeable about what to do in the area.
Refrigerator didn't cool very well.
The Lodge is an older property but it is quite clean and the staff is very friendly.
Owners live on premises and take pride in the appearance and condition of the property. Very personable and make you feel at home. Will definitely stay there again when in town.

No seat back on toilet
Although we were right in town, our room was in the back and faced the woods. We saw several deer. We never heard any road noise because our room was in the back.
We absolutely loved The Lodge. Eureka Springs is already a beautiful location, and the owners of The Lodge have kept a cute, rustic feel to the hotel. It is so homey and clean. They were extremely polite and friendly. We will definitely be coming back for another stay!
Very convenient and quiet
Commodes don't have top on the seat making it easy for things to fall in commode.
The Owners/staff at The Lodge were very kind and friendly. helpful about sites, best places to eat, and directions to all in the area
didn't know where ice machine was, but wasn't hard to find on our own
Woods and pool in the back are lovely. Owner was most helpful with information at check-in and made a point to come out to thank us while loading the car for staying.
Super clean, pleasant owners, comfortable bed.
Could have used a night stand on both sides of the bed. Pillows left a lot to be desired, but that's pretty standard these days, at least there were plenty of them.
