It was filthy, we were afraid it was infested , bed sheets were filthy , bed uncomfortable , floors filthy , noise and , and a lot of screaming outside all night, people walking and screaming just outside our door all night. I would never stay again.

I think the rooms need an upgrade. Beds and bathroom preferrably.

The location is amazing. Joanna the manager is very very nice. I am going back again in june. I really enjoyed it. Spacious rooms clean

I have been in many SoBe hotels. This needs renovations. Couch was moldy and comforters

Bathroom.... Bath in the suite is very old and dirty, so dirty! and nobody in the hotel will help you to overcome this problem... they really can't clean it, it needs to be remodeled.

Close to the beach, but far enough from all the tourists

They use a valet for off street parking. You can get the car back any time you want, as many times as you need it. But I reset the trip meter on my truck then turned it over to them. They put an extra 10 miles on my truck. When I asked the manager about it.... I was called a liar!

the free wifi, location, staff, suite

The room we reserved was comfortable for the both of us. Really clean. We were not in our room much throughout the stay. Housekeeping did a really good Job of restocking towels and bathroom necessities. I would like to point out we had a room with a 1 queen bed upstairs. We had 2 friends who were staying downstairs the Rooms with 2 full beds.i have to say those rooms are pretty run down. Especially the bathrooms. I would recommend the single queen rooms.especially for a couple.

Sin lugar a duda todo lo demás, los colchones son absolutamente viejos con un vado en medio insoportable a la hora de dormir. El personal de gerencia y recamareras unos flojos de primera.

Hotel ohne eigene Parkplätze bzw. kostengünstige Parkplätze in der Nähe.

C'est mon 3ème séjour dans cet hôtel. Emplacement idéal, un parking public à proximité (un peu cher). Toujours aussi calme.

Je suis toujours au 1er étage, je ne peux profiter du jardinet en RDV, il manque des cendriers sur la coursive.

A localização é ótima e o tamanho do quarto razoável.

O que é grave é que não entregam o que vendem, por exemplo, cobram a taxa de resort de praia (us$15,00 por dia) onde está inclusa a entrega diária de jornal - nunca recebi; cadeiras de praia - às vezes não tem. O atendimento é péssimo, a limpeza é precária, o chuveiro é horrível, enfim, são itens que não se pode observar pelo site. Não recomendo e não ficarei mais neste hotel.

Proximité de la plage, personnel accueillant

Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación. Estás a una cuadra de la playa de South Beach. Estás cerca de muchos lugares para comer, tomar algo y hacer compras del día. Para los fanáticos de la tecnología a 8-10 cuadras de un best buy y de un Apple store.

Son un poco descuidados con la limpieza y no tienen ascensor, por lo cual tienes que subir un piso por escalera y si vas con paraguita del nene es medio perno.

Localização e preço. O serviço de estacionamento terceirizado é muito bom, apesar de ser meio caro. O quarto é confortável e possui uma cozinha com fogão e geladeira.

O banheiro estava precisando de uma limpeza pesada e de uma bela pintura.

The Loft Hotel ha di positivo solamente la posizione.

Pulizie fatte male, capelli ovunque, asciugamani sporchi, struttura vecchia sporca umida piena di muffa. Il giardino che decantano è inesistente, è un corridoio di sassi di fianco alla struttura, dove sono posizionati dei tavolini che non sono nemmeno uno per camera. Le foto che vedete sul sito non sono reali sono tutte modificate in meglio. Muffa e Ruggine ovunque.

La verdad que el hotel es muy lindo y comodo. La ubicacion es excelente, estas a una cuadra de la playa y en pleno centro.

Tuttu negativo qualità/prezzo alto, pulizia inesistente,struttura peggio di un ostello di passo livello, pavimenti sporchi e pareti sporche e scrostate così come la vasca o doccia, asciugamani macchiati o sporchi, lesi, piccoli, posizione buona ma ci sono molti altri alberghi a minor prezzo nella zona,parcheggio caro e non efficiente, abbiamo riscontrato l'utilizzo della nostra vettura con il consumo del carburante e sistemazione del sedile del passeggiero steso.......... Ho scelto l'Hotel perchè mi è stato consigliato ma in Booking I commenti erano esatti, io non ci ho creduto, male!

The staff was friendly and the location was good.

The room was not at all what it looked like in there photo gallery. It was not cleaned well the curtins were dirty the tub in the bathroom had chipped paint in it, the beds were uncomfortable you can feel the springs in the mattress and last the 2 pots that they do have were burned at the bottom of the inside of the pots, we had to purchase our own to cook.

The quality of the rooms is very poor.
