The room was just fantastic. A sky suite on the 54th floor. Great facilities, fantastic views. Very friendly front of house and restaurant staff.Dinner in the Maze ( Ramseys is now closed) was excellent.
That Gordon Ramsey at the London has been closed. Apart from that there is nothing to dislike!
Excellent staff and servoce
noise from lift and flickering light from TV kept us awake.
Location Spacious rooms
Furniture was not comfortable
Great hotel for Bridal market
Need in room coffee maker. Bed is quite hard. Ice makers broken on several levels.
Room layout was nice and the location was terrific.
Could be the initial problem was with myself or Booking.com, but I had asked for a spare bed and noticed it was not on my confirmation and it took an extra phone call enroute and then a call from the room before it arrived.
Location. Wifi. Size if rooms.
Bellmen were rude. House keeping was not up to par. Their cleaning was not good at all
The hotel was absolutely beautiful. Great location and beautiful rooms.
Who could not love New York for are 50th wedding anniversary the London hotel and staff made it a special occasion from the moment we stepped foot off the Queen Mary 2. And in the British style a grande Dame of a hotel.
wonderful view from suites on higher floors very spacious rooms small stylish lobby with quick access to 54th st . Near lots of shops , museums etc.
the bar seemed to lack atmosphere but we didn't intend to spend much time there so it was not an issue .
There was nothing that I liked.
1. Dirty air conditioners, half clean room, dusty surfaces. 2. Artificial smiles. Intimidating remark, "Don't move anything in the fridge, or they will be charged.' 3. No water boiler or coffee making. 4. Their restaurant food is at best, mediocre. Semi ripe fruits, disgusting latte. Shame on Gordon Ramsey.
You pay for a 5* hotel but get really 3+ star
Everything.. From concierge, room service to the shower in the bathroom! I would stay again for sure .
Don't listen to yelp review .. HOTEL HAS HOT WATER! . The fact that I humble myself and do not dress to the nines like the other guess . It bothered me that when I walked into hotel with my husband and child I always felt they would approach us , as if we did not belong .. If there is a dress code for the hotel please let me know .. as I wore tank tops and sweat pants , my husband a basketball cap and t-shirt . Your staff should welcome us with open arms regardless of what stereo type they must of put us in .
One bedroom suite is very comfortable
No coffee making facilities in the room and mini bar does n't open (or unclear how to access it)
Location was perfect Nice rooms Good concierge service
The space was impressive, not just because it's NYC. The staff was prompt, attentive, and accommodating.
At this level an espresso machine in the room is a must
Large room especially for nyc
Got there a bit earlier than the check-in time but the front desk had a room available and allowed me to check in. Great location for what I paid!
Quiet room on 23rd floor. Not overly busy at time we were there.
No where to sit in foyer while waiting !! Bar and restaurant quite expensive. No pool. Quite crowded in bar/restaurant area.
The space, the location, the cleanliness, the staff, i guess everything else
Great experience, from check in to room size to service. A+++
Large bedroom space. Separate seating area. Big bathroom with walk in rain shower and a deep bath. Bed super comfy.
Room service expensive. Bar restaurant not as spectacular as expected.
Location, size of rooms, bathroom
Slow wifi, no complimentary bottled water, unserviceable cable/tv
One of the nicest hotels I ever stayed in.
Way too expensive.
