Great location and staff. Nicely appointed room. Fantastic shower.
The Room Layout The bedroom
The lobby doesnt have any chair or sofa and also toilet The location it is in the middle of the street
Comfortable room and bed.
Staff in restaurant was poor, slow and unprofessional.
The hotel was clean and well presented. Excellent location just off broadway.
Breakfast was Not included and cost us $90 on our first morning! Never again after that. I made 3 phone calls in the USA and they charged me $90! Beautiful hotel just expected better value for the premium price.
Room was cold
location to downtown, great room, comfortable, nicely furnished, very quiet, best room service, great bellmen
The restaurant. The room the staff
The rooms were large and spacious. The location of the hotel was good as it was close to many attractions including MoMa
The hotel staff were very annoying, even if the DND sign was on they would still come in, call... Etc which I found extremely irritating and rude! Plus, the housekeeping did not clean the room very well until I spoke to the manager, they never even vacummed!
Rooms were very nice. Bathrooms were spacious.
The restaurant. God was ok. Prices were ridiculous.
I love The London. It's sophisticated yet comfortable. The staff is very attentive and friendly. I never stay anywhere else when in NYC.
The hotel car was very useful. Doormen were courteous and made the effort to recall your name. Fantastic location. Very comfortable accommodation. A quiet hotel in the middle of the Manhattan mayhem.
Ice machine did not work on more than one occasion.
The room was beautiful and clean. Comfortable and luxurious. Loved the double shower. The seating area was relaxing and with magnificent views. Also had an excellent dinner in the restaurant! Dessert was scrumptious!
No bedroom door.
Food menu and quality was very poor
size of room (huge) location value for money
Hotel location was convenient and the room seemed like it would be comfortable.
We were very unhappy about persistant cigarette odor in our NON-SMOKING room. When I talked to staff I was told it was due to smoking on the 18 floor (smoking floor) wafting into our 19th floor room. My wife has lung condition and coughed all night. The heavy smoke odor kept me awake all night and irratated my nose for 2 days afterwards. My dayghter complained about paying to be exposed to second hand smoke, a known health hazard. Staff did not offer to help when I talked to them despite issue of my wifes health condition, they made a note and told us we would not have to pay extra $300 smoke remediation fee. We got up early due to irritating smoke odor and left by 9:00 am to find some fresh air. We were very uncomfortable during our stay. Next time we will stay elsewhere for certain.
Good value of money.
Nothing as such
Location, free high speed wifi, good heating in rooms, nice bathtub and power shower
No water or tea making facility in room. One tea costs $12 and a water costs $8.00 which is daylight robbery and completely absurd when a pot of tea costs $3.00 in the bar opposite. If you must charge for tea and water don't rip people off for such simple things!!!
Excellent location. Large, clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly and accommodating staff.
It would be nice to have complimentary coffee and tea in the room.
Great location and great views from our room. Spacious room with separate lounge area (though quite expensive)
Rooms not ready at 14:10, so had a drink, still not ready until after 15:00. Wrong rooms allocated so had to move next day, but annoying. Staff ok but not that friendly for such a pricey hotel. Stayed in much better places for a lot less money, even factoring in New Year price hikes!
Good location, nice big room, amazing shower. Got on deal so good value for money.
Checked in by a very rude and arrogant member of staff. The rest of the staff were fine. Location is good but with visiting between Chrsitmas and New Year everyday was a fight to get back to hotel with it being so close to Times Square Breakfast in Maze is not worth what you pay, much better to find a deli close by.
