The Jeffery was Wonderful. From the exquisite exterior and garden to the lovely fire in our room - never had that before. Clean, comfortable and tastefully designed rooms helpful staff and just a fantastic place to stay.
The place is beautiful and so is the town
Construction on the clock tower beside our room was a little inconvenient in the morning
Nothing was worth noting favorably.
Room above us (314) was noisy. Sounded like they were rearranging the furniture up until 11:00 pm. Started again at 7:30 in the am. We wondered if there was some renovation work, but why at those hours? Also, our experience at their restaurant was very disappointing from service to food.
I stayed for my friend's wedding. The entire thing from the reception, to dinner with them afterwards, and spending the night was great. The was neat and cozy.
The restaurant if fabulous!
The King Suite had a comfortable bed and a very nice updated bathroom. The other furnishing were tired, and the general decor is dull and sparse: they need a decorator. The new toile shades are pretty and outshine everything else.
the inn is beautiful ( the staff is friendly and helpful )
we were in room 204 (I think) and it was noisy., like someone was working in the room above .., we asked the front desk and they said no one was working in that room so we did not get a good rest, I guess we should have called the front desk during the night
The nice staff and great restaurant.
Location was great. Breakfast was awesome. Glass of wine in Library with fire before dinner while looking at old Amerst College yearbooks. Bedding was very nice...cozy. Clean. Nice staff.
Room was very small, and there must have been a lot of bare floors upstairs because we could hear every step.....but it was very quiet overall thru the night. Also, I had no nightstand to put book or water on....
Few towels, key card to keep lights on
fireplace coffee in the a.m. breakfast was delicious Hunter and Stephen were great
I'd like the ambiance, cleanness and location of the hotel
The price was high
Great location, good atmosphere.
Wifi was constantly dropping.
Quintessential New England inn, withing walking distance to everything.
The location is excellent. The staff was very courteous.
Our room was vastly over priced for the size and comfort. In checking the site map, our room was tiny, poorly situated in the facility and incredibly noisy!
The room setup and the warmth.
The speed of wifi was a bit slower than I thought.
Very comfortable hotel with lots of style and facilities. very helpful staff
Perfect location on the edge of Amherst College. Lovely, stately historic property that is relaxed and comfortable. Restaurant is pricey but outstanding. Grounds are very pretty.
Nothing. Every detail is covered in the services provided.
Very pleasant staff always willing to help.
Nothing, it was perfect!
The Design and everything...
The Inn is beautifully appointed and very relaxing.
The flowers in the dining room are fake and Forsythia! The Fall flower arrangement possibilities are so much better suited to that room.
The renovation was A+, Im a designer so Im sensitive to design and layout and flow. It was grand but the price point wasn't, that rarely happens. We had a matvelous breakfast outside on the terrace we did not have dinner I would next time. We will def return. It was quiet also a plus it felt like a very samle very well run hotel. Great Job!
All the facilities
Could of had water bottles In the room.
