The Manhattan at Times Square    

Loved the location and the very friendly & welcoming staff. The bedding was very comfortable. Everything was clean. I also got a great rate.

The hallway and room were clean but dingy looking. A little wallpaper, new carpet & some pictures would help update your wonderful hotel.

The hotel room and hotel were very dirty. There was a clump of hair in the shower and the carpet is filthy.

I would have liked our room to be cleaner, the table in our room was full of dust and still the same five days later, carpets very dirty, our room and bathroom in great need to be updated, only warm water in bathroom, I like a hot bath after out all day. I do not know how this is rated 4 star!!!

We loved the hotel. The location is great - walking distance from all the major places like Times Square, Broadway, Central Park. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. We enjoyed staying there a lot and want to come back!

Lobby internet is spotty.

The air conditioner was old and the controls were broken. It did little or nothing to cool the room. The hotel is old and tired. The elevators are filthy and beat up. I will not stay here again.

in general it's like a 3stars hotel We checked in at 12:30am there was no porter to carry our luggage so we carry them by our self

Location is it's best asset.

Corridors are smelly and filthy. The rugs are old and dirty both at the corridors as well asin the rooms. Elevatprs are scratched. The hotel looks old and with poor maintenance.

The room I had was on the 22 floor. Very Quiet and could not here any traffic from outsjide. Staff on the front desk seemed very friendly and helpful. The lobby had free WiFI if you wanted it in the room there is a charge so a nice compromise. Great location Central Park, MoMA, Rockerfeller Centre, Times Square a stones throw away. All main sights and Penn Station (train to airport) walkable.

Bathroom was a little dated but clean and functional. Nothing to complain about.

Clean. Nice bed and linen. Good location.

Unable to turn air con to cool. Had to turn it off and leave windows open. No wifi in room unless you pay extra.
