I like the staff they were very helpful and the place was clean. The location was great right in the middle of Manhattan.

I didnt like the breakfast we thought it came with the room .It should be more of a selection on the breakfast a lot of people just came in and took a look at the set up and left.

I loved the comfortable bed and spacious rooms. The hand lotion was lovely.

The cockroaches and the sound of traffic in my first room and (after changing rooms) The heat of the room in November (no Air con) and the worn interior in my second room.

The location, kitchenette, and concierge were outstanding.

Elevators would not stop on 23rd floor one morning for over 10 minutes. They did stop at other floors repeatedly.

Room too small for the price. Plastic cups, plates, etc.

The helpful staff. In the room, there is an excellent microwave (and microwaveable popcorn), a coffee pot including ground coffee and tea. Nice flat screen tv. The ammenities in the bathroom include excellent products from Bed & Bath. The reception room on the 26th floor is an nice room for meeting people and waiting. A continental breakfast is available (for a price). I had stayed here before and was impressed with the room; however...

...the room I got this time was on the street side of the 2nd floor. There is a window with a shade in a permanent down position that has absolutely no sound barrier. All street noises, honking cars, sirens,etc. were as loud as if the window was open. During the time I was there, the hotel across the street was remodeling and the discards were hauled to a waiting disposal truck. This truck was about twice as large as a typical garbage truck and twice as loud when the mechanism to move the materials to the front of the loader was activated. This started around 6AM and went to midnight - one night it was still going at 1AM. The dishes in the room are a vey cheap plastic and easily lost their shape when heated. One bowl cracked when I washed it - that bowl had held soup, so I guess I was lucky. The room I had when I stayed there the first time had regular dishes and glasses. My son arrived after I did and he got one of the nice rooms with the regular dishes so, for whatever reason, they made this room - an probably all the rooms on at least this floor "on the cheap". The coffe that is offered is very nice, but on the second day of my stay, the supply was not refreshed. On the third day, it was, but instead of one regular coffee and one decaf, two packages of decaf were left.

The Concierge was helpful in purchasing tickets to a Broadway show. It was much easier and probably not much difference in price than standing in line for discounts on same-day shows at the TKTS booth.

I wish the room had more than one mirror, specifically one outside the bathroom so I could get ready (hair & makeup) while the rest of my family was using the bathroom/shower. Also, the bed in the pull out couch was uncomfortable (although the staff was very accommodating and brought us a roll away bed.) Although it was listed as a suite, it was rather small.

i enjoyed everything at the Mahattan Club, the proximity to everything shops,Time square, Central Park, just to name a few perfectly located, Our purpose for the trip was to celebrate Our 30th Wedding Anniversary and looking back now i know that We picked the right Hotel Thanks a Million, for making Our stay so great Cristina La Rosa

Courteous, friendly and helpful staff. Great location between theatres and Central Park. Close to subways.

The location was perfect, price was very competitive with other facilities, secure location, 2 bathrooms with 3 women sharing a one bedroom unit was priceless!

Need to have an assist bar in the shower/tub area

Location is great! Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean.

Kitchen was very sparse....plastic cutlery and mugs. No baths, on.y showers, but they were large. Hotel is needing some up-keep.

My friends and I loved the Manhattan Club and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Each person on the staff was friendly and helpful, and the Club is conveniently located to everywhere -- restaurants, plays/shows, Central Park -- we wanted to be. We will definitely go back again and again.

Tres bonne situation à 2 pas de Time Square et de Central Park. Lit de tres bonne qualité

Le canape lit n'etait pas de tres bonne qualité, pour y dormir 1 semaine. Le demarchage pour acheter un time share n'etait pas le bienvenu. Suite sans vue.

Die ganze Nacht bis zum Morgen Lärm,(Müllabfuhr,Bauarbeiten,Liefer- service).Zudem hat das Hotel die Hotel-rechnung im Voraus 2xmit 20% Auf- schlag abgebucht.Damit war unsere Kreditkarte tagelang gesperrt,keine Ahnung ob es Absicht oder Versehen war.Zum Glück haten wir eine 2te Karte. Posizione eccezionale

Camera tetra e buia, molto piccola rispetto a quello mostrato nelle foto in fase di prenotazione, lavori nel cortile con rumore dalle 8.30 del mattino (impossibile restare in camera oltre quell'ora), ascensori lenti e mal funzionanti, fino alla mattina del giorno di partenza non mi è stata data la possibilità di avere il late check out a pagamento

Es la segunda vez que me alojo en el hotel. Su ubicación es excelente, la conserje Xiomara es un lujo siempre dispuesta a atender ante cualquier consulta.

Según las imagenes de Booking creía haber contratado un tipo de habitación y me dieron otra con el mismo nombre pero no la que esperaba. De cualquier manera la estadía fue confortable
