It was clean and comforable.

No continental breakfast. Staff at front desk was unhelpful. Pool was small and very cold. Beds creaked everytime you moved. Way too much ($160) for the value you get.

Very nice staff and and a very good location . My wife and me loved the entertainment down the bar lounge. Excellent music :) I have no complaint for this hotel, we will definitely come back for our next visit :) Your Canadian neighbors :) Roger and Anne

We had a suite and it was great- spacious, two windows, large closet, huge bathroom. We were only there overnight, which was a shame because I could have gone for a little longer stay! Plenty of dining options (including one in the hotel itself which we didn't try but which would be convenient.) We went to a Japanese steakhouse less than a mile away and if you're in the area, definitely check them out! It's very close to the mall- even though we're not the shopping type, I can imagine some travellers being very happy about that. Easy check in, easy checkout, and plenty of parking right out front.

Idéalement positionné au croisement des Interstates 90 et 81, près de l'aéroport de Syracuse et de la région des Fingerlakes. Grand parking. Personnel très agréable, grande chambre, lit très confortable. Petit déjeuner bien et pas cher au resto de l'hôtel.

La moquette n'est pas très douce si on marche pieds nus. Le bar a une étrange odeur, mais pas la salle de restaurant.

Het onthaal was ondermaats zowel bij het in- als uitchecken. De baliebedienden waren onvriendelijk en arrogant.

I stayed in the Maplewood inn for 18 days. The best things about the hotel were the staff, comfortable/clean rooms, the location to the highways/city, and the value for money. The price of the room per night was very good and just above the cost of a low level hotel rate.

Their breakfast buffet at the restaurant on site is not recommended. It ended up just having sugary snacks for breakfast options, no tea, no whole wheat anything. Severely limited options. Their gym was ok but needed some fixing up of their machinery. with 18 days spent there, I would have liked to have more functional equipment.

Well kept, comfortable, clean, spacious rooms, Well insulated from sound. There were several events going on during our stay and we were not bothered in any way by noise. I will definitely check this hotel for accommodation first whenever I travel to this part of NY State. It is very good value for the money.

A minor complaint - the hotel states breakfast is included, which it is, but it is truly a very basic 'do it yourself' breakfast. They ran out of orange juice and the coffee was below average. However, given the many other positives for this hotel, I will definitely stay there again, but will go to a nearby restaurant for breakfast.

Eine gute Empfehlung für z.B. Reise-Unterbrechung inkl. Einkäufe auf dem Weg von Boston nach Niagara-Falls. Die große Shopping Mall in 1-2 Meilen ist gut mit dem PKW zu erreichen.Gute Verkehrsanbindung.

Way too noisy and walls/ceiling seem paper thin.. My 4 year old daughter and I were woken up at about 2am both nights of our stay due to other noisy, inconsiderate guests. Room above us had loud party on Saturday night (2am) we went to complain at front desk and were not greeted nicely there. Will never stay again
