The Marquette Hotel  

Room was great. Location was great, especially with the colder weather. The online special made it affordable for us.

The hotel rooms were very clean and big. The hotel staff were friendly. The location was great. There were stores attached to the hotel, make it easy to go from store to store and not have to go outside.

The shower leaked and the beds were small.

Beautiful hotel. Exceptionally luxurious. 24 hour room service available.

Is in the tallest building in Minneapolis, but the hotel does not have access to the higher floors.

Value! A clean, comfortable, affordable experience as compared to other hotel experiences.

The hotel, overall, was beautiful. I was quite pleased with my stay.

-The mini-bar and snack station in one of our rooms (we had two rooms) was completely empty. The mini-fridge was not plugged in, and when we opened it, the smell of rotten fish filled our room.

Great location in the center of Minneapolis. Nice sized room and very comfortable bed. Quiet.

The location was perfect. Close to everything downtown, 2 blocks from the light rail train. The entire experience at The Marqutte was an unforgettable experience for me and my son. We will definitley stay there again if we need to go back.

Good value for the price

The front desk man wrote down the wrong room # on our key and then when I called down for the correct room #, I was told I must've been mistaking the 6 for an 8 or visa versa, which both my friend and I checked. He sounded smug...When we arrived later from being out, we discovered there were no bath towels so we had to call for them. Your restaurant closes at 10>00 pm on a Sat. Night which was a surprise. Complaints? Maybe, but I would not visit again.

Ai, o hotel se tornou excelente pois havia um café continental maravillhoso e uma socual hour maravilhosa ,ambos no 19 andar com muito conforto e uma vista espetacular de Minneapolis

Too many lights int he bathroom, too few controls of those lights.. Having to pay for internet access...really?

In room set up was excellent.

Basil's restaurant very, very slow servcie at breakfast time.

Booking was easy. The room was large with a nice shower.

Our one-stop shop for both a nice dinner and room turned ugly. Both Basil's restaurant and the Marq vii Lounge had horrible service. The lounge server complained because it was dead, and the restaurant server had no knowledge of the menu or the contents of the dipping sauce. The host of the restaurant was missing when we arrived and I had to hunt down a member of the staff to seat us. Host began by stating they start all their guests off with a complimentary bottle of either still or sparkling water, only to return with a water-spotted, finger-printed smudged up old filthy carafe containing disgusting luke-warm water. Booking stated the hotel was in the ids Building, which is why I made reservations--it wasn'T. The hotel is in the mini-me ids. This old hotel is in need of upgrades, as the room was musty-smelling and the carpet was dusty. The maid service was was certainly johnny-on-the-spot at a startling 7:48 am! What?? We will not ever ever stay here again.

Very classy look and very tastefully decorated.

The shower leaked horribly. It seemed the water was impossible to keep from going under the door. Made a big mess. On top of that, the water pressure was really weak. The one thing one cares about in a hotel shower is really good water pressure/good shower experience. That was a bummer.
