Room was small, but had everything we needed
Staff was nice
Children were on floor above us and they ran over head all the time we were there.
It was a great location close to all the sites and eating places.
Bathtub/shower difficult to use for older guests.
The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.
It's hard to complain about the cost of this place considering it's actually less expensive than many places around. Nonetheless, it's expensive for fairly basic facilities. The breakfast is free, but nothing to write home about.
Without going to a traditional B&B, this is about the best location in the historic district of Savannah. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities are quaint, though a little dated.
Parking only valet and not so quick.
No restaurant on Sunday
Everything was great!!!!! Loved wine & cheese
Was disappointed that the wine and cheese was canceled on our 2nd night without prior notice
Staff,Location were great. Loved the wine and cheese in the library where we got to mingle with th the other guests.
Beautiful hotel in great location. Probably the nicest, most helpful, friendly staff of any hotel I've ever stayed in.
Fire alarm went off
location to historic sites.
Surroundings and excellent staff
Coffee was a bit weak at the continental breakfast.Small Item. They have complimentary juice in the lobby evenings.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Very nice continental breakfast - had fresh fruit, tasty muffins, fresh eggs/ quiche . etc. Loved the complimentary 5:30 to 7 pm cheese/wine session (Mon - Thur). Great location, well up kept property dating to the 1850's
Our perfect stay began with a wonderful valet service, continued with the staff at the front desk, great breakfast, and housekeeping was exceptional.
Breakfast range was limited, and no identified gluten-free options
Heritage nature of building & library
The walls are a bit thin. Couple in the room next to us were arguing and throwing things. We could hear it all.
Staff was wonderful and the location was great in the middle of the historic area. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. There was a nice wine and cheese party in the late afternoon.
Staff took care of us and made us feel welcome. Hotel was comfortable. We really liked the martinis and pizza at the bar. We had a really nice walk around Savannah.
Room was back to back with elevator and looked out to air shaft, both of which made lots of noise. We should have been told when checking in.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was excellent.
The brunch, though laid out nicely, is really second rate. Also, it is hard to find a comfortable temp. in one's room for sleeping. Just using the fan means you're too hot. Using the air conditioning means a lot of noise.
I have to say, the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and we had plenty of opportunities to interact. I love historic B & B's, and I loved the interior of the Marshall House. The location was convenient, but on a very busy thoroughfare.
Wine and cheese at night Breakfast in am Great room
The air conditioning was so noisy we had to shut it off, a good chance we were in march and the weather wasn't too hot.
The rest was perfect. Excellent service.
The room was quite small. It was next to the elevator and people's comings and goings made it noisy.
Comfortable surroundings, complimentary wine and cheese and a good breakfast buffet were excellent perks.
Sheets were a little scratchy
A lot of character and again you can't beat the location - and Stephanie was awesome
people at desk were very friendly and helpful. Always spoke to us when we came in.
The air conditioning fan to noisy. Had to shut it off to sleep
The location and the clean and comfortable bed. It was our third stay on the way home.
