The room had a small fridge in it but it had a rack inside so you couldn't put anything in it which was a disappointment. It would have been nice to put some water or a beer from the local store to keep it cold but we couldn't. There was very little water pressure in the shower so it took awhile to get the soap off but there was lots of hot water. The breakfast area was really small, so you just had to get your stuff and we went back to our room and ate there. I guess the toaster broke for the last few days which was a bit of a bummer. Toasters are cheap, go to Goodwill or Walmart. It would have been nice to have had that replaced. But hey, keep things in perspective, it wasn't the end of the world. We would stay at this hotel again and I would recommend it.
We loved the bed! I think it was probably the most comfortable bed we had ever slept on. We checked and it was a pillow top. Lovely! We liked our room on the 3rd floor. It was nice, contemporary, clean, comfortable, fairly quiet, and the cold air conditioner did the job within 5 minutes. The person who looked after our room during our stay did a great job, thank you so much! We were surprised at how quiet the hotel was considering it was downtown. We loved the fruit they put out for breakfast, the apples and bananas were premium fruits, very nice!
