Convenient location, doorman was very nice.
No coffee machine, no soda/juice machines. Very small room and bathroom, remote barely worked, noisy air conditioner. VERY slow elevator.
The room was modern and the bed was comfortable, but the room is tiny! It's well set up though, desk, dresser with safe and mini-bar, little alcove closet, full bed, modern bathroom. Great if you don't want to spend much time in the room. Great location.
Still a little expensive for the amount of space, but it is NYC and they're all like that.
Location Staff helpfulness.
Street noise which impacted on my sleep at times. Expensive. Room smallish. Floor not vacuumed daily.
I felt like the only living boy in NY without free wifi available .
Price, location, cleanliness, staff
City noise through AC in the windows
Nothing.......attracted by the price
Room was too small for a hamster. Closet was the size on an envelope. Staff was indifferent and not helpful. Complimentary breakfast was a joke.
Room too small
The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located with good access to the subway. There are good restaurants within walking distance. You can walk to the theatre district within 30 minutes.
There was no place to hang garments. The elevators are very slow.
Location and price
Just a few blocks from subway and Empire State building.
Very noisy from the street. Very small room and lobby. Morning breakfast was just coffee and muffins.
location bed was comfortable
not very clean - stains on sheets had a room on 2nd floor was incredibly noisy rooms tiny (even by NYC standards)
Location Bath products great qualityand helpful staff
Said continental breakfast was included but really just muffins and tea/coffee to grab and go. Room also quite noisy
Great location, very clean. Room was quite noisy, even from the 8th floor - but hey, it's New York City!
No free wifi
Convenient location, comfortable bed. They upgraded us to a better room for free.
It would be nice if the continental breakfast went later than 9am. The room could use a new coat of paint.
Fee water comes out of the shower. it is unpleasant to have a shower there. Considering the fare you pay for the room, the shower should be acceptable as minimum, and it is not. I was at room 206.
The size of bath towels leaves a lot to be desired. Overall a good experience dealing with the staff. While room was small it met my needs clean and orderly. Would recommend for short stays in NYC.
Size of bedroom, ventilation, breakfast, bed
Great location, many restaurants close by.
great price and location -- there was no desk in my room which if you're there for more than a day or two can get old (working on the bed) very nice bathroom
slightly small on space but fine if you are out and about most of the day
Location was excellent. Within walking distance to many attractions. The parking was an excellent value compared to ther hotels. The staff was very helpful and knowledgable.
The room was small, but not an issue. I can't say anything negative.
Location, compact boutique hotel, tiny room but had almost everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Ho hum staff - frequently on private ph calls or talking to each other, makes guests feel they are disturbing them! Need sharpening up. Also I really like a hot water jug & tea & coffee in room. Patsy Sydney
Excelent location, staff, cleaning. Low noise. Totally recommend!!!
There's no fridge in the room. Only half of the bath tub/shower is protected with a glass wall. After bathing, the bathroom floor looks like a pool...
Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Location was good. Everything was very clean. Good coffee for breakfast. The iron, a robe, hair dryer were all there. Thank you.
The room was very small for two people. One had to be on the bed or in the bathroom for other to be on the floor. The bed also was small with one side against the wall, so one had to clime over the other to get up (if needed). I was wondering if they gave us a room for two when it was really meat to be for one. Oh, the window looked maybe 30 inches to another wall, so we could not even see what kind of weather it was outside.
Really liked the location and considerably good price.
Window did not open fully; noisy street.
Updated style of room Price Location
The pillows were artificially hard The breakfast was really only a cup of coffee and a poor quality muffin with limited seating and no tables
