The hotel was in the center of everything. Made it easy to find surrounding areas
The complimentary breakfast
I paid 5 days by bank cars visa. It is say in your document that when you live in hôtel 4 days, The fifth one is free. I don't know why my invoice containt 5 days paid
adorably decorated rooms, great location, room with two full beds gave us enough room
free breakfast was not good prepackaged muffins and lukewarm coffe was the only choice
Front desk staff
all wood floors!
The elevator was a bit slow - but that would literally be the worst thing. Everything else was perfect.
- rude and unhelpful staff - Wifi cost approx 10 Dollars for 24 hours - terrible breakfast - tiny rooms - not clean. My bed sheets were dirty!
Me and my husband stayed just for one night, the Bed was super comfortable and I loved the bathroom. Real clean and modern. Although the room was small it was quite cozy and had everything we needed.
The only thing, No toothpaste :(
Helpful and friendly staff, great location, comfortable beds, clean room.
It's been almost two weeks since my last visit, and I still have not received my deposit back that was held during my stay... I've called and left messages, and still, no response
Good price/quality. Very good rate for the hotel.
breakfast quality was poor.
The comfort and coziness of this place was great. The room was very clean and comfortable.
Wish the room was a bit more spacious and a better view of the city.
Staff were excellent maids cleaned everyday location was excellent, close to Empire state building and 3rd Avenue with loads of bars and resturants
size of room - this has be one of the smallest rooms ive stayed in and for the price i would have preffered to pay more for a better room elsewhere air con - was either to hot or too cold so was always switching on and off room was on the 1st floor, very noisy, ask for higher room breakfast was poor, luke warm coffee (muffins were okay)
My room was smaller than I thought it would be (would be too small for two people to comfortably stay and move around room) and it was awkward that the small bathroom had a step-up and down required which made it somewhat of a challenge to get used to especially when using the bathroom at night.
Clean place. Room small, but fully functional.
Elevators too slow. Poor access to Bathroom I room, due to bad arrangement of furniture.
perfect design bathrooms and furniture friendly staff close to three different subway lines
poor breakfasts and no place to eat, sometimes was all eaten and you had to wait long time to refill. when all hotels offer free wifi you have to pay 10$ a day
location is perfect bed is amazingy comfortable
Wifi paid???? in 21 century???? unbelievable... air conditioner was loud all night....
No frills, but super-convenient...
Wifi did not work.
Our room was so cold that the room safe would not open because of technical problems related to cold. (we were offered a new room) WiFi is not free The "continental breakfast" is a big joke. Go out to eat instead.
No free Wi-Fi
It is close to the Empire State building and other attractions are a short walk away.
No space for breakfast and more items were expected.
The location, cinnamon roll
This hotel was in a great location. Room was clean & a decent size for the city.
The only thing that could have been better was the hotel staff was not very friendly & slow.
I liked the location and the bed comfort
Extremely small bedroom, hardly fit ourselfs and luggages. Moreover the breakfast is a joke! Just some muffins if you were lucky and a cup of coffee.
This hotel is extremely overpriced for what it has to offer. The room was claustrophobically small, two people could hardly squeeze in, when one was moving around, the other one had to sit on the bed to free the way. Hardly any space to put your luggage. The noise from the air conditioning was unbearable during the night, even with ear plugs. Turning it off brought the room to freezing temperatures within minutes – so there was really no way around it. The window of the room was so dirty (it looked as if it had not been washed for years) that you constantly got the feeling it was dark outside. The fridge in the room was locked. The carpet was stained. The wireless was shamelessly expensive (about $10/day). The breakfast was a big joke. A tiny corner table next to the elevators where you could get a coffee (the water for tee was cold every day), and a muffin – that is if you were able to get there by 7h30 and fight over it with other irritated tourists. No sitting area in the lobby. Staff was rather absent-minded and often seemed disturbed by tourists’ queries. The reception desk shamelessly displays a poster that indicates the hotel’s score 8.0 on Booking.com. This may be from the good old days, it certainly does not apply anymore… Very disappointing…
Staff were extremely friendly & if Any issues would get sorted straight away. Upgraded to a bigger room Hold luggage
Breakfast times and selection could have been better
