Location is perfect. Would be great for families with its proximity to the Seattle centre which houses so many diverse activities including the space needle and the EMP museum.

The staff was fantastic. Aaron at the front desk was exceptional we also loved the area where the hotel is.

The Maxwell Hotel is like a home away from home. The staff is helpful and courteous and their 'Pineapple' minibus takes you to most of the tourist destinations around town. The afternoon tea is scrumptuous. Spacious rooms with heated floor. Rock Bar on Lobby level is handy for eats and drinks. Absolutely perfect!

The decor is fun and modern. The room was very clean and spacious. Quiet and still close to all amenities. Welcoming staff and a great big lobby where people can wait comfortably. Parking is an asset.

No bathrobes.

The beds are awesome I liked everything

the room above us, we could hear when anyone was walking and it seemed to us they walked A lot

nice size room (two queen beds) nice to have microwave and mini fridge! kurig coffee and tea in room...popcorn and bottled water provided in room..decent pizza restaurant in lobby and mini coffee shop...would stay again

Fresh, Artful rooms, clean, comfortable, comfortable beds, good restaurant, very friendly staff, loaner umbrellas and bicycles, excellent Lower Queen Anne location, free parking, reasonable price, "green" shampoo, soap, lotions. happy to find this "home away from home" hotel so close to my son's apartment. We will be back.

Squeaky bathroom door, that woke other person each time someone used bathroom at night.

We all thought it was a lovely hotel to stay, our only regret we were not there for longer!

The staff of the hotel was very friendly. Every afternoon they prepared delicious cupcakes and coffee to the guests!!! The rooms were very confortable and clean. The restaurant of the hotel (The Rock) serves excellent meals and appetizers, in affordable prices.

My friend arrived 2 hours earlier than me and they did not let her do an earlier check in to the room. I didn't like this because I sent an e-mail to the reception days before, explaining that this would occur, and registered her name. They answered that everything they could to do the earlier check in they would do, but it didn't happend, because the reservation was in my name (even after my e-mail with her personal information). So, after travelling for more than 12 hours, I met my friend sleeping in the sofa in the reception.

I really liked the availability of the shuttle really helped me to see some sights more easily and then I could find my way back. The staff were really helpful & friendly. I felt comfortable and that I wasn't just a nameless customer, the afternoon cupcakes were such an awesome treat and being able to use the bikes was lovely. The pool I enjoyed. the bed was luxurious!! I thought the decor was terrific too very different and individual as was the foyer. Have already recommended your hotel. Loved the coffee maker & having a fridge fantastic, Thank you.

Pool could have been just a touch warmer. Perhaps a smaller map of hotel to Seattle centre, then the bigger city one would be helpful.

Very distictly decorated in a fun way, with great view of space needle. Clean, distictive and very friendly staff.

Very crispy, noisy sheets on bed. Need softer sheets.

The room was very nice--cool decor and comfortable. Great in-room coffee, small fridge and microwave. Loved the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap and lotion--good quality and sustainable approach to refillable, mounted receptacles. Professional, friendly and helpful staff. Great location.

I wish there was a jacuzzi with the pool.
