Parking on site Microwave Opening windows Comfortable bed
Traffic noise especially on a Sat night
cost too much for type of room, no breakfast and cost of parking - we travelled all over the state and in one other Seattle hotel - this was the worst value of all
Very close to the Space Needle. Very friendly aand helpful staff!
No breakfast included..
The location of the hotel was very good. The staff was helpful and courteous. The hotel was clean and attractive.
Our room did not have air conditioning. We were not aware of this when we booked the room. With the windows open and fan on, we were comfortable, but if I had known this, I would not have booked the room.
no a/c and too much slamming of doors on floors i.e. too much noise when each door slams shut
Very close(walking distance) to several Seattle attractions and great food. They stored our luggage for us before check-in, and the Roof Top Patio is a nice bonus!!!
The only negative if you are not used to cooler climates, is there are no AC units in the rooms. Ceiling fans and a box fan are in the rooms. It wasn't a problem for us, coming from Alabama, the cool night air in July was awesome!!
Clean and comfortable rooms Handy to restaurants, supermarket and the Seattle centre
Staff weren't overly helpful
The windows open for plenty of fresh air. Quiet room. PLenty large.
The pillows are too firm, more like sofa cushions. The exit ramp from their parking garage is too sharp at the top causeing our standard sedan (NOT a sports car) to bottom out. There is no avoiding this and I hope there was no damage to our car.
Close To Space needle. Starbucks in lobby. Kids at desk are nice
No air conditioning. This is an issue on muggy August night. With window open it was loud. Bed had mattress cover which did not allow u to assess for bed bugs. Carpet was vacuumed but had many stains
Location Room had everything - 2 large beds, mini kitchen, lots of towels, DVD player, large safe that my laptop fit into.
Being located on a busy street it was a little noisy.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and safe. It was in a great location. There was water in the lobby for guests. We didn't get to rent bikes because of the rainy weather, but if it had been sunny, we would have rented bikes from the hotel. We'd stay there again.
The air conditioner in our room was very loud. We ended up turning it off and opening the window. We recommend getting a room without an a/c to save money and noise.
great location great staff cold water was always available very clean rooms
a little noisy, it was warm and had to keep the windows a little open, otherwise it probably would have been great. Pillows a little akward or just to big, could be more soft
All rooms do not have A?C
I love the location & rooftop deck. I love being able to walk through the Seattle Center, jump on the monorail and head down to the Westlake Center and Pike's Place Market.
Normally I have such an amazing experience and get great rest. (I have 4 small children so I really look forward to getting great sleep.) This time however, although there were 3 different kinds of pillows on the bed (and I tried all three out) I woke up w/ a pretty stiff neck. It won't stop me from going back to stay there again. Like I said, normally I also get really restful sleep when staying there.
The hotel has a classic exterior and elegant interior. The staff at the reception creates a good impression, they were helpful and welcoming. Starbucks right next door. Adequate sized bathroom. Room 302 has a pleasant view. The hotel is in a quiet night time area. Bus stop is not far. Monorail also used. There is a Safeway store within walking distance. Close to shore walkway, with a scenic walk to pike place and marina.
Rooms could be slightly bigger but are adequate and comfortable. Few restaurants close by, some better ones are quite a walk away. Not much cutlery in kitchen.
Nice and friendly room.
WiFi did not work in room, although it should. Parking garage problematic.
Starbucks attached to building Kitchenette in room Staff very attentative
No continental breakfast
lack of air conditioning
The Staff, The Bed, The Rooftop!!
My room did not have a view..
Great location! We went to the opera and it is 5 minute walk to the Opera House. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and competent.
I liked the secure parking. The rooms were small but comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
no air conditioning in room
Roof top seating
NO AIR CONDITIONING! Would have NEVER booked if I knew this.Since there was no air conditioning, had to open the windows, was so noisy that you could NOT even hear the television even at 28 volume. Had to leave hotel early in the morning just to get out of the heat. Wish I would have spent an extra $ 20.00 and stayed somewhere else. Also, there were alot of people panhandling around the neighborhood
A nice room in a good location. Handy having the computer room with a printer available. Liked the water with fruit in the lobby and good coffee tea and popcorn in the room
No aircon and being on the first floor a lot of road noise with window open
Location! Relaxed neighbourhood with loads of nice little restaurants, close to the space needle. You can easily take the monorail to downtown from there - although walking to downtown via the waterfront is also nice and not too far. Personel was very friendly and helpful. Rooftop view is stunning Starbucks in the same building
Bed was too soft, got me backaches. Price - for the amount you're paying (high taxes too!!) you get the feeling you deserve a more classy hotel. The fact that you need to pay another $5 for wifi is just rediculous. Then again, all the hotel prices in Seattle seem to be high so its no exception.
paying for wifi wooden floorboards underneath carpet poor sound insulation lack of A/C
