A brief taxi ride from both Reagan National Airport and Dulles International Airport, the hotel is also easily accessible by Metro, with a short stroll from the Foggy Bottom Metro station to our front door. The room was a good size, comfortable bed and attractively decorated. It
was well located near the metro and walking distance from many fine
restaurants, shopping, the Washington Mall, Kennedy Centre, etc.

Staff failed to give requested wake up call and clock radio did not
function. They also failed to bring up items on another request. The
kickboards and edges of carpets had not been cleaned in a very long
time, although the rest of the room looked quite clean.

when we checked in, they gave us a key to a room that already had someone in there. their luggage was on the floor, but no one was there, thankfully. those people never knew someone was in their room. we also had booked the room with the breakfast and the hotel had no record of it. unfortunately, i forgot to bring along the confirmation paper with me.

We got caught in a downpour and the hotel staff lent us an umbrella--it was a life saver!

Price was high; ice machines on several floors weren't working; I hated that they charged $10 a day for internet access.

Nice, clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds.

Wish it had a pool, DC gets hot for tourists, especially with children.

the location; close to restaurants & the national mall; all within walking distance.

valet parking service was excellent, but the price was a bit inflated and we were not given notice of the price or the information online for this. Also when checking in, the front desk clerk had informed me that nobody is available to take reservations online on the weekends. I think people would like to know their reservations are going to be there when they arrive.

The convenient location. Spacious sittig area in room.

They used glass drinking cups. We will only use plastic individually wrapped ones.

the staff were very friendly and helpful. the location was great for all the main attractions and close to Metro station. The room we had was spacious and comfortable and very clean. Really enjoyable stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Ease of access to subway, staff were helpful with information and friendly.

This is not a complaint but it would have been helpful to have had a notice near the elevators on 3rd Floor notifying visitors of ice machine breakdown and giving directions to machines on other floors.

Location is good. Staff was friendly.
