οτι ήταν κοντά στο κέντρο και κοντά σε σταθμό του μετρό. Γύρω απο το ξενοδοχείο υπάρχουν εστιατόρια και καφέ για για να επιλέξει ο επισκέπτης κατά τη διαμονή του.

Δε ξέρω κατά πόσο είναι εφικτό, αλλά η ηχομόνωση του ξενοδοχείου είναι κακή. Ακούγονται θόρυβοι και ομιλίες απο τα διπλανά δωμάτια. Επίσης, κάτι άλλο που θα ήθελα να έχει το ξενοδοχείο για κάποιον επισκέπτη απο την Ευρώπη, είναι η δυνατότητα φόρτισης κινητών τηλεφώνων με 220 Volt. Θα μπορούσε το ξενοδοχείο να παρέχει στους ενοίκους μετασχηματιστή από 220 σε 110 Volt και μετά απο τη φόρτιση των κινητών τηλεφώνων να επιστρέφονται στην υποδοχή για να χρησιμοποιηθούν απο άλλους ενοίκους.

The room was a good size, comfortable bed and attractively decorated. It
was well located near the metro and walking distance from many fine
restaurants, shopping, the Washington Mall, Kennedy Centre, etc.

Staff failed to give requested wake up call and clock radio did not
function. They also failed to bring up items on another request. The
kickboards and edges of carpets had not been cleaned in a very long
time, although the rest of the room looked quite clean.

when we checked in, they gave us a key to a room that already had someone in there. their luggage was on the floor, but no one was there, thankfully. those people never knew someone was in their room. we also had booked the room with the breakfast and the hotel had no record of it. unfortunately, i forgot to bring along the confirmation paper with me.

We got caught in a downpour and the hotel staff lent us an umbrella--it was a life saver!

Price was high; ice machines on several floors weren't working; I hated that they charged $10 a day for internet access.

Centrally located. Spacious and comfortable suite.

Nice, clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds.

Wish it had a pool, DC gets hot for tourists, especially with children.

the location; close to restaurants & the national mall; all within walking distance.

valet parking service was excellent, but the price was a bit inflated and we were not given notice of the price or the information online for this. Also when checking in, the front desk clerk had informed me that nobody is available to take reservations online on the weekends. I think people would like to know their reservations are going to be there when they arrive.
