Good hospitality with slile. （＝笑顔で対応してもらい、もてなしの気持ちを感じました） Especially not, but there caused extreamly tedious connetion period to every site on WIFI internet access at midnight（＝特にありません。ただし、真夜中に無線LANでインターネットを使ったところ、サイトにつながるまでの時間が異様に長くかかることがありました。） |

中心部やジョージタウンにも徒歩圏内でとても便利です。部屋には有償ですが無線LANがありますし、ビジネスセンターのPCはインターネットも３０分以内の使用は無料でした。ケネディー芸術センターへは近くの地下鉄FOGGYBOTTOM駅前から無料の巡回バスが走っています。 |

とても良いホテルで安心して利用することができました。（It was a nice hotel, so we could stay comfortablly.) ビジネスセンターのPCに入っているOSでは日本語の利用ができませんでした。表示だけでも対応してもらうようにお願いしましたが、スタッフの努力のあとが見受けられませんでした。（In business center, PC has not applied to Japanese font. Required the staff so that I could use it for reading only. However, the staff had no taken any efforts. It was my disppointment) |

the staff were very friendly and helpful. the location was great for all the main attractions and close to Metro station. The room we had was spacious and comfortable and very clean. Really enjoyable stay and would recommend it to anyone. |

Ease of access to subway, staff were helpful with information and friendly. This is not a complaint but it would have been helpful to have had a notice near the elevators on 3rd Floor notifying visitors of ice machine breakdown and giving directions to machines on other floors. |

Location is good. Staff was friendly. Bathrooms were small and not luxuriously decorated.Breakfast buffet was poor and not comparable to other hotels. |

Covenient location, well maintained. The hotel did not accept a late checkout on Saturday, hope for good reasons like full booking, and not just to make it easier on themselves. Flexibility is always appreciated. |

Location Service in restaurant was poor, phone did not work properly and when I called for a bellman to take my bags downstairs for checkout it was a no show. Also the bathroom sink was cracked and the bathroom was extremely small. |
