We enjoyed enormously our stay here, and above all, we appreciated the courtesy and politeness of all your staff. Apart for this, we were impressed by the quality of the food, and by the relaxed atmosphere that reigned all over.

Nothing to say.

I was forced to leave my home as a result of Hurricane Sandy. The staff completely fell apart once power was lost. In spite of staff telling guests they had a generator it was not working and guests were forced to evacuate the hotel. I found another place to relocate to on my own. It was a very upsetting experience.

Very friendly staff, excellent location, the hotel is a destination for locals, great design.

Værelset, type "Studio" - romslig, Supert baderom/toilett. Særlig god kvalitet på tekstilene i sengetøy og håndklær Lounge'n i 1. etasje. Oppmerksom service i resepsjonen Hyggelig (men dårlig organisert) betjening i restauranten (se under negativ omtale)

Ventilasjon/aircon - lot seg vanskelig tilpasse ønsket inneklima. Måtte åpne vinduet noe, med gatestøy til følge. Restauranten ("Kitchen"), virket overstaffed/dårlig organisert med sen servering (særlig frokost) og til dels feilleveranser av bestillingene. (Vi spiste stort sett alle måltider på hotellet).

Absolument tout. La décoration de Christian Liaigre, l'infinie gentillesse du personnel (je suis une dame d'âge mûr et j'apprécie énormément qu'on soit gentil et attentif à mon égard). La situation géographique est parfaite, près de plusieurs stations de métro et d'autobus.

Rien. Je crois que ce cinq jours ont été parfaits.

Situation exceptionnelle au coeur de SOHO, design parfait, ambiance à la fois chaleureuse et respectueuse, personnel disponible et souriant quelquefois maladroit. Un hôtel qui donne envie d'y retourner.

Chambre un peu chère compte tenu de sa situation au 1er étage.

Ubicacion muy buena, personal amable y dispuesto a resolver todas las necesidades, belleza y limpieza de las habitacione, quizas un poco pequeñas para el precio pero con amplios closets, baño impecable con lenceria adecuada, camas comodas y bien servidas, comida moderna y de buena calidad.

Habitacion con algo de ruido desde el pasillo y desde otra habitacion.

We appreciate the skill and the work invested in the old building to make it as nice as it is. The location is wonderful.

The hanging electric fixture and the side lights at the mirror did not light the area very well. This could be improved a lot.

es caro la atencion del personal no fue buena tiene mala relacion precio/calidad las habitaciones que dan al patio son chicas no tiene detalles de disenio especiales tardan al servir el desayuno

Cet hôtel n est pas digne d un 5 étoile prix exorbitant en rapport avec le standing de l hôtel et la qualité du service

From the welcome to departure I couldn't fault the staff who were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The lobby and rooms are comfortable and stylish without ostentation...And of course the Mercer Kitchen is superb.

The only issue I had was that the rooms got a bit too warm at night and the air conditioning could not be individually adjusted. Opening a window a little solved the problem.

La posizione

Biancheria del letto macchiata al mio arrivo. Scarsa igiene degli accappatoi. Blocco totale carta di credito con impossibilità di uso della sopra citata per tutto il viaggio e oltre. Quasi un mese. Spiegazione del l'hotel: pratica costante in uso per cautelarsi contro uso di extra. Cifra prelevata: quasi il doppio della cifra pattuita con booking.com. Complimenti!

Idéalement situé, Ambiance sympa dans le lounge

Rapport qualité prix insuffisant : en gros, c'est très bien mais le prix est également très très élevé compte tenu des taxes et trop compte tenu des prestations (pas de spa, de salle de sport, juste un lounge et des chambres)

Smoking rooms

Superbe hotel, très bien situé. Moderne, branché, élégant. Restaurant remarquable également.
