The location, staff and general ambiance of the hotel were excellent, we could not fault it in any respect, definitely the best hotel we have stayed in New York and we have been in a few supposidely excellent ones. We will be returning May/ June with family.A very serious luxury Boutique Hotel. |

The staff were excellent,I would have liked tea-making facilities in room and perhaps a trousers press.bar prices were a little expensive,but on the whole you looked a fter us v.well |

it was close to my daughter's office. The bellmen were very nice. the rooms were very minimal - no coffee maker (Hampton Inns have that) and not enough outlets in the room. |

This hotel was a great value. The hotel is beautifully appointed. Our room was large and very comfortable. It is in a wonderful location and I felt our nightly rate was more than fair. We will definetly try and stay here again. |

It was very conveniently located, the rooms were large. The views from some rooms (at least the one I occupied) were awful (a dark corridor whose end in any direction was invisible). |

The breakfast they provide is a good idea but too basic.Coffee is good but cold croissants ,dry scones not acceptable .It could be so much better for little more cost to them.Warm fresh croissants,jam,boiled egg,toast and butter for example ..Would greatly improve their image of being a top hotel. House bar staff need to remember they are there for the customers. |

The concierge was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and reservations. Complimentary coffee and croissants in the lounge in the morning was a European style bonus. |

It was our anniversary and they upgraded us to a beautiful room. My room was clean and contemporary which I was pleasantly surprise about. Free coffee in the morning was a nice added touch. Staff were all very kind and helpful. Made you feel very special. Will stay here again and suggest it to our friends. The air conditioner was quite loud. |

Hotel is well located for theater, shopping and great food which was the purpose of our visit to the city. the boutique ambiance also contributes. |

The location, the quality of service, the standard of the room. It is an oasis of calm and refinement in the middle of a vibrant city. Often the air conditioning is noisy: it wasn't neede so it wasn't an issue this time. |

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great - walking distance to theaters and subway. Room was large and luxurious. Room did not have an iron and ironing board - had to call housekeeping to get them. Free continental breakfast didn't start early enough in the morning. |

The hotel was very comfortable with well equipped rooms, nice big bathroom. The location was very central close to Times Square and at the same time the room was very quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast restaurant was badly organised and could not handle the coked breakfast orders of all the customers. A buffet type breakfast would have been more appropriate. |

The hotel is very luxurious and the decor is beautiful. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and friendly.The location is within walking distance of the theatre district and many excellent restaurants. I would definitely stay there again. There was nothing that I did not like about the hotel. |
