It was awesome! They upgraded our room to a junior suite for the same price. The concierge was very helpful, and the cleaning staff even took the trouble to put fresh ice in our ice bucket, where I was trying to keep a container of yogurt fresh. We booked initially for the location and were amazed at how many other benefits there were to staying at The Michaelangelo. Not a thing. |

Overall very satisfied with the comfort at the hotel and courtesy of staff. No. The complimentary breakfast could offer a greater variety of food and drink. e.g. toast/honey/a variety of juices. |

I pretty much liked the ambience of the hotel - the hotel setting in Manhatten is ideal - I would definately recommend this hotel No - I had a wonderful experience |

We booked a deluxe room, mas they gave us an upgrade to a suite that was great. They have a complimentary breakfast with coffee, capuccino, croissants and apples, just what we needed!!! The concierge was great too!! And the location is perferct! Close to Rockfeller center, Saks and Broadway. I would definetely stay there again. |

the hotel was very central only a couple of blocks away from time square and the bus station we also got a free upgrade overall the hotel was excellent the a/c in the room was very noisy and no safe in room they had safe deposit boxes in reception but a nuisance signing stuff in and out |

Staff was very nice and gentle. They kindly upgraded our room on our arrival with just 30 bucks. They double charged us by mistake on the upgrade of the room they recommended at check-in. If I did not notice it, it could be a dozens of bucks loss. In addition, the reception was slow in handling a claimer just in front of us, so we had to wait more than 15 minutes (around 11:30 am), as a result we missed our flight at LGA. It was more than disappointing. |
