Hotelli oli hyvällä paikalla, kaikki lähellä. Lasku oli suurempi kuin e-bookersin antamien tietojen mukaan, vaikka olimme huomioineet verot, myöskin kaupunkiveron. Ylimääräistä "veroa" tuli lähemmäs 300$. |

Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Italialaistyylinen, muuten ihan normaali hotelli. Huonepalvelu oli hyvä. Ainakin talvella yksinkertaisista ikkunoista vetää todella paljon. Edes kolminkertaiset verhot eivät auta asiaan. Kesällä varmaan ihan ok. |

The concierge was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and reservations. Complimentary coffee and croissants in the lounge in the morning was a European style bonus. |

It was our anniversary and they upgraded us to a beautiful room. My room was clean and contemporary which I was pleasantly surprise about. Free coffee in the morning was a nice added touch. Staff were all very kind and helpful. Made you feel very special. Will stay here again and suggest it to our friends. The air conditioner was quite loud. |

A romantic hotel with friendly staff and quiet rooms. Perfect location for exploring mid town. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to New York |

The location, the quality of service, the standard of the room. It is an oasis of calm and refinement in the middle of a vibrant city. Often the air conditioning is noisy: it wasn't neede so it wasn't an issue this time. |

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great - walking distance to theaters and subway. Room was large and luxurious. Room did not have an iron and ironing board - had to call housekeeping to get them. Free continental breakfast didn't start early enough in the morning. |

The hotel was very comfortable with well equipped rooms, nice big bathroom. The location was very central close to Times Square and at the same time the room was very quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast restaurant was badly organised and could not handle the coked breakfast orders of all the customers. A buffet type breakfast would have been more appropriate. |

The hotel is very luxurious and the decor is beautiful. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and friendly.The location is within walking distance of the theatre district and many excellent restaurants. I would definitely stay there again. There was nothing that I did not like about the hotel. |

I enjoyed staying there when I go to New York, only this time a member of the staff (front desk) showed attitude. I also found out they charge you $100 per night upfront (without telling you!) in case you'd want to use the mini bar. The charge is reverse when you leave. |
