The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is superb. The rooms are larger than similarly priced hotels in the area.
No on site workout facility!
The hotel was very responsive to the request of an upgrade and also when we requested to change the room due to poor signal in the room for internet and mobile phone it was dealt with very quickly. The hotel has alot of attention to detail and we liked the fact that they address you by your name.
The Hotel should have an option that would include the cost of a proper breakfast in the cost of the room rate so guests can elect to pay for it making it all inclusive.
The room was very well appointed and the receptionist and bellman were very courtious and professional. The room was very clean and beautifully furnished. We would definitely stay there again.
There was no concierge during the week!
The bed was very comfortable. Door man was great had our car valet parked with ease.
We stayed there some years back and the room was carpeted and had a warm feel. This time we stayed celebrating our 25th Anniversary and the room had a black wood floor and was more modern and a cold feel. All in all it was still a nice experience.
We really liked the location. Very close to Time Square but not as not noisy as some hotels in Time Square.
Did not like the complimentary breakfast. Should at least provide breads etc. This at least was expected given the price of the room.
Size of the rooms, location, staff, did I say location.
There is nothing we didn't like.
Location Decor Excellent room
Very comfortable, quiet hotel in a great location. Close to everything.
Room service is available but here is no restaurant.
The room unlike other new york hotel rooms is big , the bed was very comfortable.
Hotel was centrally located between Central Park and Times Square. Plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby without being too close.
Bathrooms were a bit dated, but still very nice. The large tub is not something we would utilize.
Luxurious accommodation in fantastic location
No coffee making facility in room
Have been staying here for 10 nights. It fully met our expectations. First, location is perfect, on a quiet street but walking distance from Times Square , Central Park and major subway lines stations. Rooms are very clean with a lot of space and beds very comfortable and big.
Hotel wifi policy is not following today standards where most good standing hotels don't charge for wifi in the room but there is a free access in the lobby. And no kit to prepare coffee in the room. But besides these details, everything was excellent and happy about pur choice.
You dont have free wifi in the room.... 14,99 /day
It was near the theater.
Staff was very unprofessional and rude. Room, particularly the bat, was dirty. Commitments not met; unreliable.
Decent sized rooms. Very comfortable beds! Complimentary breakfast of pastries & coffee etc is basic in choice, but of good quality. Location - easy walk to many major sites. Clean & tidy hotel. Friendly, helpful staff.
Lack of free wi-fi in rooms.(It is free in lobby though) Charging $15 per day for this is way out of line - they need to move with the times.
I liked the location and the friendliness of the staff.
Neither my sink or bath tub drained properly, both backed up when in use, which is disgusting. The ac unit is very loud and woke me every time it turned on or off. The room's refrigerator door wouldn't shut due to the contents, thus all items were warm. Too many little issues for the price of the stay.
Location excellent and beautiful foyer. Free Internet in foyer was good. Staff pleasant. We were given an upgrade to a junior suite as there were no double double rooms, which was appreciated.
No tea/ coffee in the rooms or in foyer, for a 5star hotel? Complimentary breakfast a nice idea but it was really poor quality, like in a cheap Parisian hotel. If you are going to offer it, do it properly or stop offering it. Packing half the hotel into a small room with a bit of juice, coffee and some pastries is neither here nor there. No internet in rooms unless paid for. When you pay $ 250 dollars a night free internet is expected. This could be one of the best hotels in NYC with just a few little things tweaked.
Nice Location Between Time Square and Central Park
Free Wi-Fi in the Lobby only, Basic Breakfast only
Everything the staff the location and the city exceeded all of our expectations.
The location was perfect. The room was larger than expected for NYC. The bathroom was beautiful, and the bed was very comfy. The décor was gorgeous.
Room Location Staff
Lack of breakfast for the price I paid (free cakes and coffee were available but not great)
Size of the room, quality of everything, a real paradise retreat in the middle of NYC
Beautiful rooms, well-trained staff, excellent bedding, and perfect location. Can easily walk to Times Square, theater, and Central Park.
Location is great and room size is exceptionally large for Time Square hotels. Will come back again.
The staff at the lobby bar could be a little more attentive to the patrons. They spent more time chatting amongst themselves.
