Localizacao, servico da recepcao ( mesmo chegando as 9.30 da manha se esfocaram para encontrar um quarto disponivel), coierge James ( gentil e procura solucionar da melhor maneira e rapido). Silencioso. As instalacoes necessitam um pouco mais de manutencao. A tv do banheiro nao funcionava. Notorio desgate e falta de manutencao em alguns locais. |

good hotel, very near to theatres and times squere.. a hotel in middle pricerange with very good quality and service and friendly staff noisy aircondtioner..the hotel has an old fan coils aircondtioning system that need to be replaced for a more modern system with less noisy ventilators. the airconditioning works good but the ventilators are disturbing noisy.. |

The lobby was well decorated and often featured a pianist. Our room was spacious, with a large tub and large walk-in closet, and was also very well decorated. The staff was very helpful. |

The staff were superb, friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was such a welcome change for NYC! The hotel ambience (lobby, decor, amenities) were superb. Thank you! Even the cleaning staff were delightful. not a thing! I've already sent e-mails to friends about this hotel, and told everyone at my office. |

What I like most about the hotel was your staff, they were helpful and most of all very pleasant. We also like where the hotel was located. It was close to the theaters and was within walking distants to the resturants we went to. I would definately stay at the hotel again. |
