NOTHING . IT IS A DUMP
LOUZY PLACE, NOT CLEAN, MESSEY . LINEN IS NOT CLEAN, DIRTY ,OLD TOWELS. UNDER CONSTRUCTION, NOT IN A CONDITION TO RENT. NOT MONEYS WORTH, WONT USE IT AGAIN
Receptionists at the desks were always nice and ready to help, and offered to change to another room if i did not like the first one.
Wooden headboard of beds are too close to the wall and bounce about the wall making loud noise if somebody seat or turning and tossing in the bed in the room across the wall. I could not sleep until I moved mattress from bed to the floor. No beds with these headboard should be acceptable.
Price but not for this quality
Dirt, cockroaches, all demolished, drty windows, dirty bed cover, yellowed towels
Even though it was dated it was pretty clean. After reading other reviews I was worried about bugs. I didn't see a single one or any sign of one. The staff was very nice and answered all my questions. All I wanted was a hot shower and a bed, I received both while saving some money.
The hotel needs to be updated. There were a few items, like my bathroom fan, that didn't work at all.
I will never stay there again
No telephone in the Room
It's a total robbery. We even had to change hotel. Do not book here, there are no refunds. You will just loose your money.
The location was not ideal, however it was not too far from the city. Fairly quiet.
The room was not very clean. There was a sock in my bed from a previous guest. The toilet paper was not exchanged for a fresh roll. We had to ask for towels and did not receive new ones until later in the afternoon. The room service walked in without knocking.
Bed was very comfortable!!
Had to buy ice at the store. Hotel is run down. Stayed during Mardi Gras, should of paid a bit more and had cleaner hotel. 200 dollars a night was way over priced.
The Food and Drinks
That it was the Nasty place ever I would not ever tell any one I even stayed there it was just gross
I liked nothing about this hotel I wouldn't let my dog stay there
This pics online are misleading staff, rooms, appearance was a real dis appointment dnt do it
The bathroom was dirty. There has been a flooding previously and the carpet close to bathroom was still wet. The bathroom door did not close. The sheet on the bed was smaller than the bed itself. There was no window is the room and we could hear everything that was happening in the hallway. The hotel is far from the city center and the shuttle to the center is too expensive.
Needs major upgrade.need a paint job. Oooh hell it'S. Need everything.
Filthy . Wet carpet . No heat
Staff was helpful and friendly
phone in room didn't work
I loved the size of the room and bed. The room had a balcony and was a short taxi/bus ride to Canal and Bourbon St.
Quick and easy access to the city, parking.
The room not clean, dirt towels, without Wi-Fi ( just in lobby), not working AC, very bad condition of toilette.
close to Bourbon St and the French Quarter
mattresses are a little aged and not very comfy
Close to French quarter and buss stop
Had to pay a jacked up price for a low quality hotel but it was still the cheapest I could find
The comfort of the rooms and the sound of New Orleans.
Everything in General was good for the price
Staff was polite and helpful in coordinating taxi service. There is an ATM in the lobby.
Bathroom not very clean and room, overall, in desperate need of renovation.
The girl in The deskriptiv.
A bad situation in Bad area.
Some staff members were helpful - others not.
There are no telephones in the rooms and the Wifi worked only in the lobby. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
The staff were polite and willing to help.
Terrible location for the cost. The room didn't have heat and was freezing. Our thermometer measured the temp at about 60 degrees at night. The rooms need an upgrade of facilities, paint, carpet, etc. The lobby was very nice but the rooms were trashy and gross. They limit your towels to one towel a person, and they charge you not by the room, but by the person. Even though we had two double beds we had to pay per person, not per night. It ended up being more expensive that way.
