The Mirage is "user" friendly. It's easy to get to the pool and to the other amenities. The rooms are very clean and beautiful. The cleaning staff does a great job in re-doing the rooms and they are timely. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I have stayed at other places but the Mirage is my favorite. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

How expensive the mini bar in the room was. A bottle of water for $6.00? And a split of wine for $25.00? a nice convenience but too expensive.

Very supportive, friendly staff, wheelchair provided to guest, free centrally located clean looking and smelling extra hour before check out baggage storage while waiting for plane-great taxi service etc.

The pool was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the buffet at Cravings! Second time eating there and both times were excellent. Beds in the room were very comfortable.

I didnt like the room service as our room wasn't attempted to be cleaned until 8pm. I had to call for clean towels. The wifi was horrible and couldn't get consistent wifi coverage. I also thought the bathrooms were small in comparison to other hotels I have stayed in.

Nice hotel, nice location clean rooms, great casino and facilities

We opens the fridge in our room to but some water and medicine , without using anything inside it we got surprised that they charged us 25 USD each day ( restocking fees)...!! Also the room view was extremely bad , mechanical floor view ( 2nd floor)

The Mirage charged our credit card $200.00 in advance for possible room incidentals. We had no charges to the room but our credit card still has not been credited!!

I Like everything U have everything in One place shopping, hotel, entertainment, pool, family time, shows, restaurants, gambling.

The only thing that I didn't like all the hotel that I stay in the past has a security person by elevators asking for the key room just to make sure u are staying there I never see one. So any person can go and do damage to the hotel or break in to the rooms. Thanks

It's quite a good value for the money, but there are better hotels in Vegas for a little more money.

We were really upset because of the crappy wifi in the room. The speed was acceptable - when we were able to connect! We had to move around the room to find some connection. At most of the times we could see the wifit of the hotel opposite Mirage (the Venetian) but not the wifi of the Mirage. (We were on the 24th floor)

Location. Linens clean and bed wonderful. Fast check-in.

Pool area a bit small for the size of the hotel...still, clean and fun.

Gave room which is a mile away from the elevator, I think because I purchased it via booking.com. They may have treated wellfaith a better room if a direct purchase was made from their site.

The reception staff is as fake as the city. If you dare asking a question very politlely about the billing, they jump on their high horses. The hotel is outdated

The premises were beautiful

The only floor they had available was the second floor, but I had reserved my room two months in advance.

Very friendly staff. Ease of parking. Reasonable food prices for avoid quality and very good and cheerful service.

The long winding walk though the casino to get to the elevator with our bags to get to our room.

1- the aircon was not good 2- the mini bar is looked wen i ask to open it they sad there is charge even i will not tece any thing and i have to pot my insulin in cold but they dont respond

2nd time I have stayed at The Mirage - excellent hotel and great location on the strip.

Hard to get chairs around pool unless up at 8am And even though adult pool is great can be expensive at Weekends and prices seemed to be different to web and plucked out the air

The Secret Garden The Beatles show Relaxed atmosphere Staff were not pushy Overlooked the strip & the volcano

Booked a king size bed - ended up with 2 doubles. The bath looked a bit rusty - room 23043.

loved the pool, room was nicely decorated, beds were comfy

Didn't like being woken 2 nights out of 3, once with people who were doing the nasty, 2nd time was woken by drunks who were trying to open my door. There needs to be sound proofing between walls. First we were woken out of a total sleep, was really, really disgusting... other wise the hotel was in a nice location and clean, just very noisy in the room. Will not stay here in Sept when I return.
