A tropical refuge in the center of Las Vegas, this elegant hotel features a unique dolphin and wild animal habitat. It boasts large pools, a full-service casino, and a spa. At The Mirage, guest rooms include modern furnishings with a 42-inch flat-screen cable TV. Each room provides an iPod docking station while the suites offer spa tubs. Guests at the MGM Mirage can find a large variety of dining options, including classic buffet-style dining at Cravings, fine cuisine at STACK Restaurant, and casual meals at BLT Burger. The location of the hotel, the beauty and cleaness of the hotel, The night life and the day life around the pool. 1. The fact that we are not informed that each time you put something in the fridge, as there is a sensor, it charges you. If you don't check your bill when you do the check out, your bill can be tremendously high with all the transactions you did in the fridge. Even if you didn't take anything but just putting your own bottle of water will make a cost, and remove something from the fridge for then putting it back will cost. So make sure you check your bill well. 2. if you arrive after 8:30am at the pool, you don't get a chair.

My Tower Suite I thought that some staff mebers on the Blackjack Tables were not really pleasant, they didn'y make you feel welcome, it was if they didn't really want to be their ( I'm not saying all were the same, but their were several older ladies making me feel that way ) when I would have thought the idea was to make your feel happy & ideally then play more. The main reason I didn't play more, was for this.

I stay at the Mirage when I am in Vegas. It is centrally located, reasonably priced and the staff is fabulous. I have even completed their Trainer for a Day with the dolphins and had a great time. I only wish the betting/TV area had more chairs. The Cirque/Love is getting kinda old. Replace it with a new show. Add a free gym with weights and machines.

Great location. Very comfortable and clean room. Separate lifts catered for different floor levels minimized time to reach assigned room level. Distance from hotel main entrance or lobby to the lift area was a bit far that dragging big luggages might be quite a challenging thing to do.

Love Cirque du Soleil Show was right there in the hotel. It is like walking into a smoking parlour, there were smokers everywhere; trying to make our way to the check-in counter was seriously painful. The Casino being right there, wide open to the registration desk, made the smoke cloud engulf every aspect of this hotel. We, as non smoker and me being asthmatic, will never set foot in that hotel again. During the night, the couple next room to ours, had a terrible fight at 2am as they returned from the casino, we assume, and it woke us up for a rather long time. All in all, not an experience I wish anyone.

Convenient dining facilities. Spacious rooms. Big parking. Poor internet facilities, unsuitable for business applications: - VPN (Virtual Private Networking) over Microsoft PPTP flavor is blocked; - SMTP protocol is intercepted, so that all emails are blocked if your email system has SPF spam protection policy enforced.

Location with respect to central park, 5th avenue, theatre district, times square and metro excellent. Front reception staff very good. Concierge very helpful. Food expensive and not great. Room service and in house restaurant food lousy.

I loved the view on the Strip from my room (25th floor), the great breakfast buffet and the restaurants. For 200$/night the room was not as big as one would expect. Compared to other deals you can find on the Strip, this was a bit overpriced for a weekday.

The hotel is just fantastic. In the middle of the lv Strip so everything is pretty close. Our room was on the 21st floor with view on the strip which was superb. Breakfast was super! The personnel was just fantastic and because it was our honeymoon we even got a free botte of champaign. It was just great being there and will probably choose it again if we ever go back to lv. Super hotel, so no complaints. Only thing that was a bit less was that you had to get through the whole casino with your luggage to get to the elevators.

The room location & interior were just what I was looking forward to. Very clean and comfortable room & bed. I left an item behind in my room and the housekeeping manager responded to my phone call within hours & is shipping it. My husband loves the poker room & we both love the dining options. Didn't use spa etc so can't comment.

The best thing about the Mirage was the dolphin and lions enclosure, the restaurant Stack is also very good and has very good staff. Concierge is laughable and has no knowledge of the hotel, services, etc. Their recommendations for places to go in the city for food for example was non-existent; as for booking tickets and arrangin services they were unable and unwilling to carry-out this function, rather they suggested I call the box office myself or go there and see. Their staff are also overly pushy in expecting a tip, rather than waiting to see if they deserve one. Awful in a word.

Great location and reasonably priced. Room was clean and comfortable. We weren't looking for anything fancy so really this exceeded our expectations. We didn't have a great view (strip) but probably could have had we upgraded.
