Very good,

“ The room was very nicely updated to today's modern standards. Big flat screen TV, very comfortable bed, desk and two chairs and a overstuffed chair for two...cozy! We had a nice view of the strip. ”

Room was very good, high quality fittings and good value at c£100 per night including tax. Situation was also good on the Strip Main hotel areas were a bit tired and dingy with little natural light. Hotel uses a funny air freshener to hide the smoking smell which was not very pleasant - we didn't notice this in the other hotels

When we booked through a website, the price per room was different than when we did the check in. We didn´t received the confirmation email of the website we did the reservation, so we couldn´t claim, but we felt cheated

Line were absurd for check in and check out. Its horrible to worry that you will miss a flight in order to check out and on top of it one person to handle the checkouts working

Room, and location We left a bag outside our door room 8062 by mistake when we first entered the room. When I remembered and went to get it, it was gone. I went to security several times over a 24 hour period. After the third trip to security one of the staff gave me a form to fill out. Only a couple of hours after the form was filled out I had my belongs back which included a camera, kinkle, shoe and clothing. I was glad to get it back, but curious why it took so long, and only after I filled out the form. It would be interesting to see the recording in the hall during that time. It was taken Wednesday April 24 between 4:30 and 6:30 pm.

The beds were very comfortable - like sleeping on a cloud. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. We were re living a Mirage holiday from 22 years ago. nothing. Perhaps how busy it was on Saturday night - but then that is Las Vegas.

Room was spacious and clean. Good water pressure (always a must). Idea of frig full of food that is outlandish in price and cannot be touched is dumb but cunning. Food is overpriced to a ridiculous degree. My 7th trip to vegas. My first and last to the mirage.

Location. Too many noisy college kids yelling and running up and down the halls day and night. No coffee maker in room. Not enough mirrors in room.

The drum sounds and waterfalls that surround the hotel feel powerful and at peace. The pool was a nice recovery from a long night.the room was hip and tidy..after doing a marathon walk through most of the properties on the strip. The mirage has the most magic and charm . My card was billed right away after making the reservation. The pool was CROWDED>SO the first come first serve applies; I was stunned by the unprofessional treatment by one oak( the club inside mirage)though I have found the public relations from other resorts that its a common theme among clubs in hotels from east to west..the hotel really can't do anything.so pay the steep cover charge, dress to impress , do not wheel and deal...... And follow their drill sargent rules .

The sports Bar was great. The workers taking bets do a great job getting your bets in. I like the new bar off to the left where you can buy beers without leaving the sports area I come every year to your Hotel for March Madness. Last year the hot water went out in the morning of the last day. No big deal, things happen. This year, I preodered a non smoking room. Apparently the guest before me smoked it up. I asked to change but was denied. The hotel sent someone up and they sprayed some sented stuff and opened the window but it still smell like cigars. I get people don't follow the rules and there is only so much you can do. I would just like it if the hotel would act like they care. I got the TOO BAD deal with it solution. No no one said that to me but that is what I got. Oh well. I will be back next year.

I just love the whole feel of the hotel. It's not too over the top with the theme like most Vegas hotels and even though it's a casino it's not nearly as dark as the others. The spa is amazing and the pool is great. The location is right in the heart of the strip too. The bathroom was a little worn and it's not as luxurious as some of the other hotels nearby but it's still my favorite go-to hotel in Las Vegas.

The friendliness of the staff and the overall quality of the hotel. Also that its at the center strip. The fact that they hold and debit 100 on your account once you check-in other than the hotel fee itself. And the credit doesn't go back in your account as fast as when they debit it. Makes it more confusing and now I had a negative on my account.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Right in the middle of the strip, amazing shows, great pool. Revolution and 1OAK are great clubs to go. also Japonnais and Samba Steakhouse are quality restaurants. I will definitely be back!
