Great location on centre strip - probably one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in!
Bed was good, Deli was great, convention was good
Pantry was terrible service (not waitress but getting our food to us) Rooms were too far from the elevator and then had to walk to the convention center in the hotel
We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite which was a beautiful room.
Arrived at 11:45pm at night and it took 45 minutes to check in. Seemed to average 10-15 minutes per person to check in with only 4 people working the desk. One of the 4 people had a button on that said "I'm new and I'm trying." The guy he was helping was at the desk for over 30 minutes. Check in procedure seems very outdated. At one point during everyone's check in, the employee helping you would disappear somewhere in the back for a few minutes. When the gal helping me left she took my driver's license with her which bothered me. Was she taking a copy of it? What was she doing back there? Everyone working the desk was very friendly but their system was really weird and took a painfully long time.
I love the location, the shows (watch the beatles cirque de soulei + ask for a discount if you stay in the mirage). Spacious rooms
Lots of hair in the bathroom, the bed feels worn out and there was an old bloodspot on my linen at the feet.
The bathrooms are small and bathtub and plumbing fixtures have to be updated
couldnt get it straight who was paying for the room
Great location next to the Caesars. The buffet and all resteraunts are exceptional. Wonderful staff and facilities.
No free water bottles in the rooms.
The location was good. The hotel was clean and rooms tastefully decorated and nicely sized.
Far distance from the front desk. Had to return to the desk a couple of times after check in to sort out room discrepancies. We had booked a king bed, and were given 2 queens without being notified at the desk at check in. We had paid extra for the king.
wifi did not work They charge the wifi fee in the resort fee I complained it but in vain
Room was comfortable
Small bathroom. Tired in public areas. Queues for restaurants at peak times. Expensive and they charge extra for everything.
Staff was very kind and helpful. It was my first trip to Vegas and I couldn't have stayed at a nicer place.
My only complaint is I thought the price of the buffet for guest was really over priced
The pool area was nice.
Housekeepers were loud in the morning (7am), which disrupted sleep. You have to request a separate fridge for personal use since they automatically charge you if anything is moved from the mini bar fridge.
We like the food, the show beatles of cirque du soleil was amazing...we don't need to leave the hotel resort, everything we want to do is right inside the hotel resort..
The casino is smoky and smells cigarette..the hotel resort need to provide a better filter for smoke and a better airfreshener..
room wasn't ready till 7.30,plumbing problem, no robes........
Great down pillows.
Cheap toilet paper.
Booked a king, which was not available at checkin so had to settle for two queens. The matress was extremely uncomfortable.
What every you need to do you have to pass the casino
The location of this hotel is perfect for a trip to Vegas I would highly recommend. Travelled with my partner we are both 27 and we found this hotel to be of a high standard. Got a basic room but even this was huge with a view of the strip. Loved it
Nothing! All good!
It's a really good location on the strip and even though being a quite old hotel, rooms seem very nice and up to date.
It's Vegas and rooms a used and abused a lot. They never really seem to be totally clean.
Service.en the resort itself its a paradise.
Everything was great.
room was good size and clean.
Location's perfect, the room was absolutely huge, gorgeous, and perfect clean
Thanks for not telling me that the pool was 90% closed. They weren't checking keys, so the 10' space was overwhelmed. At 12:30p, the desk said, "they're all closing up about now anyway" which was untrue.
location is great value for money was ok based on the good location
staff was incredible rude
The spaciousness of the room and view from the 25th floor. Having a dedicated elevator for the highest two floors was extremely convenient. The Pantry restaurant served good food at all hours.
The volcano and outdoor pool--major attractions of this hotel--were closed for maintenance and repairs. The room refrigerator was so stuffed with items for sale (pricey) that we couldn't cool a soda or water bottle.
Excellent location on the strip. The room was very spacious and clean, daily sheet changes made it very comfortable. Would recommend.
No coffee tea making facilities in the room. Found the gaming lobby very dark not inviting. Would have liked the use of the fridge.
