This Las Vegas Strip resort is an imitation of New York City known for its 150-foot Statue of Liberty model. A state-of-the-art casino, rollercoaster and luxurious shops await guests.

Auditorium for Love
Room was located way out at the end of the hall.
Staff were very attentive (except concierge).
wifi was slow and when it worked at all
The check-in procedure was really good and the checkout was great, since you were able to checkout via your TV. The staff at the hotel was great and we really liked the pool area
The bed was not that nice since it was uneven
Very convienient for the marathon run. Everything I needed (food/transportation/finish line) was right there! Super people and extremely clean room. Seemed like they had a good air filtration system in the casino area.
Price was high. California Pizza was open to the casino.
Room smelled a bit, although they claimed it was a none smoking room. No bar soap. Room and bathroom felt cramped after staying at the Venetian for 3 nights.
Great location and while a large hotel it was easy to find my way around. The Buffet was excellent
Eateries and casino
Place is gorgeous. For a smoking facility it took me a while to realize people were actually smoking all around me...they are great at keeping it clean. Breakfast was AMAZING and California kitchen was good as well. Dolphins and tigers were worth the money as well.
Don't expect to come here for value. While we got a great rate on the room red bulls were 6 dollars, cereal was 9 dollars (those little boxes) and we had breakfast at the cafe and it was almost 70 dollars. But dont let this stop you from coming here...just plan ahead to avoid these.
Right on the strip in a great location. Staff was very helpful or out of the way if that's what was called for. The theme is still cool after all these years. Who doesn't like fish tanks? The restaurants were all very good so it wasn't an issue to just stop on my way back or on my way out to get something great to eat.
It's showing a few grey hairs, but so am I. You can still smoke indoors so there was an odd mix of stale smoke, booze and attempts at covering that up. I'm not a fan of the Vegas resort/hotel so that's a minus everywhere.
The internet simply not reliable and does not work !!!!
Large comfortable suite
Sound of volcano every 30 minutes
Customer Service Breakfast at the Pantry
Difficulty finding pool beds!
The suite was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. Plenty of shops and options for eating.
PLEASE CONSIDER AN UPSCALE WOMEN'S PLUS SIZE BOUTIQUE. Love to shop....no choices available to me on site. Wait staff at Pantry and BLT need to re-think career choices.
Proximity to Vegas Strip.
Long walk from Lobby to Elevators
standard room is very big, clean and confortable pool :-)
Wifi was terrible. And a bar fridge you cant use is useless, you should be able to empty it so we can use it.
-location -ease of access to everything -staff was very friendly and helpful -beer was always cold
-overpriced....likely marketable across the board, but overpriced
THE LOCATION IS GOOD
THE PLACE JUST SMELLS OLD
The staff were terrific, the eateries, bars and casino area are excellent. Our room had a view of the Mirage pool area and parts of Vegas. We loved staying at The Mirage and will stay there again
Having to leave and inconsiderate guests.
Central position on the strip, great restaurants and an amazing nights sleep!
We loved the volcano, the pool, the dolphins and the big cats. There was so much to do here it was fantastic. The pancakes were a huge hit with my 5yo - he isn't usually a big eater, but he devoured them.
Cigarette smoke. I understand that smoking in casinos is permitted, but as a non-smoker, I found the air quality on the ground floor to be terrible.
We never received room service!
Everything was perfect

More than anything else, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff stood out. Without exception, everyone there from the front desk, to the casino to the box office was remarkably friendly. I have absolutely no complaints about any aspect of our stay, or the complex, but the people working there were amazing!
Our rooms were comfortable, and the beds were great. Two minor things would improve the rooms. First, our room had a great little console table just outside the bathroom--if only it had a mirror (instead of a picture over it, it would have been useful for an extra adult to groom their hair or makeup. Secondly, while many hotel rooms are like silent vaults, the room we stayed in was not very quiet. Noise from the hall (which on Halloween night was probably louder than usual) was easily heard in our room.
Location, pool, theater (Love, The Beatles). Comfort in the room, bathroom, buffet restaurant. People at the front desk were friendly and eager to help.
I would have liked to have a coffee maker in my room. Hotel is too big to go for a coffee late night or early morning and room service is to expensive to order it. Charging an ítem (I was not charged at all but was adviced that was the rule) for just moving it in the room's mini bar is almost crazy -and I know others hotels do the same).
Facilities, quality and size of room, great buffet.
Smoking allowed in public areas bars (probably the norm for Vegas but should be banned).
