I've stayed here for probably over 30 nights in the last three years. I've never had a problem.
Easy check in and out without huge wait. Quick access to rooms. Well varied restaurant choices. The best location to pop out on the strip and go up or down the strip.

view from the room. very comfortable, large room, the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice place and the location is just perfect.
Had a weird situation where blood from birds in the private pool's palm tree landed on my husband. (Shirt, suit, towel, drink, table....) The staff hurried to clean up & move us but it would have been common courtesy to offer him a new shirt? They offered to throw his away in biohazard for us. At the time we were just embarrassed to be center of attention, but should have pressed for them to have his (new) shirt cleaned or just grab him a Mirage shirt at the adjacent gift shop?? I dunno. They asked if there was anything they could do, but really "couldn't" do anything. Need more places in bathroom to hang a towel so we didn't have to replace every day? My husband & other guests grumbled a lot that they couldn't make a cup of coffee in the room....
Pillows! Pool, especially the private area for $30/pp. Staff! Everyone was ultra friendly and professional.
The hotel was very good and we really enjoyed our stay. Very good value for money!
They didn't have a King bed non smoking room like I booked. They didn't have a refrigerator like I booked, the cleaning staff comes by at 7 at night.

Hotel seems to be looking it's age. Not enough of a variety of eating options. Lines too long. Overpriced.
Location and the pool area are top for marks.
Bathroom lights when out. Poor service responding to issues. Rude customer service on the phone.
Didn't like the smokiness of the open lobby area (but in Vegas....they're all the same). concierge advised us to go to Australian Bee Gees ISO two other shows we said we liked. Show was really poor & when feedback given to concierge....the supervisor got personal about it....saying she'd been to see it & thought very good. Started saying do you know how hard people work to make it on shows here...she said she'd....well obviously the band might be better getting a hotel job like her.
Rooms were very nice & spacious. It has a good variety of restaurants. Lifts were quick.
1) No coffee makers in room. They charge $3.50/cup. Many complaints about this from other guest trudging across street to McDonnell’s – the Starbucks cost $8. 2) No refrigerator in room for guest to use; the one that is in the room is full of beer, etc., and if you take one out to look at it and then replace it, they charge you big bucks as the refrigerator is wired to the office and they can tell by weight. You can’t just immediately put it back in. It’s yours and you’ll be charged for it. You can take out but not replace. I heard many guests’ complaints on this also. 3) Their web page said “Voted best poker room in Las Vegas” and that is why we picked this hotel. Guess what? The poker room has been closed for over a month for remodeling. As each issue revealed itself I discussed it at the desk and was made to feel as if something was wrong with me; but we met numerous other guests scratching their head also asking “What is up with this place?”

Ridiculous Pool hours 9 to 5 when sunset is 730 pm. Restroom at Pool area under construction and nearest one is inside casino. really??

Our suite had a private elevator and a fully stocked bar! The bed was beyond comfortable and jacuzzi tub was a great way to relax after our Wedding!
Too long a walk from check in to elevators dragging luggage. No complimentary coffee or water or blow dryer in room, very chintzy considering the room rates $8 for a bottle of water, really???!!! Bed comforter tucked in with sheets, have to remake the bed after pulling it out.
Room was nice, pool area was attractive.
Front desk clerk was very unhelpful!
Everything else was great. A little noise when volcano goes off, very pretty to watch.
Only complaint was that we actually had to pay for the food that was already in there.
The hotels cleanliness. There wasn't any trash just laying around the hotel and the check-in and checkout process was so smooth. Staff was very friendly
