Our room was dirty when we checked in. They assinged a differen room with a better view than the initially given
Long wait for food in most of restaurants within the hotel especially The Pantry - wouldn't eat there again.
Friendly staff, excellent facilities in room, spacious and clean, luxury room
smoking area in casino and main hall huge building long time to go to our room with Young children horrible view
easy check out excellent location nice bedroom
No tea or coffee making facilities in the room.
Excellent location in the centre of the strip.
A little expensive
Everything from check in to check out, I asked for and received a pool view room which gives view of both pool and the strip... ( if u ask for strip view ur limited to looking straight across the strip to the Venetian )
Winning at the casino
Smoke in the Casino.
Love - The Beatles show. The pool and poolside bar. Everything really! Would go back!
All the extra costs. Booking.com need to add the Resort fees as well as taxes as this would have affected my choice. An extra $30 in Resort fees plus taxes. I would not have stayed here if I knew that. It's quite dishonest of Booking.com I think. Cost on booking.com should always include Resort fees. It needs to be realistic for the traveller.
Location fantastic, bed extremely comfortable, great pool area & facilities.
Just a bad start. Fine afterwards.
we would appreciate to have breakfast included in the price
location, comfort, cleanliness were great!
Our first stay in Las Vegas do everything was exciting
very pretty and large room
Couldn't access cash from the ATM opp Samba's as we were leaving at 4.30am - frustrating!
Smoking is allowed in the casino which you must pass through no matter where you are going.
Good hotel facilities and location.
Pool was so inviting, HOWEVER there were absolutely no chairs and people were even lounging on towels in the mulched landscape beds. Since I paid the 29 dollar resort fee I was very bummed to not be able to use the pool facilities! Vegas trend to have private pools and paid cabana areas reduces the actual pool space for everyone else. And we PAID the resort fee, so we are not the riff raff.
Big room, super comfy bed, nice amenities (bathroom soaps etc). Great view of pool, mountains and part of the strip.
When paying this price for a hotel I'd expect the room to be cleaned every day - one day was skipped and it wasn't due to us leaving late the room late.
The hotel is nice and the rooms are very comfortable and the free wifi is a god send when trying to communicate in a large group.
Pool towels weren't ready
Hotel is over crowded - not even room to lay out by the pool. Food is over priced for what you get. They wanted to chargers four bucks for cutlery to be brought to our room. They Nicole and dime you for everything. My guess is that's just Vegas. I won't be coming back to this city. Beatles show was amazing though.
Battles show super, nice swimming pool. Perfect location
Cravings Buffet was a big disappointment. The dining area decor was very lackluster and the food presentation could have been much better. The variety and quality of cuisine for what we expected at the Mirage was definietly below par. The most satisfying buffets we've ever experienced were from the Bellagio and the Wynn. Perhaps Mirage chefs as well as interior designers should take lessons from them. It put a damper on our evening as we had a dinner show package. Thank goodness Beatle Love was spectacular and somewhat compensated for it.
Best buffet breakfast and great location.
Wish we could have stayed longer
The room was fitting for our honeymoon stay
difficult to come from parking garage to the hotel with luggage. Thermostat didn't work, no refrigerator to put our drinks into, couldn't use the hotels because the cost is to high, no coffee maker, no continental breakfast, and was over charged for our room.
The staff was very nice and helpful. The food was very good, but cost to much!
