The Mosser Hotel  

The hotel is a great option for visiting San Francisco. It is well placed to go jsut about everywhere in the city, especially walking or taking the bart, subway, buses, or Trolleys. Some people have complained that the rooms are small, but they are well designed and very well organized. I would suggest to older individuals and those who did not travel as youth in pensions to take the rooms with the full baths. The price is really reasonable for down town sf. I did not find the hotel noisy and I found the staff helpful. I would stay there again and will recommend the hotel to my firends.

good location

you should have a litter better breakfast,add some toast with jam,butter & peanut butter.Some people doesn't want to have your muffins.It's not healthy for them.Add some fruits(banana,oranges &apples).It 'll good to start your morning.

The location is perfect, just in the center of the city. The hotel is very clean, even the shared bathrooms and toilettes. There was coffee and muffins served every morning, very cute. The staff was great.

The room is rather small. Might get really hot in summer.

The convenient location of the hotel. It was in the heart of the Union District. The Powell/Hyde terminal, the SF MoMA, Union Square, and the stores were all a few blocks away. We found the staff was always friendly and helpful. We've stayed at more expensive hotels and didn't feel this welcome. The front door man knew our room and what tours we'd taken. The front desk person, regardless of who it was, always asked if we needed help.

The only complaint would have to be the small rooms. The bed was a queen-size and took up most of the room, but it wasn't a big concern for us. We were more interested in seeing the town. As long as the room was clean and quiet, we didn't care.

Quaint, efficient, good service. Good facilities in small rooms.

Small rooms, which we were aware of, but the only (but very minor) issue was that the wash handbasin location / shelf was almost impossible to clean your teeth.

The location was fantastic! I was looking for a smaller hotel on my limited budget and The Mosser met every one of my needs: clean, safe, great location, and budget!

My shared bathroom was out of tp one time but they quickly responded. At night the parking garage beeps loudly, but that was city noise not associated to the hotel

For the price, it's hard to beat the ambience, location and service.

It is not one of the conventional us hotels. Has a lot of charm and flair

Tight space.

Had a very pleasant stay at the Mosser. Great upgrade! Was roomy with two bathroom in our suite. Nice old fashion place with a great view overlooking 4th st. My daughter little miss Farrah Bella gives it a thumbs up!

Their was veyy few things I liked about this hotel, but no bad words will be said.i checked out at 10am and the, the female at the front desk went over on the price from $367.00 to $440.00 extra out of my pocket. A total of $77.00..I will never stay in this dump again thank you come again..

Everything was for small people, like 4ht feet under. I was in the chocolet factory.

No pool or spa

Not very much, paid $130 for litterally a square box, then got chargerd $100 cash for 1 night as security to steal what ?? I ask you. For the money I paid it was very crap & poor service. The doorman was great though.
