I liked most of my stay (3 nights) and I thought the share bath/shower was ok, the room was great, very clean and sufficient for me... the bad part was at the very end... I thought it was weird that when I gave the guy my credit card, he had to get an imprint onto the receipt (which I hadn't seen in years) and then I was in a hurry signed the paper, took my copy and left... he had the credit card on the imprinting machine and forgot to return to me... so now it is Thursday, I called them on Tuesday, I was told they didn't have my information (which I am sure they did have throught booking.com), I left my phone someone was supossed to call me back and I never heard from them, I called them on Wed and I gave the guy my address so I am assuming the cc will be getting to my address by Friday... If not I will be really upset...So if you stay there, make sure you get your credit card back before you leave the hotel...

The hotel is a great option for visiting San Francisco. It is well placed to go jsut about everywhere in the city, especially walking or taking the bart, subway, buses, or Trolleys. Some people have complained that the rooms are small, but they are well designed and very well organized. I would suggest to older individuals and those who did not travel as youth in pensions to take the rooms with the full baths. The price is really reasonable for down town sf. I did not find the hotel noisy and I found the staff helpful. I would stay there again and will recommend the hotel to my firends.

Hotel with a nice location in downtown, good staff and great rooms! Wifi very slow or doesn't work. We could hear the people speaking and laughing in the room next to ours. Poor breakfast. Laundry service expensive! Deposit 100$ to guarantee that you not going to stole or break something (you are a suspect!). If you can choose a other one, choose the other one!

The location is perfect, just in the center of the city. The hotel is very clean, even the shared bathrooms and toilettes. There was coffee and muffins served every morning, very cute. The staff was great. The room is rather small. Might get really hot in summer.

The convenient location of the hotel. It was in the heart of the Union District. The Powell/Hyde terminal, the SF MoMA, Union Square, and the stores were all a few blocks away. We found the staff was always friendly and helpful. We've stayed at more expensive hotels and didn't feel this welcome. The front door man knew our room and what tours we'd taken. The front desk person, regardless of who it was, always asked if we needed help. The only complaint would have to be the small rooms. The bed was a queen-size and took up most of the room, but it wasn't a big concern for us. We were more interested in seeing the town. As long as the room was clean and quiet, we didn't care.

Quaint, efficient, good service. Good facilities in small rooms. Small rooms, which we were aware of, but the only (but very minor) issue was that the wash handbasin location / shelf was almost impossible to clean your teeth.

The location was fantastic! I was looking for a smaller hotel on my limited budget and The Mosser met every one of my needs: clean, safe, great location, and budget! My shared bathroom was out of tp one time but they quickly responded. At night the parking garage beeps loudly, but that was city noise not associated to the hotel

It was very quite and the staff was EXCELLENT!! Even though we were very nervous about using a shared restroom and shower...it was very clean and easy!! We will keep you guys in mind when we return to San Francisco. Thanks for making a somewhat scary unknown situation into a very romantic evening. I have no complaints!!! A+++++

Basic comfort - helpful staff - morning coffee - location I have stayed here 3 times, each time over the New Year period. Each time Annabelle's has closed on New Years' Day for a week. It is annoying !!
