The staff was helpful and open to answering questions and concerns. This is a great place for quick city visits. I would have to say the futon beding was odd for a hotel but not horrible.

The location is brilliant - walking distance from Union Square, Chinatown and even the Bay area. Shoppers will love the location as will sight seekers. The tram, metro and busses are all on the doorstep, as is the historic cable car. For museum lovers it's also within a few minutes from a good selection including the MOMA. There wasn't much I didn't like, other than the room was a tad small - but I was expecting that. And the carpets did look like they were in need of replacing. But otherwise fine.

position (very convenient place to see the city, close to business center and main train station), cleanness very small room without even a desk (which is vital for a business traveler), constant background noise from heating system (despite the isolation), very poor breakfast (only coffee, milk and tasteless muffins)

Close to Union Square and conference hotel Incredible small rooms, a bed plus half meter space around it. Requested a quiet room but they put me next to the shared bathroom which people start using from 2AM, with loud shower noise. Breahfast is very disappointing, but nearby are other facilities

The Mosser had super nice staff - They were all very helpful. It was very clean. The location was awesome - just a quick walk to the Convention Center and in the heart of downtown shopping! I saw someone get grumpy at the front desk because they found out that there was a shared bathroom - However, that is like many of the Euro hotels so not a problem. Plus the room is not very big - but more than sufficient for my trip!

Location close to commercial/shopping centre - clean room on 8th floor - no problems accessing toilet and shower. Complimentary tea and muffin in the morning and Friday drinks very nice and free internet use was great too. Very noisy room due to car park exit beeps every five minutes all day and night until midnight - torture! Young staff need to know more about what tourists need - they seemed to know nothing about the city, tram and bus services or even location of popular tourists sights. Also Super Shuttle forgot to pick me up!

Value, morning muffins and coffee were excellent. Internet was free and usually available. Location was very good. I was 50 ft from the Marriott Hotel where my conference was being held at about a third of the cost of a room. Hotel is next door to "annabels" restaurant, excellent food. Friday night was free wine tasting. Bath and toilet are "down the hall".

Friendly staff. Clean. Good location. Can't control temperature in your room. Was extremely hot at 4am when the heating was turned on. Extremely noisy when the room next door takes a shower. Woke me up at 6am.

The rooms are always clean, staff is helpful and friendly. Though the thought of shared bathrooms scares most the facilities are always clean and I never had to wait to use them. The location is perfect- shopping, dining, movies, food, the BART and trolly's pass right around the corner, a one minute walk. There really isn't anything bad about this hotel at all!

Location was excellent for shopping and catching public transport. Room was clean, good size for a solo traveller. Bed was comfortable and had everything you need. Even left deodorant / gel and other nice eco travel sized goodies for you. The shared toilet / bathroom very close to the room. Free tea/coffee and muffin for breakfast. Good TV. Found blood in the bottom of the shared bath - understand they cant clean the shared bathrooms everytime someone showers but that was gross. Staff were'nt very friendly. I was in a room on the side of the building and even with the double windows could here noise from down the street - not too bad though.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. This was a last minute booking for my friends and I during the weekend of sf Pride so the city was pretty packed. The Mosser was right off Market so we were right there for a short walk to the parade in the morning. Also helpful it was only a couple blocks from bart. Love any hotel that has a few breakfast options in the morning, and they have coffee/tea and muffins and fruit. I wouldn't mind staying here again.
