The price was great. The location was great. It was very clean, and the staff was courteous. It was very small, but worth it. If you don't stay in the hotel much it is totally worth it. |

We spent 4 nights there and it's quite pleasant. Firstly, the location is great, only a few blocks away from cable car terminal, Visitor information center and Union Square. There are buses, ferries, muni nearby, easily assess to any part of the city. Secondly, the hotel is cosy and clean. It's my first try with shared bath room and proves to be a good one. |

The hotel was conveniently located, easy to get to from the airport, 1/2 block from many major transportation lines including the MUNI, the BART and the cable cars. Also, close to the SF MOMA and the Yerba Beuna Gardens. The room was small but very clean; the shared baths were always clean. I particularly enjoyed the coffee and miny muffins served daily in the attractive lobby. |

The staff here are friendly. The location of this hotel is perfect!!! Bart station around the corner, muni and cable cars a few walking steps away. Local convenient stores all within walking distance of no more than 2 minutes. They also serve complimentary coffee and muffins for breakfast. Check out is noon and my departure was at 6pm. I got a couple's room with a queen size bed but no bathroom included. Room was surprisingly small with a sink in the corner next to the bed. Separate bathroom and shower located down the hall. Not sure if there were any rooms that had a bath included. I didnt inquire about it but didn't mind it either. |

The service was great! The rooms are very, very small. I believe it was termed "intiment," ok, but that's not how I would term it. I'd probably say "cramped". |

the location the room and bed were ridiclously small, not what i would classify as a double. also there was a heat wave while we were there and the radiator was on in our room. the staff were unable / unwilling to turn it off. on the upside the location is great... |

My room was small, but clean and comfortable. Felt like I was in Europe! A good spot for a city-escape. |

The Mosser is a really great little hotel. The furnishings are comfortable and stylish. The room was a bit hot, stuffy. |

The Mosser Hotel is a charming place and it is excellently situated in the middle of downtown sf. I really loved to be next to the Muni and bart and Cable Car Station Powell Street - and next to all shopping opportunities. The rooms are tastefully furnished and the stuff is very nice - and I had the best coffee I ever had in American hotels: being served in the lobby in the morning. There are three things that I would like to be improved: First: I missed a coffee machine that I had at my disposition in most other hotels I visited here. Second: the windows are very old fashioned and it is very hard to open and close them - this is not comfortable at all. Third: the blankets are extremely electrically loaded and I really suffered with that. |

It was close to the Moscone Center There were no refreshment facilities either in the hotel room or in the hotel, coffee was served between 7-10am but with jetlag it would have been much more convenient to have a drinks machine in the lobby etc. |

I liked everything about my stay here! The room was very small but it was neat and tidy and enough for 2 people. The staff were helpful, it was close to the BART and cable car and the muffins and tea / coffee in the morning were a nice surprise. The shared bathroom and toilets were very clean and well looked after. |

The location. Near of Union Square and easy to move . Near from the bart station (Powell Street) and bus station too. When you arrive from the International airport the bart is the shippest option around (USD 5,45). By shuttel would be around (USD 17,00) by taxi (USD 25,00). |

The price. The room was too warm. The hallway light outside my door made it dirricult to sleep. Finally, the front desk called three times on my fianl night informong me that that had no credit card imprint and I needed to come down to the lobby and sign a credit card. I informed them that I had done so at check in. Three calls later they found the imprint on file. |

Despite the shared bathroom the hotel was very very clean. Everything is newly renovated and looks like it was put in yesterday. The alarm went off in the middle of the night the last night I was there. The staff had a hard time turning it off. |
