Excellent location, Nice decor
Desk staff could be a little friendlier.

Having to leave
Bathrooms Toilets Size of the rooms
Staff very friendly and helpful Good location
Despite double windows very noise Difficult if not impossible to open windows (seems to be in lots of rooms) Thin walls and lots of noise from the hallway Only blinds, no curtains and large window above door, so very light at night making it difficult to sleep
Location and easiness of the place. Good clean and well kept all over. Very good location for everything you might want to do.
Had a sagging mattress in the middle.
friendly staff. clean rooms. great location
Friendly service and central location justify price
Small room, sharing bathroom/WC, and noise on street outside during night
Location and clean amenities
Noise! People slamming doors every night and early morning
Great staff, nice bath crystals, clean crisp sheets, muffins for breakfast.
Noisy! From outside! Morning coffee, the taste was weak.
Close to the event that I was attending and they offer free beverages and muffins in the morning for breakfast.
The room advertisement was misleading. I was looking to rent a room with 2 double beds for my friend and I to share. When we got there and checked into our room there was one bed and the room was very small. When I inquired what happened I was told that they didn't have 2 double bed rooms at that hotel just rooms with two twin beds. What grown adult rents a hotel room with twin beds? We rented the double bed delux room which at any other hotel in the U.S. normally means 2 double beds (most offer 2 written beds) but apparently this hotel meant one bed that was a double size. To accommodate us we had to get a roll away bed for an extra $15 a night (on top of the $200+ a nt for the room) but it barely for into the small room. We couldn't open the door we had to squeeze in and crawl over the bed. There was no air conditioning In the room so it was very hot and it was very cramped in there. On top of that it's a mandatory valet service which was $46 a day. You had to call for your car at least an hour in advance. And since there was a parade the second day of our stay and the roads were blocked I had to still pay full price for valet but walk over 2 miles with my bags to pick up my own vehicle. Not impressed with the price, service or facilities. Would not stay there again.
Enjoyed my stay..pleasant staff..great location accessible to shopping malls Restaurant and rides..more power to your hotel!!!
Perfect location. Small rooms but cosy. Can be very noisy at night with a street facing room but worth it for the location
Super comfortable bed, right in the heart of the city, pretty friendly staff.
No thermostat, very hot in the room. Smallest hotel room I've ever been in. Very expensive. Parking is very expensive. Shared cramped bathrooms. The surface in the bath tub was falling apart
noisy, small bathroom
Shared bathrooms. Though this detail was shared with me upon confirmation, the info was not provided in such obvious manner. I would not have purchased this if I had known that I'd be using a public bathroom.
Great Location at a great price. Included in the room rate were coffee and muffins in the morning (which was very convenient) and, although I did not partake, there was wine offered in the late afternoon. Rooms are fairly tight but worked fine for us as we were there to see the sights and didn't spend much time in the rooms. Both rooms had in-room baths which were fine. Staff was knowledgeable of the area and very accommodating.
The rooms were small but I knew that going in from other reviews.
Clean room and shared bath. Friendly helpful staff. Great location.
Location and valet parking.
Very small rooms
I loved the bathroom with the room. The room was small but quaint. It definitely met our needs since we only needed a place to stay and maybe hang out for a couple hours each day. The location was amazing and the staff were excellent. I would definitely stay here again.
A cheaper price would have been nice but compared to all the other major hotel chains, it was definitely cheaper and well worth the money.
Really cool and helpful staff
A funky, old historic building
Sharing a bathroom wasn't ideal, but it wasn't bad. The shared hallway toilet and shower were clean and close to our room
A character building in a convenient location.
Check-in took ages due to not enough staff being rostered on. Don't expect much more than a bed in terms of facilities and services.
A bit noisy ad joining rooms.
No service. Had to ran 5 blocks to get tooth paste since they didn't have any and their vending machine was broken. The room was extremely small.
