Nothing except a small refund when confronted manager!
Everything. On 2 of the 5 nights on returning to the room door was open, faulty latch!!Towels very worn and frayed(have photos).Only soap in bathroom, no storage draws, bare floors,no beverages in room, beds not made up correctly.By far most expensive on this trip!!!!
Easy to find
Overpriced and no extras in the rooms whatsoever. So disappointed when compared to other motels we've stayed at during our trip
the bed was like a rock. the room was tiny, if you are clostophobic do not stay here. the hotel is old.
They assigned us a room and gave us keys then assigned the room again to someone else and gave them keys as well and could not figure out what happened
Location was good, easy access.
Pricey due to tourist area location. Drapes wouldn't block outside parking lot lighting. Harsh room lighting, using wall sconces with bright fluorescent bulbs; no lamps. Hardwood floors; lots of noise from overhead room.
Clean rooms Wood floors
See through towels Soft mattress Dated furnishings
Very pleasant and helpful staff at front desk. Room was nice, clean and good size. Very close to Arches and center of Moab. No breakfast available but they did give a $5.00 voucher for a restaurant in Moab that was good. Liked the wood floors-felt they were more sanitary than carpeting.
Front desk staff very nice. Laundry room was handy.
No coffee pot or fridge or microwave in room. Had to ask for shampoo. Room had a very perfumey smell. No toilet seats which is pretty unsanitary.
Clean rooms, friendly people, lower priced than many other motels the same weekend
Audible road noise + a room away from the pool and road was not available. Couldn't open the curtains because people at the pool could see in and couldn't open the windows because you could hear trucks and motorcyles
No carpet Firm matress Size of the room
No fridge in the room
The room was clean and neat. The location was close to the parks and not right in the center of town. We also got a substantial aarp discount and saved about $40.00 over booking.com. Tip: their online prices were cheaper than booking.com to begin with.
The staff was sparse. Front desk were polite but not overly available. No amenities at this hotel. The rooms were quite noisy from other guests. The guest above us was walking around all night and kept waking us. Also the tv in the next room overpowered ours. Much more noise than in others we have stayed at.
very modern and new
walls are thin
Clean, new, easy access, good beds and good location for a quick ride to the Arches National Park.
good parking, great location
hot tub was not working and the staff would not do anything to fix it.
Over all... We had a nice stay! We would stay there again.
Seemed to be lack of communication with front desk and cleaning crew. While waiting, a couple came to desk saying their room wasn't cleaned and then when we went to our room IT wasn't ready!
We were on a road trip with our boys and stayed in six different hotels during the duration of the trip. When we walked into this room, the cleanliness and spaciousness of it was SO appreciated! Excellent customer satisfaction!
Laundry out of order idem for ICE distributor ,hot water and coffe often unavailable and no coffe maker in room only one employee for such an hotel despite his kindness he couldn t be everywhere he wass necessary
Modern rooms with very cold air conditioning. Wifi had a strong connection. Really close to Arches entrance.
Beds were too small. Pool could only hold maybe two families before it would seem overcrowded. Although, the price of hotels are overpriced due to the fact that it is a tourist attraction area, they could offer a breakfast to balance it out.
No battery in the smoke detector. After telling the front desk, they did nothing. After the second time, they just gave us a battery. WE had to put in the battery. No vent in the bathroom
Fan and plug broken in Bathroom. Could use umbrellas or some sort of shelter by the pool. Could hear upstairs and next door running around and talking. Walls paper thin, and with no carpet, noise could not be absorbed. Front Desk guy was abrupt and rude, was on a personal call when I went to ask where the pool was. He looked up and me like I was inconveniencing him, before he pointed and said "Down there!" Then went straight back to his personal call and said "sorry about that..."
Clean, simple, comfortable, new. Wood (laminate) floors-- what a great concept in a hotel room!!
clean large room
rooms noisy due to hard laminate flooring and thin walls. Slightly off the main drag so needed to use the car to find food etc. Two small double beds in the room-no coffee maker/microwave/fridge -coffee and microwave in the reception area.
rate was reasonable.
We had reserved a room with two queens and the two young men who checked us in asked if we preferred the first and we said yes and they gave us a room with two double beds instead.
Cleanliness and presentation of the room
Cost was way too much...However this may have been due to late booking by us and lack of availability.
