Front desk staff very nice. Laundry room was handy.
No coffee pot or fridge or microwave in room. Had to ask for shampoo. Room had a very perfumey smell. No toilet seats which is pretty unsanitary.
No carpet Firm matress Size of the room
No fridge in the room
The room was clean and neat. The location was close to the parks and not right in the center of town. We also got a substantial aarp discount and saved about $40.00 over booking.com. Tip: their online prices were cheaper than booking.com to begin with.
The staff was sparse. Front desk were polite but not overly available. No amenities at this hotel. The rooms were quite noisy from other guests. The guest above us was walking around all night and kept waking us. Also the tv in the next room overpowered ours. Much more noise than in others we have stayed at.
very modern and new
walls are thin
Clean, new, easy access, good beds and good location for a quick ride to the Arches National Park.
good parking, great location
hot tub was not working and the staff would not do anything to fix it.
Over all... We had a nice stay! We would stay there again.
Seemed to be lack of communication with front desk and cleaning crew. While waiting, a couple came to desk saying their room wasn't cleaned and then when we went to our room IT wasn't ready!
We were on a road trip with our boys and stayed in six different hotels during the duration of the trip. When we walked into this room, the cleanliness and spaciousness of it was SO appreciated! Excellent customer satisfaction!
Laundry out of order idem for ICE distributor ,hot water and coffe often unavailable and no coffe maker in room only one employee for such an hotel despite his kindness he couldn t be everywhere he wass necessary
Modern rooms with very cold air conditioning. Wifi had a strong connection. Really close to Arches entrance.
Beds were too small. Pool could only hold maybe two families before it would seem overcrowded. Although, the price of hotels are overpriced due to the fact that it is a tourist attraction area, they could offer a breakfast to balance it out.
No battery in the smoke detector. After telling the front desk, they did nothing. After the second time, they just gave us a battery. WE had to put in the battery. No vent in the bathroom
Fan and plug broken in Bathroom. Could use umbrellas or some sort of shelter by the pool. Could hear upstairs and next door running around and talking. Walls paper thin, and with no carpet, noise could not be absorbed. Front Desk guy was abrupt and rude, was on a personal call when I went to ask where the pool was. He looked up and me like I was inconveniencing him, before he pointed and said "Down there!" Then went straight back to his personal call and said "sorry about that..."
Clean, simple, comfortable, new. Wood (laminate) floors-- what a great concept in a hotel room!!
clean large room
rooms noisy due to hard laminate flooring and thin walls. Slightly off the main drag so needed to use the car to find food etc. Two small double beds in the room-no coffee maker/microwave/fridge -coffee and microwave in the reception area.
rate was reasonable.
We had reserved a room with two queens and the two young men who checked us in asked if we preferred the first and we said yes and they gave us a room with two double beds instead.
Cleanliness and presentation of the room
Cost was way too much...However this may have been due to late booking by us and lack of availability.
Good location in relation to arches park.
Don't rely on pictures from this hotel! It looks nice with large spacious and updated rooms but it is not. Our room was smaller than a college dorm room and much more uncomfortable too. The bedding felt old and was worn thin. I had to request shampoo, soap and towels from the front desk as none of those items were available in our room. Door handle to room was able to be opened from the outside by jiggling it, needless to say we didn't feel safe leaving anything in our room! Hot tub was not working while we were there.
Bedding is worn and needs to be replaced. It downgrades the overall quality of the motel.
Okay it's a motel and not a palace but still I'm expecting a more polite and friendly staff. The 2 guys at the front desk were just the opposite and yes it makes a difference! Wifi was just extremely slow and sometime not working at all. Quite expensive and no breakfast. Not really recommended for travelers unless you have no other choice...
This is a newer building so every thing is pretty fresh and clean.
Nothing, you get what you expect at Motel 6 with no negatives
Hotel like accomodation. Nice outdoor pool. Clean and spacious rooms. An excellent location if you want to visit the Arches Canyon, and still want to stay in a town and enjoy the facilities.
The room was neat and clean. It has an unique bathroom.
The only thing is I didn't like was that the shower curtain stinks.
