The pool does not get much sun... stay somewhere else if you're looking for a sunny pool.

Spacious, clean & comfortable rooms. Helpful & friendly reception staff.

Valet parking staff officious & overbearing, hurrying without explaining procedure. Woken by housekeeping at 8.15 A.M.to ask what time checking-out. A bit far from "main" Miami to use public transport (available but lengthy)

The hotel was spot on for us. It had large rooms with great views plus a warm swimming pool. It was in a quiet safe location with a 5 min walk to the shops and places to eat. It was only a 20 min drive to Miami South Beach with street parking.. Again spot on !

It had off street Valet parking costing $25 a night which has to be added to budget. You dont have a choice though!

Very nice and helpful staff. Nice apartment-like hotel if you don't plan to spend much time at the hotel. Restaurants in walking distance.

Have to agree about the valet parking - it dosen't work very well. We even got the wrong car once and had to wait every time despite calling in advance. The restaurant hade nothing suitable for children and could not handle allergies. There is no breakfast buffé. The rooms have been very nice but the refurbishments that have been made are cheap and this hotel is headed for a 3-star rating.

Phone in room did not work, 2 TV's did not work, shower door was broken, no in room menu's and/or local activity guide

there was no blanket and I ask for that nobody gave me, I ask for ocean view, I got something like electrical box view ( good job). I ask for adapter, they forget me! I ask for fix the sofabed, no help! Becaouse I gave complaint about that In the end I got plate of cheese for thet. Lovely

We were booked 12/22 - 12/31 Due to a family circumstance we had to shorten our stay Giving 48 hours notice we scheduled our departure for 12/28. We were charged for 12/29 the pleasant desk clerk Quoting policy. Having stayed at hotels on six continents and never having this "policy" enforced nor ever suggested it turned an otherwise fine stay into an unpleasant one.

Location was great, close to parks and shops; very comfortable and clean; very friendly staff My family really enjoy the Hotel

Unfriendly staff slow service. Low food quality at restaurant. Broken dishwasher. Uncomfortable room.

The room is spacious, cozy and clean with various electrical appliances ready for use.

I stayed at the Mutiny Hotel for 1 night on November 15, 2012. I made the booking via www.booking.com and handed the receptionist my credit card for incidental charges when I checked in. When I got my credit card statement, I found that I was charged two times for 1 night. I believe I did not incurr any incidental charges and I would very much appreciate it if I could have a refund of the extra charge and an explanation of what had gone wrong. Thank you very much for your kind attention.

Location and staff

Sofa bed was very uncomfortable for my daughters. They said it was the worse thing they ever slept on! We could here alot of outside noise.

The location of the hotel is perfect, the rooms are quite nice and the attention of the staff is very good. In particular Mr. Juan-Manuel Valera is very kind and always trying to be helpful.

Good location. The rooms are big and very clean. The staff was very efficient and friendly

We were located in the front of the hotel overlooking the Bay but traffic was very noisy in the morning. Our king size bed was very uncomfortable.

Dishwasher was out of order. Guarded parking. Probably this was in my own interest, but I don't like so much to give my key away and prefer free access to my car at all times.

Great location, close to restaurants, shoppings and by the sea. Two bedroom family room full equiped and large. Staff was very kind and quick to respond our requests.

The location of the hotel away from the huzzle and buzzle of downtown Miami yet just two blocks away to a throbbing nightlife at the Coco Walk, the price, the Thai resto and the service is very good value for money. A big thanks goes to the concierge who made arrangements for city tours including orlando at a reasonable price. Definitely worth recommending.

The room was old and in need of a refit. The mattress was sunken, the bath was old and the bath floor meant that i slipped. The TV in the bedroom had no programmes and could not be properly reset. The kitchen was not adequately stocked with utensils. The location is good but the hotel is in desparate need of an upgrade.

If I had been staying longer I enjoyed the laundry set-up and the kitchen with all the appliances.

I was quite astonished that for the amount we paid the room was very dirty the outlets did not work and the hide-a-bed was broken. They switched rooms and it was just as dirty as the first. I also did not like valet parking--it just was inconvenient and cost more and I didn't appreciate having to pay for parking to stay at the hotel. It was not a good experience, I'm glad we only had to stay one night.

Very spacious and relaxing suite, with a great view of the bay from the balcony. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in anywhere or with any hotel chain.

Recommend that you call ahead when you need your car - the valet parking can take some time, especially when it's busy.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, safe and very beautiful. My daughter and I stayed there for the night after taking a mini-cruise and it was so comfortable. We almost didn't want to leave our room after getting there to check out the place because it was so relaxing right at the hotel. The resturant food was delicious and staff there quite friendly. Pool area relaxing and refreshing Will definately stay here the next time we are in Miami. Great Deal!

the location was perfect, in a nice family-friendly area, close to green areas, the marina, small shopping mall. we had a suite with 2 bedrooms with view and balcony and it was perfect for us (2 families, of which 2 adults and 3 small kids). plenty of space, clean, cooking facilities, friendly staff. I really liked this hotel, and would go back again.
