The National Hotel  

The outside area by the pool is the most attractive With beautiful gardens and vegetation. The rooms are small and while we were there (December) They were very cold and humid so it was not very Comfortable to be in the room nor to sleep.

We loved this The National. The staff was amazing. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect. You are right on the beach, with staff positioned on the beach to provide towels and chairs included in the room rate was a plus. We will difinately stay again.

The $35 a night to valet park your car seems a bit high, until you get there and realize there is no parking in South Beach. The other negative was having to call room service for ice, but when we did call there were at our room within 4 minutes.

The hotel was just by the sea, has it's beach with towels. Also, there is nice pool outside but the water was pretty cold. good breakfast and tasty apples at reception.Location is great!

Rooms are very wet. All clothes were wet , so we have to dry them at home. Also, room seemed to be very dirty and old. But this is because hotel is historical building.wardrobe smelled bad.

Architecture and great staff!

My room had a poor location. Maid didn't clean toilet or replace towels. I usually tip but didn't this trip.

Mr Mariano and all the rest of the staff made our stay great! Everybody was so helpful, service quality was excellent. I have stayed at many 5star hotels around the world, and this was one of my best experiences. They let us have early check-in at 10 am, upgraded our room. The internet was not working in our room, so they set up a new router in the room!! Wecwanted tonhave drinks at 12:30 at pool bar, although it was closed they still did it! I also liked the apple juice at the reception area every mrning. Pool is great, food is good and not expensive at all. Even the bell-boys were smilimg all the time.

The hotel is old. It does not have good facilities. The rooms are not clean and the internet connection was bad. The valet takes too much time to bring your car because they don't have an on site parking lot. It is way overpriced and one of the worst hotels which i stayed at.

Internet is bad. Rooms are old and not clean. Bathrooms are very old. The bathroom amenities were bad..The keys did not work sometimes.

Me gusta la ubicacion, la atencion del personal es muy buena. Tiene algunos detalles en las habitaciones, por lo menos la que me toco a mi que le faltan algunas cosas e incluso el baño demasiado pequeño.

La playa y la cercania a Lincoln Road

Son accès de bord de plage Sa proximité de Lincoln Road!!!!!!!! Piscine sympa

Il est inadmissible qu'un Hotel 4 étoiles pratiquant des prix de services exhorbitants, soit si peux confortable. Aux prix des repas, petits déjeuners, il faut rajouter 18%,+9% + le service (15% en moyenne) comme partout ailleurs les chambres sont vraiment très vieillottes, du mobilier datant probablement de l'origine de l’hôtel sans aucun confort! Aucun effort de déco au regard du prix d'une chambre de 4 étoiles! En 3 semaines, l'aspirateur n'a été passé qu'une seule fois!tous les services sont aléatoires malgré la bonne volonté du personnel. Les transats de la plages sont tous cassés et les serviettes déchirées!...........complètement indigne ! ou bien ce n' est plus un 4 étoiles

Es un hotel muy bonito y sobre todo que esta en una excelente ubicación, para hacer compras en pleno Miami South beach, y con una salida directa a las paradisiacas playas, con arenas blancas para disfrutar de las aguas calidas. se lo recomiendo y que lo disfruten como lo hice yo
