The Nautical Beachfront Resort  

Location right on the Lake, views from balconies are fantastic, lots of Adult (over 21) things to do.

Outdated and not very clean, Check in/out was unorganized and unprofessional. Giant cockroach in our first room, after complaining, they gave us a different room. Not recommended for those under 21.

Location. Hand towels and washcloths were nice and bright white. The price was right ... for the location.

Husband likes it cold and I froze because there were not enough blankets on the bed or extras in the closet. We were attacked by knats when we were sitting on the couch. Found where they were coming from ... inside of sheer curtains were covered with dead bugs, dirt and knats. Need to clean the place a little better. Clean vent in bathroom. Filthy & disgusting for a "resort." Bath towels were yellowed and dingy in color. Surprising for a "resort."

Wifi was weak in the rooms had to go toward the main office to get reception for my iphone.

We love just about everything about the nautical ! We had a big problem with our reservation and Jennifer (the manager) handled everything for us! There is just nothing more beautiful than the Havasu sunrises over the lake !!!

This is nothing to do with the hotel, only some of the boaters that stay there! Rude and nasty and wouldn't even call them real boaters!

Internet was down while we were there.

The views were amazing. From our room it looked like we were somewhere exotic and the pool was fabulous. With it being an infinity pool it looked like it went on forever. Will DEFINATELY come back here!!!

The facility is starting to show its age and we thought the beds could be more comfortable.

Dated design, more of a Motel experience.

The structure of your buildings, all rooms face the water. I really like the parking level rooms (the room is parking level, but you are on the second floor when you sit on the balacony. Love the balacony and the beach area for the little ones to play on.

We waited for an hour (while everyone else was seated and served) for my take out order. It was just some tacos and fries. I didn't go back to the resturuant the rest of my stay there. I didn't realize there was service charge of $19.95 when I was comparing prices on hotels. Bookings.com told me about it, but I already cancelled my other hotel reservations. I didn't use most of the amenities (I don't golf and I don't have a boat and the water was too cold in the pool to swim) that the charge pays for. But I still enjoyed myself and the value. They really think we like to hear their hoochy music and to the point the windows in the room are vibrating? No one regulates or stops the boaters from blasting there music so high in the cove that the hotel in is. Why are people such jerks?!

The beach front access to the lake and the abillity to rent water craft at that location.

I did not understand the need for a service charge of about $19.00 added to the bill as I believe the lodging cost was adequate. I believe the bathroom was out of date and the shower stall was worn with parts missing.

There was fraternity staying at the hotel. People were running around yelling and singing..all night long ..the walls are very thin. You could hear everything. i could understand if it was still the summer season..you would expect it, that's why we waited until fall to visit. Also the waitress at the restaurant gave us the wrong credit card back. We were half way to the grand canyon when we stopped for gas and found out the hard way that we had someones credit card. We had to cancel ours and there's. Im sure the young college student hd no back up plan. We weren't even offered a discount when we checked out. Very disappointed

The pool has a nice view over the Lake Havasu and is quite big. Some shadwo available, 30 min. Adventure land was fun No charge for business center

The best days might be over ... There is a starbucks coffee shop but none is working Staff at reception was not really friendly

Room had a water leak from the AC. Cleaning staff had not replaced the coffee from previous guest. Staff was not friendly and did not seem concerned that the AC was leaking water and that cleaning staff was not doing their job. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

Room not near beach, too hot to walk to bar restaurant.

The boat friendly amenities are great. We golfed while we were there - fun course and very convenient. We also rented paddle boards, another plus to be able to rent a variety of water toys on-site, as well as the pool, Starbucks, restaurant and Bar...all great for convenience - you don't have to drive anywhere the entire weekend!

We didn't appreciate the kids allowed in the pool during the afternoon "Pool Party". The party was geared for adults who are enjoying the DJ and bar,,, kids were in the pool and it put a damper on the adult party mood.

This was a great resort at Lake Havasu: Power boats, Jetski's and even Ultra-lights could be hired. Amazing view over the lake. Just great!

Temperatures in the summer can be well above 105F.

All we can say is perfect!!! We love staying here !!

The location is right on the water. The rooms are a good size for the price.

The staff was unorganized. Maid Service walked into even with a do not disturb sign. Our towels were never replaced. It was frustrating.

The front desk people were very nice. The room was very ample and the beds were comfortable. The infinity pool was cool, just wish it were deeper.

I didnt like the extra charge of 19.95. The room was a good value until that was added on for things that we didnt need/use.

Location was nice!! Resturant was really good, bars were great , pool very nice. $19.99 a day resort fee on top of room charge is crazy! The rooms could use newer mattresses and bedding !
