Close to Times Square. The staff was very accommodating. Very comfortable bed. Very nice hotel and our stay was very enjoyable.

Bedding was incredible , so comfortable. Shower was nice too. Liked the size of our corner king.

I was surprised I found the room for such a good price on booking.com as opposed to the regular price. I though the linens/bed were very comfortable, and it was nice view from our room on the 15th floor.

I intended to eat in the restaurant on site, however the prices were higher than I expected. Chevy's was located in the same building though, so that was fine. Although the staff was friendly, I read reviews about the long lines at check in, and unfortunately, I have to say they are true. But overall, I was very happy with my stay.

We stayed 3 and half days in this hotel it was in an extreme good location as it was near all shopping ,time square and port authority for buses it was clean and comfort good double king sized bed and the staff was friendly extremely organized as u must show up your hotel card in the entrance

1-Conciege works only from 8am to 5pm 2- no spa usually westin has a spa 3-the value was really expensive as they charge for late check out 75+ tax for every 2 hour maximum 4 hour we paid 175 with the tax for 4 hr

Loved the view from the 22nd floor! Very clean! 99% of the staff were great. Concierge. Security.

The 3rd shift gal while checking out needs to be more friendly! Little on the expensive side.

hated the stand up shower. could not figure out how to use the shower head. and water everywhere.

Rooms are a good size. Beds extra comfy. Bath with a good shower. Staff at breakfast all very friendly

Hotel bar staff - most were great but some expecting the biggest tip for doing nothing and being rather rude when you've still tipped 15%. Plenty when you've only ordered one drink!

The service was particularly helpful and accommodating. Along with the excellent conditions, I would highly recommend.

The room was very comfortable. The lobby was large enough for our group to use as a meeting place before going out into the city.

Initially one of our reservations was lost. You blamed the booking site and they blame you.

The room wasn't sound proof which interfered with sleep (heard sirens outside and girl screaming in the hallway looking for key) and we didn't have hot water for showers in the morning

The staff from the express telephone operators to concierge and bell personnel were very good. A ms. A. Else's at he express went well beyond normal in getting an answer for me about coffee. I was truly impressed.

Front desk staff unfailingly helpful, always with a can-do attitude. Other staff polite and cheerful. Room light and airy, quite spacious for city hotel. Beds super comfy. Bathroom nicely designed. Excellent location.

Breakfast restaurant both dark and confined. Inflexible and staff mainly grumpy. Despite having paid upfront actually chose to breakfast across the street instead. Shower at best lukewarm in the morning, and with little pressure beyond gravity (but no worse than other US hotels, arguably even marginally better). Gym not great and misses a spa/sauna/pool facility.

price was a relative value

rooms a bit cramped hard to find valet service upon arrival in a car did not have matzah at breakfast on Tuesday

The room had a great view of the Hudson river. The breakfast included in the price was great, a full meal, not just a continental breakfast. Hotel location perfect for doing Broadway shows. Front desk employees were friendly.

These are minor points, the mattress on my bed (near the window) kind of sunk in the middle and the sliding door to the bathroom did not fully close. My room number was 3508.

Concierge was very helpful

Front desk were very unfriendly Charging for Wifi when it is so easily accessible now is ridiculous!

Location was perfect.

Staff extremely lazy,unfriendly, unknowledgeable. They made several mistakes to the 3 rooms we had paid for and on at least 8 occasions our keys had to be re activated.
