Location, comfort, clean
Easy check in and check out. Very friendly, helpful staff.
I brought my daughter to NY for her 13th birthday, first time in a large city we come from a town of 1,000. Had no idea really what to expect. We got a taxi from the airport to hotel, never had been in a taxi so was maybe a tish slower in paying with my card then the average New Yorker, the hotel had door men outside and when my daughter and I got out our bags had been already taken from the back of the taxi and the doorman literally just sat them in the street, not even on the sidewalk and one was even on its side, very disappointing! Wish I would have got his name. Very Rude!! Wifi was frustrating had to sign in several times.
The concierge was awesome and very helpful, can't remember her name but she had an accent, glasses and reddish hair.....she was great!
I stayed one night to celebrate my birthday and had some friends stop by before we headed out for the night. Later that night My boyfriend and I were awoken at 2:30am by hotel security saying there was a noise complaint and smoke complaint. We were SLEEPING.then the next morning we were locked out of our room for 2 hours due to them wanting to charge me $200 for said "noise& smoke" complaint. No report was given to me to review they basically took another guests word over ours and called nypd to escort me off the premises! Horrible birthday the room wasn't even worth $230 (ended up paying $335) and it was very tiny. I'll never go there again!! And the staff was rascist
The location was wonderful and the king size beds were very comfortable.
Second to last day of our stay didn't empty our bin,and didn't leave enough towels for us
Location great, comfy beds and clean
The table between the beds in our double room was not clean. On arrival there were cup marks and other dirt. I had hoped it would be cleaned during our stay but it remained dirty. I wanted to provide feedback at checkout but it wasn't requested. Baggage hold, staff member was rude, ignored the fact that i was queuing and served someone else and when he did serve me he became fed up with my query telling me that he had people waiting!! And moved on to the next in line. This was embarrassing and unnecessary.
Staff at reception were open to helping with directions to sights and never tired of assisting us. Helped out promptly when another guests tv was too loud.
Room was too small and very plain.
Convenient location to sites
The location and comfortability
You have to pay for room Wifi
The staff was fantastic. When there was an issue with type of breakfast, we we upgraded to a hot meal. The room was immaculate and quiet and you couldn't ask for a better location. Parking across the street for 40/night was convenient.
Bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable.
Great location! Room was comfortable and clean.
Everything is close: Broadway theatres, fashion district, great restaurants. You can go to the movies and restaurants without even leaving the building.
Concierge was neither well-informed or helpful. When asked for dining suggestions, he really had nothing to offer us beyond a few coupons which listed his name as providing the referral. Clearly he referred these restaurants not because they were above average but because he would receive credit for sending us there. Not acceptable service for a NYC upscale hotel.
Very good location and friendly staff (with exception of Concierge)
the hotel was rather expensive
Location Cinema theater right downstairs Starbucks in the building
1. The fact that I was initially given a handicap room when I was supposed to have a traditional king room. 2. AND it was next to the elevator bank. (Both problems were solved, but it took more of our time than it should have if given the proper room.)
1. Location 2. Breakfast 3. Cleanliness 4. Comfort of bed 5. Quiet room 6. Problems alleviated quickly and to my satisfaction
Nothing to say
I liked the location and services of the hotel.
the way the booking was handled
Poor customer service.
the main entrance
location and staff
We were only staying one night and our room was not ready until 7pm which is ridiculous. Also, rooms can only accommodate up to 4 people max which made it difficult for our family of 5. We had to rent two rooms.
Excellent location. Friendly and accommodating employees.
A Very expensive hotel, therefore I do not feel there should be an additional charge on top to use in your room. In house restaurant not very accommodating and again expensive but breakfast was enjoyable and good variety 1 500ml bottle of complimentary water per day - there were 3 of us sharing a room
Great location, less than a 5 minute walk to Times Square Good size rooms that were clean and housekeeping very good Given a room on 22nd floor which had nice views Would stay here again purely on location
My room didn't get cleaned after 2 nights at Westin. Concierge on the Jan 1 seemed uninterested in giving us information he put on airs has if we were annoying him. The concerige on the 31 Dec was giving us tons if helpful information she was genuine and nice.
Great location on Manhattan.
