Nice cozy room. I relaxed myself. I reserved 2double beds room for two person, and it was really comfortable. I like your bed, pillow and other furniture. I also liked your policy about environmental issue. Your friendly attitude toward the nature was impressive. Yes, there is one, about room bar. At first I didn't notice that you would charge me if I picked up some boxes more than 20 seconds. We don't have such system in Japan. I want you to write it more clearly!! I claimed and you didn't charge me after all but i felt uncomfortable. |

The room was quite big with adequate closet space. Bathroom was ok, nothing special. Clean overall, nice beds, mattresses ok, plenty of pillows, flat screen etc. Staff quite helpful under the circumstances (renovation ongoing). Location is very good for shopping and sightseeing. This could be a perfect hotel when renovation ends. Room was kind of dark, no ceiling fixtures. Doors were noisier than normal. Ongoing renovation had front desk and concierge temporarily on 3rd floor, no proper lobby and entrance, a feeling of no security. Mini bar prices could be lower, esp on water. |

The hotel is comfortable with good services.Its location is very good and I enjoy of my staying there When the reconstraction of the lobby bar ends, all is going to be perfect |

Good location (next to Grand Central) and good price for such a central hotel. Because of a renevation of the lobby no restaurant or coffeeshop was available on site, which is very poor for a 4 star hotel. |

The Location was great, the speed of the lifts was also very impressive. I would have prefered the fridge to be empty so I could put what I wanted into it, and I wojld also have liked a coffee machine in my room. |

The cleaning staff were very friendly and they kept the room clean to our satisfaction. We did not like the fact we were not told the hotel was under renovation, if we would have known, we would have stayed elsewhere. Nothing relaxing about the hotel. |

The location was very central which enabled you to walk to a lot of places. It was also very good having access to a gym. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations so the downstairs area is a construction site. Only temporary though. |

VERY clean rooms, comfortable beds, large room (especially for NYC), GREAT location. I was able to find a relatively cheap nightly rate, so compared to all the other options in the city, a really, really good value for the money. Housekeeping would show up at odd times (e.g. early in the morning when we were still sleeping or when we were using the room/bathroom), wanting to clean the room. Not too much of a bother, just a little annoying. |

The hotel and staff were very good to us considering booking.com failed to tell us about building work being carried out during our stay and that the bar and restaurant were closed. We were very pleased with the hotel, however we are not very happy with booking.com that you failed to tell us the hotel was undergoing referbishment and the bar and restaurant was closed and the reception area looked like a building site. The hotel showed us the email sent to you however you failed to inform us of this work. We will not be using booking.com in the future. |

The room was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful . The mini bar system isdiffficult. It is easy to run up charges even though you do not remove any items. However the charges were reversed on requests |

liked the quality of room service, staff were very pleasant and helpful, cleanlieness was good. lack of restaraunt and bar facilities due to rennovation was q little offputting this was not made clear at time of booking and room service prices was quote dear, gym was quite small and overcrowded |

Great centrally placed location with access to downtown and uptown. Great places to eat and shop nearby. Bell desk and concierge,housekeeping were very helpfull. The family room accomodating 4 had beds which were a little small |
