Night hotellin henkilökunta oli ystävällistä, mutta palvelu ei ollut kovinkaan hyvää. Esimerkiksi kerrossiivojat eivät olleet kovin tarkkoja työstään. Positiivista oli hiljainen huone, joskin yleisissä tiloissa musiikki soi kovalla koko ajan. Hotelli ei vastaa eurooppalaista käsitystä boutique-hotellista eikä taso ollut neljän tähden luokkaa. Hotellissa oli ärsyttävän pimeää, kunnollista valoa ei saanut huoneeseen eikä siellä ollut esim. kokovartalopeiliä. |

Sijainti oli paras Aamupala oli erittäin surkea. Edes hedelmiä ei ees saanu kymmeneltä aamulla vaikka aamupalan piti kestää puoleen yhteentoista asti. Ja hedelminä oli vain banaani. Olin todella pettynyt että netti sivuilla edes mainostettiin asiasta. |

Hotellin sisustus kiinnostava goottityylinen. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Aamupala ihan ok, joskin ei kovin monipuolinen. Kahvi erinomaista. Sijainti erittäin hyvä!! Hinta/laatusuhde ok. Huone erittäin pieni. Jos matkalaukku lattialla ei huoneessa mahtunut kulkemaan. Ilmastointi erittäin äänekäs, piti käyttää korvatulppia yöllä. Ikkunasta näkyi ainoastaan tiilimuuri. |

Tyylikäs ja omaperäinen hotelli, jossa oli mukava tunnelma. Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja joustavaa. Hinta oli kohtuullinen ja sijainti erinomainen. Hissi toimi epäluotettvasti (jäimme kerran hissiin). |

Hotelli oli aika mieleenkiintoisesti sisustettu, kuten kuvista näkee. Ihan tyylikäs. Sijainti on loistava, vain puoli korttelia times squaresta. Aamiainen oli ihan ok, ei sitä tosin neljää päivää pidempään jaksa joka aamu syödä. Huoneet ovat aika pieniä. Jos on iso matkalaukku ja avaa sen lattialle ei kyllä enää mahdu kulkemaan, mutta jos avaa sen sängylle silloin kun tarvii niin ei ongelmaa. |

Loistava sijainti Huone oli todella pieni vaikkakin koko oli etukäteen tiedossa, mutta silti yllätti että huone voi todellakin olla niin pieni. Ehkä kalustus olisi voinut olla toimivampi. |

The location. The quirkey black and white (maybe even a little erotic)decor was really cool but would not be everyones taste. The staff were friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast was enough to get you moving till lunchtime. would recommend to those who like the arts.... Its quite expensive and at the time we were there (oct 2009) the builders started work at 7am accross the narrow W45 street. sometimes the music in the hall was quite loud but staff sorted that as soon as we asked |

The position of the hotel was excellent . Very small rooms and very dark and not in my taste at all. The rooms didn´t felt well cleaned so we checked out after one night and booked Marriot Marquies just across the street instead. |

The hotel is in a good location and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast while limited in selection is a good inclusive part of the package. The rooms are a little cramped and the windows could do with double glazing and security. I can't understand why hotels do not include wireless internet these days. |

Room was excellent and more space than expected. Bed was extremely comfy, TV was top quality and daily weather updates by housekeeping were very welcome. Doormen were pleasant. Would definitely recommend staying here as the rooms are gorgeous and it's literally 30 seconds walk from the centre of Times Square. Some of the staff were very snooty and unhelpful. Emails due to reservation problems were ignored despite being sent directly to the front office manager.Bar is very small and lacks atmosphere. |

we chose it for the location and it was perfect...the staff was accommodating.. the first room was so small two people had difficulty moving around in it ..no place to unpack your clothes..the shower head fell off ...the toilet stopped up..they moved us to a larger room..still no dresser to put our clothes in but the room was more comfortable...then the airconditioner broke and the bathroom sink wouldn't drain... all things were fixed promptly but there was always something going wrong... |

Very forthcoming and helpful staff. The (king) bed is about the size of the room (or the other way around). Dont bring a suitcase you will not have a place to put it. |

The desk staff was exceptional. Everyone was very patient and helpful. It was great being able to leave our luggage in a secure room before and after checkout, and the gentleman who took care of it for us was a real sweetie. It was convenient having a cute, casual bar and lounging area in the hotel. We didn't use room service, but the prices seemed really reasonable. |

not very much to really shout about - Ok decor and trying to be stylish but too small to carry it off... bar was always empty. yes - when I arraived, they had over booked and made me get a taxi to their sister hotel! not something you want to hear at 12am in the morning when you are extremely tired - very shoddy!! The hotel also felt cheap as two irons did not work. |
