Night Hotel

The location. The quirkey black and white (maybe even a little erotic)decor was really cool but would not be everyones taste. The staff were friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast was enough to get you moving till lunchtime. would recommend to those who like the arts....

Its quite expensive and at the time we were there (oct 2009) the builders started work at 7am accross the narrow W45 street. sometimes the music in the hall was quite loud but staff sorted that as soon as we asked

the bed was very relaxing.

the front desk's employees' behavior was a little bit bad... they didnt say even goodbye the last day.... and they didnt help us to open the door.... even we needed help....

Room was excellent and more space than expected. Bed was extremely comfy, TV was top quality and daily weather updates by housekeeping were very welcome. Doormen were pleasant. Would definitely recommend staying here as the rooms are gorgeous and it's literally 30 seconds walk from the centre of Times Square.

Some of the staff were very snooty and unhelpful. Emails due to reservation problems were ignored despite being sent directly to the front office manager.Bar is very small and lacks atmosphere.

The (king) bed is about the size of the room (or the other way around). Dont bring a suitcase you will not have a place to put it.

The desk staff was exceptional. Everyone was very patient and helpful. It was great being able to leave our luggage in a secure room before and after checkout, and the gentleman who took care of it for us was a real sweetie. It was convenient having a cute, casual bar and lounging area in the hotel. We didn't use room service, but the prices seemed really reasonable.

it was in very good location and the stuff was very nice the bed was very comfortable and the room clean and design.

Music,openmind,services,housekeeping,location,all. Is the best.

the hotel was excellent!! felt like a rock star..music playing..dark sexy atmosphere..staff were helpful all the time! loved it...took my daughter for her 16th birthday and the hotel ticked all her boxes

The internet was allays OFF.wE could not get connected from our rooms

The doorman - courteous and very helpful. He should have worked behind the front desk as he had a much better manner than many of the front desk staff.

Lighting - always dark throughout the hotel. Music - continuous loud music in hallways, had to use ear plugs, being woken by housekeeping when door left in private mode. Being charged more for the same room as two other friends used.

The location, the whole look of the hotel was pretty cool and the breakfast although simple was perfect to start each day.

Our room was not available on the first night and we were transferred to another hotel, which was disappointing however Night hotel covered the charge and were very helpful. There was loud music at 5am one night when we were staying which was coming from downstairs, however when we called reception, the matter was dealt with immediately.
