faptul ca se facea curatenie in fiecare zi,se schimbau prosoapele in fiecare zi,ca se putea fuma in camera,stiu ca nu e neaparat de bun augur ,dar pentru mine,ca minoritar in S.U.A.(FUMATOR FIIND),a fost;cel mai mult insa mi-a placut design-ul,e f fashion,fancy,iar pozitionarea in Times Square...raportat la pretul platit,ma face sa il aleg ori de cite ori ori ma voi intoarce in NY cred ca in ceea ce priveste personalul ar fi loc de mai bine,dar nu a fost absolut nici o problema,noi ne-am descurcat fara discutie;puteau sugera city pass-uri cu toate avantajele pe care acestea chiar le pot avea,chestii de genul asta,ponturi pt turisti,dar se limitau strict la conveniente,am capatat o harta doar pentru ca am cerut,etc;noi stiam insa trucuri de-astea.. |

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff - they were great! The location is amazing, right in Times Square but without most of the associated noise. Bed was very very comfy! |

The hotel was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Room was beautifully decorated, bed was so so comfortable. Didnt want to leave. |

We d'liked the location, which was very good a few steps from Time square just in the Center of Manhattan. The Night Hotel was realxing, quiet during the night. Nice cozy room where we had some good nights and staff was friendly! I defenitly would recommend the Night Hotel. There was one night where our neighbors had problems with the door of the room, around 1 am. but after 2 hrs. the problem was solved. The shower was clean and designed but it's missing something to stop the water floating into the whole bathroom. But actually not oure problem. |

Good atmospere, excellent location, very unusual design, friendly staff Rooms are small (as at almost all NY hotels), fare is hign (as in almost all NY hotels), breakfast was crappy, but there is at least dozen places for breakfast in 3 min walking distance |

The kinky amosphere is quite cool. The location is also ideal. The staff was nice, but only helpful when asked. The lights under the bed was also different but nice. Overall the design was nice. The breakfast must have been the poorest I have ever seen. Bread + juice + cornflakes + coffee. Thats it. Nothing warm or interesting, and this for 30$! The music is too loud in the hallways and very repititive. The room is extremely small, can't even unfold a backpack. Showerhead was broken. |

It was nice and chic. Location is great. Price is reasonal for prime location in NYC Thin walls, can hear next door fighting. |

The location of the hotel was perfect. The beds were very comfortable, tv's at foot of bed fabulous and overall the rooms lovly. The rooms are extremely small even for New York standards. |

The location. The quirkey black and white (maybe even a little erotic)decor was really cool but would not be everyones taste. The staff were friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast was enough to get you moving till lunchtime. would recommend to those who like the arts.... Its quite expensive and at the time we were there (oct 2009) the builders started work at 7am accross the narrow W45 street. sometimes the music in the hall was quite loud but staff sorted that as soon as we asked |

The position of the hotel was excellent . Very small rooms and very dark and not in my taste at all. The rooms didn´t felt well cleaned so we checked out after one night and booked Marriot Marquies just across the street instead. |

the bed was very relaxing. the front desk's employees' behavior was a little bit bad... they didnt say even goodbye the last day.... and they didnt help us to open the door.... even we needed help.... |

The hotel is in a good location and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast while limited in selection is a good inclusive part of the package. The rooms are a little cramped and the windows could do with double glazing and security. I can't understand why hotels do not include wireless internet these days. |

Room was excellent and more space than expected. Bed was extremely comfy, TV was top quality and daily weather updates by housekeeping were very welcome. Doormen were pleasant. Would definitely recommend staying here as the rooms are gorgeous and it's literally 30 seconds walk from the centre of Times Square. Some of the staff were very snooty and unhelpful. Emails due to reservation problems were ignored despite being sent directly to the front office manager.Bar is very small and lacks atmosphere. |

we chose it for the location and it was perfect...the staff was accommodating.. the first room was so small two people had difficulty moving around in it ..no place to unpack your clothes..the shower head fell off ...the toilet stopped up..they moved us to a larger room..still no dresser to put our clothes in but the room was more comfortable...then the airconditioner broke and the bathroom sink wouldn't drain... all things were fixed promptly but there was always something going wrong... |

Very forthcoming and helpful staff. The (king) bed is about the size of the room (or the other way around). Dont bring a suitcase you will not have a place to put it. |

The desk staff was exceptional. Everyone was very patient and helpful. It was great being able to leave our luggage in a secure room before and after checkout, and the gentleman who took care of it for us was a real sweetie. It was convenient having a cute, casual bar and lounging area in the hotel. We didn't use room service, but the prices seemed really reasonable. |

not very much to really shout about - Ok decor and trying to be stylish but too small to carry it off... bar was always empty. yes - when I arraived, they had over booked and made me get a taxi to their sister hotel! not something you want to hear at 12am in the morning when you are extremely tired - very shoddy!! The hotel also felt cheap as two irons did not work. |
