Hade dålig koll på själva betalnigen av hotellet och reserverade ett stor belopp även efter det att pengarna hade dragits i en vecka, vilket orsakde stora problem med mitt kreditkort. Dålig information angående betalningen- Liten frukostbuffé. Annars var allt extremt fräscht, trevlig personal och toppenservice! Ekonomiska hanteringen. Extremt tattigt. |

Personalen var mkt tillmötesgående och mkt trevlig. Sängarna och lakanen var fantastiska. Vi fick en väderrapport varannan dag, upskattat. Bra för familjer med spädbarn då alla var så trevliga och hjälpte till. Vi fick en nallebjörn av hotellet när vi åkte. |

Mycket bra centralt läge. Städningen av rummen var så där. Enkel frukost, vissa dar var det mesta slut. |

Otroligt proffsig och mycket hjälpsam personal Rummen var ok men lite för mörka. Fanns inga fönster så man fick gå ut för att kolla vädret |

The King size bed and location some of the front desk staff were not professional. Breakfast dining was in near darkness every morning. |

I loved the decor both in the lobby and in the room, the conventient location, and having a continental breakfast, and a nice outdoor smoking area. Plus little extras like the cool doorbell, lighting under the bed, individual's name cards made. |

Reception staff courteous and welcoming. Very trendy, with an excellent location. Just turn left and you're at Times Square after a hundred yards. Would have liked entertainment at night. |

What can I say just fab fab fab!! Stayed for three nights and loved every second. Staff really helpfull and friendly, rooms amazing location couldn't be better. Was a hard chioce between staying at hotel and enjoying the atmophere or seeing the sights of new york!! Seriously its that good if you want a stay to remember. |

Urban chic. Great location to theatres, Time Square & %th Avenue shopping! The beds were too short (I am 5'7" and my husband is 6'2")...very small rooms. |

The location is great, two minutes walk around the corner to the hub of Manhattan...Times Square! The inclusion of a buffet style continental breakfast was an unexpected bonus. It appeared from the in-room brochure that there was a restaurant attached to the hotel but this was not the case,,,a small point only but a bit misleading to the reader. The bar/breakfast area is what they mean but the description differs from the reality. |

What a great fun, funky hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room, although small (to be expected in nyc) was clean and relaxing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, just want a weary traveler/tourist needs after a long day. Love the black and white decor! While it was great to have a continental breakfast provided, they could provide a bit of variety from day to day. We stayed 3 nights and the breakfast was exactly the same each morning. Other than that, what a great place to stay! |

The hotel staff was nice. Ten steps away from Times Square. The rooms were like small closets and not very clean. No place to put luggage. Strange ambiance in hotel - not family friendly. |

The staff was always very polite and helpful. Clean room. Good location. It was very dark everywhere however I understand thats part of the design. I like it lighter though. |

I like the concept. I like everything...I'm petite girl and have no problem with small room. Its acceptable with the price that I paid...At first they put me on the full size bed room but I reserved Queen bed. They said if we wait about 1.5 hr, then they will upgrade it to King size. And they also gave us complimentary bar drinks which is nice. I think bigger room should have bigger bathroom. |

Fantastic location, great design, extremely quiet and helpful staff - couldn't ask for better. the breakfast area is a bit gloomy and the range of food limited - but it is abundant! |
