If I really had to choose something I didn't like about the hotel, it would have to be the in room menu. The binding was a little weird. And the valet takes at least 15 minutes to bring your car up. But that's me just knit-picking.
Everything about this hotel was amazing. I'm a photgrapher with an eye for detail, and this place definitely did not disappoint. The style, the staff, and the overall feeling I had while there was incredible. Why would you want to stay anywhere else while visiting Portland?
Comprable to several other Luxury boutique hotels we have stayed in.
Room rate.. Parking price.. hotel finishing.. small room crowded with decoration.. Hand washing sing is complicated: difficult to adjust water; it is either very cold or very hot, you will waste time & water in order to reach a formula to get warm water through your fine touches!!
Location.. Very friendly staff.. Valet parking
View blocked at bit by railing
Great location, room was very comfortable, and food at hotel was great.
No room service for 2 days,so no towels. Light went out in bathroom replaced with very poor lighting. Breakfest in bed, very poor service first time, second time burned pancakes.Internet service very poorly.
Beautiful room,nice colors
Cost for parking, for the price of the room it needs to be included
No TV in the bar
Rooms, restaurant in main lobby and 15th floor. Great bartenders and hotel staff. Will come back again.
felt so comfortable! Staff was excellent friendly and knowledgeable. Nice to be right in town. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely go back.
I asked for rose petals to be put on the bed, I got exactly what I requested. It was very beautiful
Room was small for the price and the view was horrible
Staff was excellent-very responsive!
We can ear the music from the steak house restaurant his little loud.
The personnel at this hotel his awesome. Always nice, really to help you with everything. We travel a lots and this hotel his the best hotel we stay
Beds were awful. Super firm. Yes pillow top and were probably comfy 10 years ago. Calling this hotel a luxury hotel is a bit of a stretch.
Everything was amazing. Including the restaurants.
The advertisement showed a fireplace/living room, which there was not. The room was very small. I paid extra for a room with a "view," turns out the curtains are fixed in place and I needed to move furniture to hold them aside so I could have a view of the building next to me. Not what I expected at all. Overpriced, undersized, a very poor overall value.
It was a nice, clean hotel room. The staff was helpful. 200 character minimum huh? Ok, I am trying to figure out how to get red wine stains out of a carpet
The showers/baths were a little small, and although the fitness center is fantastic, it would have been nice to have a locker room to change.
The lobby is more than a lobby, it's a place to spend quality time. The rooftop really steps the experience up a notch. The rooms are very comfortable.
Parking fee was overly expensive
- Location - Nice staff - Luxury hotel
Fixing the elevator at check-out time.
Location Beds Bathroom
This hotel is all and above what it advertise, loved it.
Parking fee for car was a little high but limited places to park in the area
Room was great. Very nice bar/restaurant area. Walking distance to water and shops.
Everything; very elegant experience. We have been coming to The Nines for several years and love the service, the ambiance, and Portland.
The booking confirmed by Booking.com had gone missing but fortunately the hotel did have availability and honoured the booking giving us an upgrade and discount
The decor is fun and very well done and the staff are excellent.
No robes. Had to ask for them. No bathtub, just a shower.
Urban Farmer dinner was pricey
8th floor lobby was unusual but fun. Restaurants were beautiful and bar felt very hip. Get there early for outdoor seating though. Breakfast at Urban Farmer great and reasonable.
