사진과 다른 객실과 전체적인 분위기, 그리고 상당히 노후화된 건물에 청결하지 못한 환경에 아침식사도 실망스러웠습니다. 주차시설은 샌프란시스코 답게도 아주 불편하게 되어있었는데, 주차 공간이 없어 다른 호텔 공영주차장에 주차했습니다. |

I liked the convenience to the public transportation. The bus stop was less than a block away and the cable car stop is about 6 blocks away. It is also within walking distance, about 1 mile, of Union Square. We enjoyed the shopping and restaurants at Union Square and were able to see all of the main sites of San Francisco easily. And the movie theater is in the building next door, although you wouldn't know it. The staff were friendly and gave good suggestions of places to go and things to see. Overall, Great value for the money. Breakfast was included, but it was just toast, hard boiled eggs, juice and coffee. It would have been nice to have something else, like cold cereal. |

The hotel staff were very friendly. Hotel was a good value for the money. Room was surprisingly quiet and comfortable given that the hotel is located right in the city on a busy street. |

The front end staff were very helpful, extremely friendly and very courteous. A special mention to Ms. Katerina who always walked that extra mile to help guests and her charming manner and smile really needs a huge mention. Loved the breakfast that came along with the stay. Something very commendable and very appreciated. A special mention about Ms. Maria, the breakfast room staff, always cheerful and very attentive to all guests. Free coffee and tea oin the lounge is something again very commendable and not to forget the Wednesday evening of free wine, cheese and piano playing. Overall experience was very good. The area just outside the hotel was a little sketchy. Felt kind of uncomfortable. The hotel definitely was understaffed and most of the time the front end staff had to manage between huge line ups and phone calls and re filling coffee and teas. It was a lot of jugglery yet they maintained their calm . |

Security could be a bit more tight. There was a crazy man walking around the halls and that made us feel quite uneasy about leaving passports etc... in the room. It would have been nice for the hotel to mention that when walking about from the hotel to avoid Eddy and Ellis street. Location not that walking friendly |

Check in was very quick with friendly staff. Check out was late being at 12pm which was fantastic. Breakfast was a little ordinary. Toast and Bagels & boiled eggs. would have been good to have even some yoghurt on the menu at least. |

People who work there are very nice.The woman who works in the morning coffee and toast area was so helpful and had such a beautiful smile. The room was clean and well taken care of. Each time I left the building I experienced homeless people begging for money outside in a real pushy manner. |

The location is great, just a few blocks away from all major attractions, lots of muni stations around the hotel going in every direction. They supplemented the number of seats for breakfast, it now feels more open. |

The hotel is just 15-20 mins walking to the central Union Square. Actually, you have to cross some areas that do not look very nice, expecially at night. However, the hotel is also very well connected by a bus that passes very often and stops just behind the corner. |

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. Generally, the hotel is reasonable pricewise, and accessibility is fair. My room faced the busy Geary st. The noise was just too much, sometimes unbearable. My advise to would-be visitors; never take a room facing the streets, unless you're very noise tolerant. The hotel could do much better installing noise-proof window panels. |

I like the coffee maker and heater (as I can set the temperature I want). The room is spacious. I like the big king size bed. It is better to have additional switches for white lights. Yellow light is too dim for reading at night. The noise made by the door is loud when it is closed from the outside since the door handle is not movable. Late comers in the night woke me up because of the door noise. |
