Overly room and great ADA access!
Bed too high for an ADA room. Difficult to get into without assistance (step stool).
- Location - Staff especially the manager "Sam"
- Room sound isolation needs improvement
Great staff, great location, good little shops and cafes on the street, attractions easily accessible
A nice hotel and quit it was a very comfortable
Everything was great
The Orlando continues to be my first hotel choice when staying in Los Angeles.
location staff beds comfortable
decor looked old especially in hallways/ corridors breakfast was expensive but not very good. pool needs refurbishing and is actually tiny compared to the photos on the site
Very central location, friendly staff, good restaurant on site
The location is great on W 3rd Street adjacent to the Beverly Center (upscale mall stores) and Beverly Connection (with strip mall stores like TJ Maxx, Ross). Good restaurants nearby, including Sushi Roku, Joan's on 3rd, Magnolia Bakery across the street. Area felt safe and pretty cool/trendy. Staff were very courteous, as usual.
Most disappointing was the value-for-money this time around. Room 330 was not the best (door between two rooms transmitted other occupants' voices loudly; wardrobe was placed so that the doors shuddered loudly if you walked across the floorboards they were on; pool guests could be heard loud and clear through windows). The cost was $249 per night, when previously at the same time of year the cost was less than $200 (closer to $160). The business center had some serious issues. Staff informed us that they were not planning to install Adobe onto the computers, so it was impossible to view and print PDFs. The printers also did not function appropriately. Staff were called and could not solve the problem.
Generally good hotel. Nothing special to report.
The lack of service during the night shift. Day people were really nice compare to night people.
I liked the small friendly atmosphere and that the hotel is right in the middle of the chic West 3rd Street of Los Angeles and one just has to walk outside to be part of the village-type buzz
Ordered a bottle of wine from room service. Took over an hour and multiple follow up calls.
It is a nice boutique hotel in a great location! Good sized rooms.
It was a bit pricey.
Windows aren't double-glazed, and noise from the street gets in quite easily
The room was a very nice size. Lovely bathroom and plenty of storage.
Staff was generally talented and responsive. Patient and helpful. Fun yet hardworking.
Wished for fuller 24hour room service - fuller menu although we found great pizza down the street at midnight.
The location and the little treats (chocolate with weather forecast, newspaper on the door knob)
