The housekeeping crew didn't clean our room two days in a row. Disappointed.
The buffet was really good
liked that you have just about everything under 1 roof. theaters were great, bowling area fantastic, and if we wanted to go to the strip that there was a shuttle.
Need better food options. Food was not very good.
Free shuttle service was great when the shuttle actually arrived on time! Pool only open until 7 pm (pretty early for Vegas). Not a lot of tv channels.
Huge rooms and really comfortable beds
A lot of dining options from very inexpensive to to pricey. The hot tub was working and it was actually hot.
20th floor room had partial view of mountains and the strip. Lots of food choices and plenty of things to keep us entertained.
Off the strip
All the amenities
Very outdated, carpets and rooms have old and moldy smell
I wish I would have had a fridge in the room for my water.
Loved the staff! everyone was so nice and attentive! The hotel was very clean and the rooms are very spacious!
Location, friendly staff
expensive restaurants. a bit off the strip
price. good rooms. have cinemas and bowling
I would of liked the basic wifi that was offered to be a little faster.
Overall the stay was very good. This is a good place for the kids. Our kids loved the pool and the bowling alley
Needs hip night club
Everything in one place: casino, drinks, bowling, movie theater, entertainment theater, pool, and new rooms.
The bed was uncomfortable. And the slot machines were tight.
We liked the convenience of everything here. The food court, liquor store, kids activities ,the shuttle to the strip.overall we might come stay here again
The window ac unit is so noise , restaurant is dirty . Buffer is no good food at all
The bed and TV was the best of the room
Quality of room should to be worn and tired. Felt better to be out of the room than in it.
The Orleans has slipped!
I live the amenities the hotel offers and the gambling tables are reasonable priced.
Miles from anywhere. Had to use shuttle and join the queue of an evening. Pool closed even though it was 26 degrees outside.
The room smelled like Strong Stale Smoke. The pillows smelled so bad I found it very hard to sleep. My husband smokes but I donot. Usually this doesn't bother me. But the Oder was over the top.
Overall the stay was excellent
Paying the $15 resort fee, and then being charged $10 for the wifi in the room. This is BS.
Too many kids in pool to use! I thought I would try the orleans instead of the nugget because their pool area is just like an unsupervised romper room, well at the orleans its all un supervised teenagers.they dont seem to have an adults area
Location was good food was good service good
Casino area noisy, as traditionally it is in casinos.
Commodious room size, comfortable bed. Free, swift valet parking is part of $12.99 Resort Fee. Bargain priced breakfast buffet.
Food and service particularly at the Asian restaurant was very good.
