The staff was very helpful, ready to please you with any demands. The room was more than I hoped for, considering the parking was free in downtown SF. Wi-Fi connection fast and easy.

A little more items to choose from for breakfast wouldn't hurt.

Great shower with good bathroom fixtures. Quiet stay even in the "big" city. Bed was comfy.

The location was OK. The staff on duty when we arrived was very helpful and courteous.

When we returned from aa concert at 10:30PM, there was no parking spaces. One was partially filled with rolled up carpet. We finally squeezed into a very tight space where I was barely able to squeeze out of my car. During he next hour, it was very noisy outside our room - people yelling. I could see two men just outside of the office that seemed to be taking part in it, and noone seemed to be attempting to quiet things down. The next morning, we had to move the car out of the space to get our suitcases in. We pulled up to the side of the office to get coffee. The staff person on duty was very rude. He insisted that I move my car closer to the office, even though there was enough romm to enter or exit the property and we told him that we were just going to grab our coffee, take it with us, and leave. I wopuld never recommend this hotel to anyone!

Great, friendly staff, room was simple and very clean. Way better than what I expected for the price. Great location, walking distance to lots of things.

There was 2 queen beds in the bedroom, and there was not much space left. Very simplified breakfast was offered.

Loved the location, a bit off the tourist areas but easily accessible by public transport. Bus stop is in front of the motel and number 45 gets you right to Union Square. It's good value for money (free parking, kitchenette, breakfast) but don't expect any luxury.

The walls are paper thin, so bring your earplugs.

the staff was friendly,helpful. they made sure coffee was available earlier then usual, because i asked for it. the room was spacious . i liked the kitchenette too.

one broken chair in the kitchenette. the water from the shower was rust colored for the first 1-2 minutes.

Room extremely small, and you must specify your needs. Parking (free) a challenge. Breakfast used to include fruits and many pasteries, but no longer. My thermostadt didn't work sadly. No elevater, so if walking is a challenge, be sure to request a ground floor.

I liked the rooms due to 2 seperate rooms for the beds. The rooms were a good size. A good location for the Piers and night life

The toilet used at least twice if not more water to flush each time which is a huge waste of resources. Thw shower head needs replacing

There is no big breakfast buffet but they have coffee and some pastries - good enough for me. There is a bus station directly at the Inn.

Great Location, great staff very friendly and always there for your needs. Hotel under renovating...few more months and will be much better. Large rooms with kitchen and free parking...a great deal in the heart of San Francisco

A better breakfast could be cool...

Looking on a map the location might seem a bit off, but taking the communication in consideration (the bus system is an asset) it is quite good.

The bed & pillows were not comftable to sleep on

After I complained about my first room I was moved into a large, great, comfortable room (no. 27).

The first room (n. 30) I got was miserably small, the bed itself barely fit. And water leaked in the closet wetting my suitcase.
