For the price we paid, would expect a whole lot better room and facility.

It was conveniently close to my points of interest. Walk was nice from here to Ft. Mason park.

Staff are very friendly and helpful esp Tony. We would definitely stay there again. Convenient location.

good location, directly on Van Ness, which makes going around the city very easy using public transportation. Free parking is a big plus for SF.

I wanted to book a Bed and Breakfast. The Pacific Heights Inn came up as one, so I booked it. We were shocked to find out it was not. My bad, and being Memorial day weekend, we were stuck. The room had extension cords running throughout as it was apparent several plugs were inoperable. Besides being a fire hazard, the cords were distractive as well as unattractive. There is also insufficient parking here. They did have complimentary continental breakfast, which is probably how they managed to include themselves as a bed and breakfast. This is a motor lodge and should not be linked to bed and breakfast. I would not choose to stay here again and cannot recommend this place unless you just need a place to flop.

A tiny room. Lights did not work, when told front desk, response was that maids often unplugged the same -- had to crawl under bed myself to retrieve the plug and plug in sole bedroom lights. Continental breakfast was a joke -- a few rolls in their Safeway box and jugs (yes jugs) of milk and artificial orange juice to pour out of their cartons. At almost $200 per night, much, much more is needed

The staff was very helpful, ready to please you with any demands. The room was more than I hoped for, considering the parking was free in downtown SF. Wi-Fi connection fast and easy.

A little more items to choose from for breakfast wouldn't hurt.

Great shower with good bathroom fixtures. Quiet stay even in the "big" city. Bed was comfy.

The location was OK. The staff on duty when we arrived was very helpful and courteous.

When we returned from aa concert at 10:30PM, there was no parking spaces. One was partially filled with rolled up carpet. We finally squeezed into a very tight space where I was barely able to squeeze out of my car. During he next hour, it was very noisy outside our room - people yelling. I could see two men just outside of the office that seemed to be taking part in it, and noone seemed to be attempting to quiet things down. The next morning, we had to move the car out of the space to get our suitcases in. We pulled up to the side of the office to get coffee. The staff person on duty was very rude. He insisted that I move my car closer to the office, even though there was enough romm to enter or exit the property and we told him that we were just going to grab our coffee, take it with us, and leave. I wopuld never recommend this hotel to anyone!

Great, friendly staff, room was simple and very clean. Way better than what I expected for the price. Great location, walking distance to lots of things.

There was 2 queen beds in the bedroom, and there was not much space left. Very simplified breakfast was offered.

Loved the location, a bit off the tourist areas but easily accessible by public transport. Bus stop is in front of the motel and number 45 gets you right to Union Square. It's good value for money (free parking, kitchenette, breakfast) but don't expect any luxury.

The walls are paper thin, so bring your earplugs.
